NOT for the first time Ace Venturer bashed the bookies with top tipping on the golf both sides of the Atlantic.
He tipped Joost Luiten at 18-1 to win the KLM Open and doubled up with his old favourite Dustin Johnston to triumph in the BMW International at 10-1.
And it could have been even better. His second-choice pick Scott Hend placed in Holland at 50-1 but he blew a chance to win after leading overnight.
Last weekend Ace also backed Hend but missed out on a 125-1 winner when the Aussie lost a play-off for the European Masters in Switzerland to Alex Noren.
The two wins and Hend's place gave Ace a 60pt profit over the weekend – and anyone who backed the Luiten/Johnson double is celebrating a 208-1 winner.
