LIVERPOOL will be targeting an 18th consecutive Premier League victory when they welcome relegation-threatened West Ham to Anfield on Monday night.

The runaway Reds have been relentless in their quest to claim what would be a first domestic league title in three decades.

In fact, Liverpool have been almost-perfect in their opening 26 Premier League outings – only Manchester United have managed to halt Jurgen Klopp's juggernaut thus far.

What's more, the Anfield side have amassed an astronomical 100 Premier League points form the last 102 on offer to them and such formidable form does bode well for an out-of-sorts West Ham outfit.

The Hammers, having won only two of their last 12 top-flight tussles, are in huge trouble and find themselves hurtling towards relegation

David Moyes returned to the London Stadium hot-seat at the turn of the year, however, the Scotsman has been unable to halt West Ham's slide towards the Premier League's trap door.

The Betting Odds

Liverpool are one win away from equalling Man City's record of 18 straight Premier League victories and a home win on Monday night is huge odds-on at 1/6 with Bet 365

West Ham are a whopping 20/1 with Ladbrokes to cause an upset at Anfield and a share of the spoils is also deemed unlikely at 15/2 with 888Sport.

The Betting Angles

I've had a lot of success this season by tipping Liverpool in the half/time full time market, but a repeat on Monday night looks a bit short at 8/13 (Coral)

However, by utilising Bet 365's Bet Builder and adding over zero West Ham cards, you can boost those odds up to a much more enticing 10/11.

Liverpool have led at half time in 11 of their 13 league games in their own backyard this term before going on to collect all three points and I fancy the Reds to make that 12 out of 14 when locking horns with a confidence-stricken West Ham side who have only kept three clean sheets in their last 20 league matches.

The likes of Arsenal, Leicester, Man City, Man United and Wolves have all found themselves trailing at the interval at this venue before falling to defeat and that all adds to the appeal of backing Liverpool in the half time/full time market, along with one West Ham card at 10/11 (Bet 365)

In conjunction with that, I'm also attracted to one of PaddyPower's featured bets for this fixture, namely, Liverpool to win, Liverpool most corners and West Ham most cards, which looks nicely priced at 6/4.

Liverpool have registered 10 clean sheets in their last 11 league outings – conceding only once in three months – and the red-hot Reds are averaging 2.6 goals per game in their own manor.

Furthermore, Klopp's star-studded side have scored two or more goals in all but one of their home games this season and they will be coming up against a West Ham side who have the third-weakest defence in the division, not to mention Moyes showed a blatant lack of ambition away at Man City last Wednesday night.

The Hammers could also feel the wrath of a bruised Liverpool side who will be hurting after suffering their first defeat of 2020 last midweek when going down 1-0 away at Atletico Madrid.

Everything points towards a routine home win for the Reds, however, punters will have to dig deep to try and source some value from this fixture and along with the aforementioned tips, I'm going to throw in another Bet Builder.

Combining a Liverpool win, over one Liverpool goal, over four Liverpool corners and over zero West Ham cards appeals at 8/11 with Bet 365 – a bet that would have landed during last months meeting between these two sides at the London Stadium.

This match between Liverpool and West Ham will be played on Feb 24, 2020 and kick off at 20:00. Check below for our tipsters best Liverpool vs West Ham prediction. You may also visit our dedicated betting previews section for the most up to date previews.
