The European qualifiers for the World Cup might be over for another month but there's still some fixtures to play out in South America on Thursday and Friday.
Brazil are in pole position to be the first South American side to book their place at the 2022 World cup and can take a step closer with a win over Uruguay in the early hours of Friday morning.
CONMEBOL's epic qualification process where ten teams play in a league of home-and-away round-robin matches has just passed the half-way stage and the four-time World Cup winners hold a six point lead over great rivals Argentina.
The clash between the top two sides was farcically abandoned last month after a matter of minutes but despite having played a match less than the other eight countries there's already a six-point gap to the next teams in the table, Ecuador and Uruguay.
Uruguay lost 2-0 at home to Brazil a year ago and have won just twice in qualifying since, a 4-2 home win over Bolivia and an injury time win over Ecuador in September.
Like Brazil, Argentina remain unbeaten in qualifying so far but four draws have left them chasing Brazil and need to keep in touch ahead of next month's meeting with The Seleção. Opponents Peru have beaten the Argentinians in the last 14 meetings.

Had Dykes and Mctominay both to be booked in the Faroes v Scotland match at 33/1 so the internationals were successful.For some reason card prices are higher for Internationals than domestic which is surprising.I would advise anyone who follows these card bets to shop around all prices will be quoted from b365 but you will get a lot better elsewhere.
