EVERYONE scores at Man City it seems. Even Bournemouth, even Newcastle. Even when they're tanking teams poor old Joe Hart is picking one out at the other end.
Sevilla will be pleased to see this generosity extends to Champions League games at the Etihad. The last 10 teams to visit have netted and only one side in 15 have drawn a blank – Bayern Munich back in 2011.
City have won just five of their 15 home games in the elite tournament and it's a rotten record that makes them difficult to back at odds on – William Hill go a best price 4-6.
Goals look the way to go even if City are without Sergio Aguero but bookies aren't giving anything away though with both to score and over 2.5 goals each paying 4-7.
Four of City's last five have gone over 4.5 goals so over 3.5 at 8-5 with McBookie is the call.
Sevilla have bounced back after a poor start, beating Barcelona 2-1, but City should edge it and a home win and both to score pays 21-10 at William Hill.
Without Aguero City will be looking for weekend hat-trick hero Raheem Sterling to step up and he is 7-1 at 888sport to score first. Whether Sterling can produce against top-quality opposition is the question and for an alternative consider Kevin de Bruyne at 5-1 with McBookie and Coral.
The other Group D game sees Juventus entertain a Borussia M'gladbach who have been in brilliant form in the Bundesliga. They've won their last four scoring 14 goals but in between unluckily lost 2-1 at home to Man City.
Man United head to CSKA Moscow in good spirits after Saturday's superb 3-0 win at Everton. All four teams teams in Group B have three points so it's vital United don't lose ground.
CSKA are unbeaten domestically but have struggled against better teams and while I can see United winning I'm taking them draw no bet at 4-5 with McBookie and BetVictor. Memphis Depay is 13-5 at bet365 to notch his fourth Champions League goal of the campaign.
I've covered the Wolfsburg v Sevilla and Atletico Madrid v Astana matches in the top tips post and the Super Single is Atletico -2 against an Astana side who are resting half a team.
The other match in Group C sees Galatasaray take on Benfica and while it's a difficult place to go I'm tempted by the Portuguese who shrugged off their tag as bad travellers by winning 2-1 at Atletico.
Biggest game of the night is PSG v Real Madrid but as people have pointed out it may not promise goals galore with Rafael Benitez having tightened up at the back with four clean sheets in six.
Real are without Pepe, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema and that puts me off backing them at a decent price of 11-5 with betfair. PSG have won their last five games and their first two in the Champions League and this could be a draw.
Much talk will be about the Zlatan Ibrahimovic v Cristiano Ronaldo shootout and the Swede is 9-2 at bet365 to score first with Ronaldo 4-1.
Malmo take on Shakhtar Donetsk in the other Group A tie and the Swedes are capable of picking up a point from a side who are not the best travellers.
Man City v Sevilla over 3.5 goals
Atletico Madrid -2
