BORUSSIA DORTMUND'S qualification fate is not in their own hands as they head into their final Group F match at home to Slavia Prague.

The Germans are level on points with Inter, but the Italians' superior head-to-head record gives them the edge. So Dortmund must better Inter's result at home to group winners Barcelona.

Dortmund are likely to need a win – then hope for a favour – and should at least keep up their side of the bargain. Manager Lucien Favre was under increasing pressure after the 3-1 loss at Barcelona on matchday five added to poor domestic form.

But his side have stopped the rot and come into this key fixtures on the back of successive Bundesliga wins, including a 5-0 home thumping of Fortuna Dusseldorf on Saturday that has Dortmund sitting third and feeling a lot more optimistic.

They face a Slavia outfit destined to finish bottom but who have far from disgraced themselves in a devilishly difficult group. The Czechs remain unbeaten away from home after opening the section with a 1-1 draw at Inter before holding Barca scoreless at the Nou Camp.

Slavia's home form has been their downfall – they've lost all three matches, including a 2-0 reversal against Dortmund –  and with nothing to play for it remains to be seen how motivated they will be for this tussle.

Either way, Dortmund look solid favourites but are just 3-10 for the win at the likes of Coral and Marathonbet, with Slavia a whopping 11-1 at Unibet and the draw paying 5-1 at Betway.

Favre's men will be keen to make a statement of intent and take command early, with the hosts to be winning at half-time and full-time an attractive proposition at 19-20 with Coral.

The fact Slavia have proved they are no pushovers on the road, though, lends appeal to Dortmund and under 4.5 match goals at 3-4 with Coral.

Germany forward Marco Reus, fresh from his double at the weekend, will have a world-class supply line with Jadon Sancho and Thorgan Hazard either side of him supplying the ammo.

Reus tends to thrive at home – eight of his nine goals this season have all come at the Signal Iduna Park – and he's even money at Paddy Power to add to that tally.
