THREE points are a priority for Dortmund in Prague after they were left cursing an inspired performance from Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen on matchday one.

The German defied his countrymen by saving a Marco Reus penalty and making a handful of other fine stops as Dortmund failed to turn their dominance into goals in a 0-0 draw at home to the Spanish champions.

Bagging their first win of Group F against Slvia won't be the formality it may have seemed though. The Czech title winners had virtually been written off as no-hopers before the action got under way, but they delivered an excellent opening display to draw 1-1 away to Antonio Conte's Inter.

It could, and probably should, have been even more as the Czechs were only pegged back by a 92nd-minute equaliser from Nicolo Barella.

Slavia impressed in the Europa League last season, knocking out Sevilla before a quarter-final defeat to eventual winners Chelsea. Now they are back in the Champions League group phase for the first time since 2007 and determined to make the most of it.

They remain unbeaten at the top of the Czech top flight this term with nine wins from 11 and at home it's five victories complemented by five clean sheets.

They will fancy themselves to pose problems to a Dortmund defence showing signs of weakness. In Bundesliga away games this season, Lucien Favre's men have won just one of three, conceding three times in defeat at newly-promoted Union Berlin then letting in a late leveller to draw 2-2 at Eintracht Frankfurt.

And the Germans' backline deficencies were again on show in the 2-2 home draw with Werder Bremen on Saturday – Dortmund's third successive stalemate –  so the stage is set for goals and over 2.5 and both teams to net is the first port of call at 10-11 with Boylesports.

Late goals have been a recurring them in Dortmund matches – four of their six Bundesliga outings have featured a strike after the 76th minute, and bet365 offer 5-6 for that trend to continue.

Dortmund's botched spot-kick against Barca was one of six penalties awarded across the 16 games on matchday one. With VAR being used, and the Germans possessing lightning quick players such as Jadon Sancho who love jinking into the box, the 8-5 at Boylesports for a penalty to be awarded is worth a go.
