THEY say all good things come to end and Inverness brought a good week to a close for me as they lost at home to Dundee United.
Inverness didn't turn up until they were 3-0 down but fair play to United for a gutsy display at the end of a difficult week and post-Paatelainen.
They were my only bets on Friday and the Super Single profit for May is still looking healthy.
Greg concentrated on goals at Inverness and in France and enjoyed another bumper night.
I've already said this weekend's card is tough with so many meaningless games so I'm putting fewer bets than normal.

Quiet week for me and I’m £2.50 down with City not managing to get a corner in the second half the other night.
Some might think this is a silly bet but one I believe holds value. Aston Villa are down and out and will be playing their last Premier League game in front of the home fans today. They’ve known their fate for a couple of weeks now, and with no nerves on the pitch they have been playing with freedom, scoring twice against Watford and Southampton in their last two. Newcastle have been in better form at the right time and this is a must win. With Newcastle’s eagerness for 3 points, and Villas nerveless playing style, I can see this leading to goals. Spare a thought for Dinamo Bucharest midfielder Patrick Ekeng who collapsed on the pitch last night during Dinamo’s game with Viitorul. He died later in hospital. The guy was only 26 and played for Cameroon in the 2015 African Cup of Nations.

Derby team news:
Jamie Hansen ( academy product that’s been a bit of a defensive utility player ) is out until some time next season and Chris Baird has been recalled from Fulham early for cover if Thorne picks up an injury.
I think Bradley Johnson and Jeff Hendrick are nearing full fitness and it throws into the mix more options should they need them for the playoffs.
Last week, we played very well and conceded in the death of the game to be denied all three points. The game started poor to average for Derby and around 35 mins in, we grew into the game. Aside from Corners, we dominated the stats and I’d say it was possibly 55% Derby, 45% Brighton.
Brighton had the early chances to open the scoring but didn’t capitalise, but Derby had plenty of chances to wrap up all the points in the 2nd half and the late Brighton goal on reflection was a fair result. 1 goal denied me a £30 45/1 treble.
Anyway:
No starting 11 changes for the rams, but Hendrick is on the bench, its the only change to the whole squad that faced Brighton last week.
Ipswich have ,made 3 changes including bringing back their goalkeeper.
IF Hull lose and Derby win, we go 4th and take home advantage into the 2nd leg, if Derby win and Hull draw, that 4th spot goes down to goal difference.
This starting 11 is a statement of intent, we’re out for the win and at 7/10 with bet365, that’s my tip.
Ipswich are a good side in 8th and could capitalise if Cardiff lose and Derby slip up.
I’d be surprised if that was the case though given Derby have not chosen to weaken the team.
I think Hull will win today, I think Burnley should overcome Charlton to claim top spot and I expect Borough to not lose, to deny Brighton auto-promotion.
All 4 games I expect to see at least a goal, and after a wretched day on my bank building challenge, I cashed out with just injurytime in a dour goalless match. Thankfully I had somethink left, although it was a sideswipe, I dropped from £3521 to £476.
I dropped onto a few games, took my meds and woke up to an enhanced Bank building balance of £608.
A few twists and turns early doors and today, my bank stands at £1015. Good progress today for me and renewed determination to avoid those banana skins.

harrybaines, always best spread your winnings over a few firms.
