NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS have made their best start to a season in eight years and tonight they put their nine-game unbeaten run on the line at home to Buffalo Bills.
The Pats have to do without injured star receiver Julian Edelman and will look for more heroics from top scorer Rob Gronkowski who is 5-1 at Skybet to bag the first touchdown and just 4-9 to score any time.

Darussafaka have really impressed me this season. They are playing in Euroleague for the first time and seem to be holding their own. The club have invested in the team with a couple of class players and are currently 4 and 2 in the Turkish league. Today they face a big test hosting Galatasaray who recorded an impressive home court win against campions Fenerbahce a few weeks back. Darusafaka have already played in some big games this season and lost in a close match against CSKA and Fenerbahce on their home court. For me this is a huge indication on who will win this match as Galatasaray are of a lower standard than these two teams. Darussafaka with home court advantage should be too much for this Galatasaray team.

Skopje entertain Zadar in the Adriatic league. I think the bookies have been generous with the odds here. The form team are Zadar, winning 4 of their last 5 which includes an away win against one of the best team in the league, Cedevita. On the other hand we have the supposedly superior Skopje, who have lost their last 3 games. Admittedly they did start the season well but based on current form and odds offered I’m going with Zadar here.

Def two standouts for me, although I did like the look of the Gravelines in the French league but they’ve shortened from 7/10 to 2/5. The spread is at -6 but think I’ve missed the value here now.
Just looking at the game in Greece and really can’t make up my mind. William Hill had PAOK at +19.5 earlier but that’s shortened to +17 now. Think that could go either way but at -17 Panathinaikos could squeeze over the line. What puts me off is that PAOK’S points difference isn’t that bad.
I’m edging more towards the unders but will have a closer look…

Spent a good time researching today’s card.
St John’s have a strong defence & whilst Vandy will win I dare say it won’t be a blow-out. St Johns to keep within single digits even.
LSU have a great new star recruit and with that are unstoppable at the moment going 3-0 to start the season. Don’t see Marquet getting close in this one – blow-out.
East Carolina, whilst I don’t think they’ll win should stay within the spread against a good San Diego team. They nearly upset #15 ranked California yesterday and they have enough scoring offense to keep this one close.
I took St johns single +16.5 @ 1.95 because the line had moved to +17, then i just looked again on 365 they offering more than stake on cash out, the line has moved to +14 so good sign hopefully.

– Hornets -4.5 : Rested and playing at home. Kings are usually bad on the road.
– Cavs/Magics over 197 : I like the Magics and I’m still not confident about the Cavs covering double digits spreads. Therefor I prefer taking the points as I feel Magics will play well and force the Cavs to score.
– Timberwolves -7 : They’re playing the weakest team in the NBA, they’re playing at home and they want this 1st home win.
– Spurs ML (Rolling bet) : Back-to-back games for the Suns, Spurs are rested and playing at home. ML looks like a banker @ 1.25 for bet 2.

Cheers gents, about time I had a main bet winning in the NFL again. Small interest in these props tonight. Rob Gronkowski is obviously a football catching machine and a vital part in the Patriots offense. He’ll have to take on an even bigger role with Edelman out for what looks to be the remainder of the season and possibly the playoffs. In Buffalo, Gronk caught 7 of 13 targets for 113 yards and a TD. He has covered more than 108 yards in three of the Pats last four and I’d expect him to get at least three figures tonight with Edelman out. Danny Amendola could have a big game in replace of Edelman, but the only thing you can predict with Belichicks game plans are that Gronkowski will be thrown too. LeSean McCoy had a good game on the ground against the Pats in Buffalo, had over 160 yards form scrimmage against the Jets last week and should be well rested. I’d expect him to get his rush + receiving total at 110.5 @ 17/20 @ Ladbrokes.

I wouldn’t want to pick a winner between Bucks and Pistons but I do think the game will go at a snails pace so UNDERS probably looks the goods. Bucks at home are so much better defensively – one of the best home defense records in the league actually. Not placing a bet, just my thoughts.
Can’t disagree. Bucks being back home after 3 road losses, they’ll want to make up for it in front of their crowd.
