BELGIUM will be looking to tot up a trio of Group B triumphs when they face Finland in St Petersburg on Monday night.

The Red Devils sealed their passage to the knockout stages with a game to spare following a hard-fought 2-1 win over Denmark.

That Kevin De Bruyne inspired comeback in Copenhagen has put Belgium firmly on course to finish first in Group B.

Roberto Matrinez's star-studded side can cement their place at the summit of the section with either a draw or victory against Finland.

The Eagle-Owls have exceeded expectations, with three points on the board at this stage, and that return has given Finland a fighting chance of reaching the last-16

Having said that, Markku Kanerva's men will more than likely have to take something from their final group game with Belgium if they are to extend their stay at this summer's showpiece.

Outright Betting

Finland have avoided defeat in each of their last seven meetings with Belgium but the bookies odds suggests that sequence will come to a shuddering halt, with the Finns 10/1 outsiders with William Hill while the draw pays 4/1 with UniBet.

Belgium have won nine of their last 11 fixtures and are understandably big favourites to win this Group B bout, at a lowly 4/11 with SBK.

Betting Angles

Belgium are worthy favourites to continue their flawless run but there is little value in siding with the world number one at the aforementioned odds

I'll therefore head to the Bet Builder market and combine Belgium to win, under five goals in the game and over zero Finland cards, a 5/6 (Bet 365) shot.

Indeed, Martinez may well shuffle his pack on Monday, however, the Belgian boss has a squad filled with stars, all of whom will be keen to make the most of their opportunity to shine.

What's more, the Spaniard has steered his side to an eye-catching 45 wins from 58 matches under his watch, losing just four times in the process.

Finland, on the other hand, have lost four of their last five matches and it is worth noting that they have posted just a solitary success across their last eight internationals.

Sure, the Finns will set out to frustrate Belgium with a low block, but the Red Devils should have enough firepower in reserve to find a way through the Finnish rearguard.

With that in mind, coupled with the state of play in this section, I'm happy to combine a Belgium win in a game that features fewer than five match goals.

In order to boost up the price on the Bet Builder, I'll throw at least one Finland card into the equation – Markku Kanerva's crew have collected two cards in each of their first two Group B fixtures.

That train of thought could also see value lie with the 4/5 on offer (Bet 365) for a repeat in Saint Petersburg on Monday night as Group B reaches its dramatic climax.

This match between Finland and Belgium will be played on Jun 21, 2021 and kick off at 20:00. Check below for our tipsters best Finland vs Belgium prediction. You may also visit our dedicated betting previews section for the most up to date previews.
