AFTER a 15-1 double on Tuesday I wasn't so lucky on Wednesday.
First of all Hairdryer, owned by Sir Alex Ferguson, finished a close second and later Blue Mist made me see the red mist with a disappointing run.
Hoping for better on Thursday. Well done to all the winners.
Master Singer clearly had his best run to date last time out at Wolverhampton when winning comfortably, although his lead was cut late on he did win with a bit to spare. His only other victory came here at Newcastle when he ran out a 16-length winner always on the bridle and eased down.
That was a competitive race but not for a horse of this class, he really shouldn’t be getting beat here and probably should be 2-5 or 1-3 which would still look value.
Chelmsford City 5.55
Avon Green was extremely unlucky last time when missing the break before being switched late on and only got beaten by a head. Running off the same mark here and kept at five furlongs should make her hard to beat.
