WALES needed a Gareth Bale hat-trick to see off Belarus earlier in World Cup qualification so boss Robert Page will be hoping their talisman will celebrate his 100th cap with more heroics in Cardiff.
A victory would take the Welsh back above the Czechs into second spot in Group E, although their place in the play-offs is now guaranteed anyway thanks to their Nations League exploits.
Gaffer Page will still be determined to finish in second place though and it could boil down to goal difference if the Welsh win here then lose to leaders Belgium in the final group game.
A lack of firepower has hurt Page's side in recent qualifiers, with a 0-0 draw at home to Estonia followed by a 1-0 victory on the road against the same opponents. But our man Mark wasn't complaining as that dreary win in Kazan helped bring up both of his bets.
Bale's lack of game time at Real Madrid hasn't helped in that respect and the superstar was forced to miss the second clash against Estonia due to injury.
The 32-year-old has played just six times this season, three of them coming for Wales, but he has been training at full pelt this week and should bring up his century.
Bale's treble sunk Belarus in a five-goal thriller back in September and he could get more joy against a team who have lost their last six World Cup qualifiers.
How the bookies view it
It's no surprise to see Wales as favourites although they look way too short at a best 2/9 with BoyleSports. Belarus are a whopping 35/2 at SBK while even the stalemate pays the same price at VBet. Given Wales drew 0-0 at home to Estonia and needed a last-gasp goal to sink Belarus away from home, that draw looks overpriced.

Thanks to Bale's heroics last time around (below), Wales have won four of their five meetings with Belarus. Their only loss was a 2-1 defeat on the road in World Cup qualifying back in 2000.
