Paul leads the way with two winning trebles so far and has £62.28 in the bank but Owen is determined to fight back.
Owen writes: Right no excuses, this is the week I break my duck.
There is a £25 charity bet placed on this treble every week so it's about time I get some cash in the pot. No matter how little – we just need cash.
This week my first selection is Glenafton who are 1-2 to beat Vale of Clyde. Vale lost 14-0 to Auchinleck Talbot in the West of Scotland Cup last weekend and their confidence must be shattered even though the had a couple of players sent off in the first half.
Linlithgow are 2-5 at home to Musselburgh for my next selection. Rose have been scoring goals for fun lately and entertain a side who have failed to score in their last two games so I reckon the Scottish Cup holders can do me a favour and pick up three points.
My final selection is Shotts who are 4-5 at home to Bellshill. Shotts are unbeaten in their last eight and Bellshill have lost their last four so surely this one looks like a home banker.
- Glenafton 1-2
- Linlithgow 2-5
- Shotts 4-5
- The treble pays just over 11-4 giving you £37.80 for a tenner.
There is not much that separates Camelon and Kelty Hearts in the table but Camelon had a good victory last week against Tayport and can build on that again. They are 7-10.
Broxburn did us a turn last week after Thornton were well punted and I expect them to pick up another three points against Ballingry (6-5).
Finally, I am heading up North and backing Hall Russell away to Longside (5-4 with McBookie but a mouthwatering 15-8 with Hills).
Hall Russell are above Longside in the table and have played less games and had a great victory last week.
- Hall Russell
- The treble pays £84.15 for a tenner.
