IF Swansea have been superb this season Sunderland have been shocking – and as luck would have it the pair meet today.

Dick Advocaat's side have started with defeats at Leicester and home to Norwich, conceding seven goals, so it would be a surprise if they took something from even stronger opponents.

Swansea can more than double your money at 11-10 at bet365 and McBookie and that's my Super Single.

Bafetimbi Gomis, Andre Ayew, and Jefferson Montero are on fire and unless Advocaat has found a miracle cure for stinky defending the Swans should score over 1.5 goals at 13-10 with Coral.

Leicester have now won nine of their last 11 league games and that's better than anyone. They face their first big test in Spurs at home and I reckon it's one they can pass against a side who threw away a 2-0 lead to draw at home to Stoke last week.

Leicester are a best 17-10 at McBookie and Betfred but as they've conceded in both matches so far also look at over 2.5 goals at 5-6 with Skybet.

Three matches between the sides produced 13 goals last season with all of them going over 2.5 goals.

Man United may have one eye on their Champions League second-leg clash at Bruges but should edge out Newcastle at home.

A third successive 1-0 win is possible and Louis van Gaal's men are 6-1 at William Hill to get it.

In the Championship best bets could be QPR at home to Rotherham and back Charlie Austin to score first at 7-2 with William Hill.

Recommended Bets

Swansea (11-10, bet365)
Leicester v Spurs over 2.5 goals (5-6, Skybet)
Austin (QPR) to score first (7-2, William Hill)

Having had a good read of this week’s ‘Freekick’ newsletter I’ve decided to add Mark O’Haire’s (welovebetting) well reasoned treble to my weekend betting.

    READING – win
    BURTON – win
CARLISLE v AFC WIMB. – btts.

    Good luck, all.

    I agree with Me Fixit!

Swansea to win and over 1.5 goals in the game at Ladbrokes (self-service console) at 6/4 was too big to turn down. My nap!
