MY £25 to £250 challenge was completed on Tuesday.
Having reached my target I withdrew the winnings but I will put up mythical bets to see how far I can take it and start a new one on Saturday.
Thursday's bet was Milos Raonic to beat Dominic Thiem at the ATP World Tour Finals and did so in straight sets. I watched Kei Nishikori lose a marathon three-setter to Andy Murray and he looks in better shape than Marin Cilic who was blown away by Murray but defeated an off-colour Stan Wawrinka.
Nishikori has the carrot of finishing the season as world No.3 if he triumphs in London and while Wednesday's match took a lot out of him he's had a day's rest and is hitting the ball sweetly.
I was temped to add Murray to beat Wawrinka at about 1-3 but I'll keep to the single.
Those still doing challenges I wish you luck – this is the place to do them so let's see what you've got.
Nishikori to beat Cilic (8pm)
