THEY have talked the trash-talk for weeks and now it's time to walk the walk. Nathan Cleverly and Tony Bellew glove up for a spite-filled grudge rematch on Saturday night and it has the makings of a cracker.

Cleverly came out on top thanks to a majority points decision when they first met three years ago and Bellew is a man on a revenge mission.

William Hill can't split them with both fighters offered at 10-11 to win. They've had twice the number of bets for Cleverly to triumph compared to Bellew, who has had more wagers placed on him to win by KO than his opponent.

Spokesman Rupert Adams said: “Turnover for this fight is expected to be second only to Froch vs Groves and at this stage it looks very hard to call.”

Hills odds are posted below.

On the Formula One grid it's qualifying action today ahead of Sunday's big double-points season finale in Abu Dhabi where title leader Lewis Hamilton is looking to bag his second world championship.

The British ace showed he's in the mood by finishing fastest in both practice sessions on Friday. There's always the potential for disaster though and Unibet are offering 5-1 that Mercedes’ worst nightmare comes to pass – a non finish for Hamilton.

All eyes will be on the Mercedes pair fighting for the title with Unibet offering 1-5 Hamilton for glory and 41-13 Nico Rosberg. They've also priced up specials such as 14-1 for both Hamilton and Rosberg to fail to finish the first lap – which famously happened with Senna and Prost in 1990.

In the golfing showpiece Henrik Stenson – our man Ace Venturer's top tip – is halfway to glory with a one-shot lead and looking to earn a bit of breathing space in the third round of the World Tour Championship today.

There's also doubles action in the tennis Davis Cup Final – where Roger Federer was crushed in the singles by Gael Monfils yesterday – plus autumn Test rugby and loads more on a packed day of sport so post your tips and chat here.

Nathan Cleverly vs Tony Bellew (Hills odds)

10-11 Cleverly, 10-11 Bellew, 20-1 Draw

9-4 Bellew to win by KO, TKO or DQ

4-1 Cleverly to win by KO, TKO or DQ

On form, Cleverly should take this. Both fighters have been exposed when tested at a higher level but Cleverly is the better boxer. However, there are far easier and more straightforward 10/11 bets out there than this!

It’s that tight I think the home crowd will roar bellew to a knock out victory round 9 / 10

    Round 9 28/1

    Round 10 33/1

    Win inside 12 rounds 2/1

I agree with PST. If your looking for a even money bet then there are far more ‘safer’ ones out there today. I do think clev will win though.

cleverly / bellew is a 55/45 match up imo

it’s a very tough pick but i would lean towards cleverly on points @ 13/8

    other good value bets are

    Degale pts 4/7

    callum smith points 11/8 / over 8.5 rounds 4/7

    Lomachenko K.o 8/13 under 8.5 rounds 5/4

scott quigg ko 1/3 under 9.5 rounds 8/13

    zou shiming points 4/7

groves under 8.5 rounds is not worth it but seems very likely at 1/3 also joshua 1-2 rounds @ 1/3 seems highly highly likely finding something to go doubles with would be decent.

pacman v algerie is also a very tough call

i would probobly lean towards a pacman KO @ 8/13

you can get decent price on points though 7/4 and under 9.5 rounds @ evens

what a disappointing night of boxing, that crooked reff wrecked my degale points bet and the reff in the china show wrecked a couple more by saving alergie when he got up at 9 and turned his back….oh well next week will be better i hope. i fancy both underdog chisora and eubanks jr to poss pull of the upset

Cleverley bellewe any fighter inside 12 evens looks the best for me and I’m hoping Joshua round 1 !!!!

  8. GAZ B 9 years ago

Nice write up, only one I’d not be sure on is de gale, his opponent looked really dehydrated at weigh in and still 2lbs over which means he will have had to try and lose that still, where as de gale can get comfortable with weight, also he is trying to make a point to get fight with groves, I hope your right if you have backed it it’s one I’m undecided on at the min but fancy de gale inside 9/10 maybe

  9. Mlac 9 years ago

Its possible, though remember he is a very tough mexican who’s has only ever been dropped once and never stopped.
degale isnt really a power puncher so a ko is not likely however a late stopped is very possible. ( though i hope not as i have degale points on 3 accumulators)

Joshua round 1 is highly likely, it all depends on when he wants to finish sprott, he may want to go a round or 2 but if he wants it, sprott will go with the first flush punch IMO.

What the hell I’m gonna put my Sunday bets up now seeing as tho they’ve given me the markets.

    6:00PM Double.

    New England Patriots -2.5
    Green Bay Packers -3.5

    Pays EVS

    9:25PM Double.

    Denver Broncos -2.5
    San Francisco 49ers -4.5

Pays 11/10 – Add the Dallas Cowboys +1.5 for a 2/1 Treble (SNF 1:30AM kick off).

    All five pays 5/1
    _______________________________________________________________

Possible SS shortlist (haven’t made up my mind yet).

    DeMarco Murray/Cowboys Wincast @ 13/10
    Demaryius Thomas/Broncos Wincast @ 6/5
    Rob Gronkowski/Patriots Wincast @ 10/11

At the moment it’s between Gronk and DeMarco. I think DeMarco is the most likely to score with the Giants being awful at stopping the run but whether the Cowboys win outright is another thing, where as the Patriots are more than likely to win but Gronk scored late in the 4th quarter last week so it might be a nail biter all tho it’s home advantage for Gronk. Both aren’t bad calls.
    _______________________________________________________________

    £5 bonkers bet.

    All the 5 alternative handicap picks from above and;

    Atlanta Falcons +1.5 points
    Tampa Bay Buccaneers +12 points
    Houston Texans +3 points
    Indianapolis Colts -9.5 points
    Philadelphia Eagles -6.5 points
    San Diego Chargers -2 points
    Arizona Cardinals +13 points
    New Orleans Saints +1.5

    13 fold pays 100/1

Still dwelling on the SS but main doubles and fivefold are locked in. Plenty of time until kick offs but thought I’d get them on the new thread all tho Scott will probably make a new one tonight ;)

Eubanks Jnr. Put your shirt on him to win.

I live in Brighton and am close to the Eubank camp team.

All his fights hitherto having sparing with Eubanks Jnr holding back, next Saturday is going to be a shocker

    Davis cup-
Im hoping the Swiss finish the job tomorrow but France to win the tie @ 7/2 could be a decent shout. There are question marks over Federer after his withdrawal from the london final and his crushing defeat at the hands of Monfils in the first rubber here. Federer Tsonga is first up tomorrow and if Rog isn’t there physically then Tsonga has a great shot. Should he win, Monfils will doubtless relish the occasion of playing the deciding rubber in front of a boisterous and passionate French crowd.

  16. Jordan 9 years ago

Lee did you back that Rooney Wincast!? If so congrats mate. I tipped over 2.5 and BTTS in the footy thread, saw the own goal go in and went out, came back home to put MOTD on and see Rooney put the ball in the net, then Giroud’s goal! Happy days! 3 points and more cash :D

  17. Jordan 9 years ago

Very VERY small wager for this evening. I’m taking Cleverly to win.

Adding Bobby Green Win in UFC Fight Night against Edson Barboza @ 6/5.

Frankie Edgar vs Cub Swanson (UFC Fight Night Main Event) Fight To Go The Difference NO @ 6/4.

Singles or trixie advised. £20 Trixie returns £124 (4 bets)

  20. Jordan 9 years ago

DeAndre what do you think of the Rockets game tonight? Houston on the spread worth a small stake?

  21. kevka 9 years ago

I was thinking in a treble with suns, cavs and wizards, any thoughts guys?

  22. bigpappi 9 years ago

I wouldn’t touch cavs game today.

  23. jockster 9 years ago

    Cleverley needs to throw more
than just a left jab.think hes got a
    problem with right hand

  24. oliverrobin 9 years ago

Soz guys cant watch fight…who is winning….shall I get on cleverley @ 9/4

  25. Jordan 9 years ago

What happened to Cleverley? Bossed the first few rounds, looks fooked!

  26. Craig Alves 9 years ago

Jumped on Bellew in 4/5th round after reading on twitter Cleverly f*cked his right hand £23 on at 1/2 but cashed out when he was 1/100 but following in twitter doesn’t sound like a classic :)

    • Jordan 9 years ago

Pure shi*e he was Craig! Don’t think Cleverly threw a right hand all night. Well done mate.

  27. kevka 9 years ago

In the end i went with any 3 and all 4 of cavs, suns, wizard and pelicans
    very small stake GL

  28. Jordan 9 years ago

Split decision!?!? Jesus! Didn’t think it was that close!

  29. Craig Alves 9 years ago

Aye so I’ve been reading, £17 to watch it too on sky when you can get links everywhere nowadays. Every time there’s a PPV sky hypes it up and there’s probably millions that fall for it, Bellew jumped from 4/6 to 1/2 when I got but dunno what round it actually was, sure Clev was fav at all bookies bar @Betfred just before I put it on half an hr ago

    • Jordan 9 years ago

I stream almost everything Craig. I’ve watched every UFC PPV event and never paid a penny. FBI hot on my heels hahaha

Yeah Cleverly was winning but gassed, right hand definitely playing up too. Glad I didn’t pay for it, already lost £20 on it from that trixie haha

  30. oliverrobin 9 years ago

Jordan…like your shirt number….the boy was good today..some nice dribble…shame about the goal effort would of been nice….we have 1 of the best players ….just wait till next season

  31. IVX1 9 years ago

Jordan Bobby green is dealing with the death of his brother his mental state is compromised ,do you still think he can win ?

  32. Jordan 9 years ago

Oliver he played well but should have buried that chance being the player he is! Got caught in two minds I think!

IV, this sort of thing can also inspire wins. Not sure if you saw a treble I won a while back where a female fighter’s husband had taken his own life and she was coming back from a bad knee injury. She stopped the opponent in the 2nd round!. Barboza is a very good fighter but has struggled with wrestlers in the past, if Green comes aggressive he should prevail. Don’t go silly tho.
