Grid Offer: Money Back for 3 out of 5

MRF_TheGrid_50

FOR the past few weeks I’ve been doing a little experiment on Ladbrokes‘ moneyback acca coupon.

Using a grid loyalty card you have to pick at least five teams (max stake £25) and if you get one wrong your stake is refunded as a free bet.

I don’t often do five-team accas but there is a lure of money back – and of course many bookies offer this service online too. One reason I go to Ladbrokes and William Hill shops is to walk the dug but also to have a bit of banter with a few of the regulars and staff.

The good news is you can get your money back with two wrong on a line of at least 5 selections.

Place a bet using your grid card on the moneyback acca coupon and if you get 3 correct let me know. Simply put up details of the bet and I’ll pick one person with 3 from 5 to have up to £25 refunded to his card and you can say Grid Riddance to bad luck.

Last week’s winner was spotking112 – so he’ll get £21.50 refunded. Email [email protected] with your grid card ID number and I’ll pass it on to Ladbrokes.

But we don’t want to just see the losers – let’s have the winners too. And if you have a tactic when it comes to this type of offer let us know.

Today the plan worked well – a winner on the safer fivefold and stake back on the long shot. With the first one PSG and Barca were regarded as “bankers” and I couldn’t see the others slipping up – but even if one had it would have been money back.

Hearts beat the 24-1 fivefold and remember they had a man sent off at 0-0 in the first half.

My first bet is a safer one going on:

Watford, Burnley

Ayr (5.15pm), Barcelona

Paris St Germain

Pays £118.68 to a £25 stake

WON

The second bet is riskier:

Barnsley, Northampton

Hearts, Ross County

St Mirren

Pays £252.57 to a £10 stake

*Stake back – Hearts red didn’t help

Remember if you get 2 wrong on the moneyback acca promo using your grid card let me know here as a comment or by email to [email protected] and one person will have their stake refunded to a maximum of £25.

February Stats

7 bets (4 losers, 2, 1 void, 1 winner)

Profit: 2.4pts

Little scare there from Forfar at the end but cheers for this one. Will get on the Grid when it comes to Ireland.
