Ferencvaros host Genk in a Europa Conference League Group F fixture with both teams battling for second place and a spot in the playoffs. There is little to separate them at the moment and with both teams seemingly evenly matched, they are likely to cancel each other out.

Genk are unbeaten in Group F of the Europa League having claimed just one win and played out two draws from their three matches so far. One of the draws was a 0-0 scoreline with Genk in their last fixture in the competition.

Beyond the Europa League, Ferencvaros have generally been in good form lately and have lost just once in their last 12 matches across all competitions. However, that defeat came last weekend as they were beaten 2-1 by Kecskemet in a domestic fixture.

Ferencvaros have also impressed at home lately and are unbeaten in their last nine matches at Groupama Arena. However, they are often unconvincing at the back and have conceded five goals in the last three matches in that run.

Genk have a similar record with Ferencvaros with one win and two draws from three matches in Group F. They will be disappointed to have missed out on the win last time out against Ferencvaros after dominating the encounter and lacking the cutting edge in attack.

Like Ferencvaros, Genk have also been in good form lately and are unbeaten in 17 of their last 18 matches across all competitions. However, Wouter Vrancken’s men have been held 10 times in that run while they were beaten 3-2 by Antwerp in a domestic fixture last weekend.

That defeat to Antwerp was also the first on the road in nine matches across all competitions for Genk, who have impressed on their travels. They have picked ups six wins in that run, including a 2-0 victory at Cukaricki in the Europa Conference League.
