IT was a shame the month ended with a tricky Saturday card. I chose two big-priced Super Singles but neither won so April ends all square.
As far as the accumulators are concerned I ended up with a small profit for the month thanks to Troy Deeney. His two injury-time goals for Watford against Aston Villa landed the 7-2 Top Treble with Wigan and over 2.5 goals at York already in.
It was a mixed day for Greg whose Everton nap won as well as one of his Grasshopper goals tips and for the rest of the tipsters they hit the bar … many times.
Sunday could be the biggest day in Leicester's history as they go to Old Trafford with the chance to be crowned champions. The inevitable though could be delayed with Man United picking up a point in what should be a cracking contest.
Liverpool and Man City have massive European games this week and it wouldn't be a surprise if they fielded weakened teams at Swansea and Southampton respectively so check line-ups before betting on those games.
I've read that Manuel Pellegrini will rest the likes of Sergio Aguero, Kevin de Bruyne and Vincent Kompany ahead of the CL second leg away to Real Madrid and that's arguably his best three players. The news hasn't been confirmed but I've decided to go with Saints to score 2+ as at least one Super Single. On the continent sides in my sights include Valencia at home to Villarreal, Liverpool's EL opponents at Anfield, and revitalised Getafe at Deportivo.
Sassuolo should beat Verona in Italy and Palermo are a possibility at home to Sampdoria as they fight the drop.

A new champion will be crowned this morning after Victory’s triumphant 3-0 win over Sydney in last years Grand Final. Both these teams played in high scoring Semi-Finals – with Western Sydney coming back from the dead having been 3-0 down after 23 minutes – that was a thrilling game.
Adelaide came through with a resounding 4-0 win over Melbourne City with Djite bagging a couple and as mentioned by @nb89 – he’d be worth a punt to notch again today.
Historically the grand final is a low scoring affair and the H2H record shows similar readings with their past 3 meetings seeing 2 goals or less. Adelaide have been superb at the Coopers Stadium having lost only 2 games there all season and will have home advantage again today. Their past 5 games have seen 4 wins and a draw so Western Sydney will have a job on their hands today.

Personally I only cover of its for a small stake to literally just cover the initial stake. Not so you get a win win scenario. So I’d be hoping for an early goal to make the cover option more attractive.

Had a nightmare logging on today as I’ve been quite active in restarting my £10 – xxxxx challenge + there’s the small matter of the potential/probable Wembley playoff final for the championship dry run in the form of Brighton v Derby.
I shall be on hand well before the kickoff as usual with my recommended bets. Although I won’t be going all in, I will be having a Derby & overs 2.5 doubled with an overs corners bet…. The last time I tried it at their ground from a £30 stake, It made me £600 and paid for the dreadful overpriced trip to Wembley/£10 nuked burgers/£5 a pint and a mile queue – then the turnstiles failing on the Derby fans for the first 22 mins of kickoff.
I’m thrilled that Nigel Clough got Burton into the championship, I think that’s superb. I hinted early on during his reappointment that he had unfinished business.
Leicester about to be crowned champions and Derby with sniff at promotion in the playoffs.
