MY first Super Single of Friday produced a nice winner at 7-4 thanks to both to score at Dundalk v Limerick.
The price was so big with Dundalk a short price to win but stats suggested Limerick would score and they did twice while conceding six.
My second was let down by Argentina failing to score even one against Colombia and Copa America continues to deceive. There were eight cards and there could be plenty more bookings in the Brazil game tonight.
Once again the Top Treble was close with Cork and St Pat's winning but Bohemians let it down by not scoring at home to Drogheda. To make matters worse an equaliser was recorded then taken down after a 92nd-minute strike was ruled offside.
There's not masses to look at on Saturday if you take away the friendlies. I've posted a separate preview on the final Copa America quarter-final between Brazil and Paraguay and there are the two European Under-21 Championship semi-finals featuring Denmark v Sweden and Germany v Portugal.
I like both to score in the Nordic derby while Portugal could edge out Germany if they keep star star strikers Kevin Volland and Phillipp Hofmann quiet.
There are three Norwegian top-flight games and a couple of matches in Ireland and the women's World Cup and a team who stand out are leaders Rosenborg against Molde.
Rosenborg have carved out a five-point lead at the top and are 11 points clear of a Molde side who have a disappointing season so far.
The leaders remain unbeaten at home and even rested players as they trounced Tromsdalen 7-1 in the Norwegian Cup on Wednesday. Top scorer Alexander Soderlund and winger Tobias Mikkelsen didn't take any part in the match and Soderlund's worth a look at 4-1 with bet365. For the Super Single I'm on Rosenborg to win at 4-5 with Betfred and BetVictor.
I've added a 1pt Super Single on Thiago Silva to score for Brazil against Paraguay. At that price it's worth a look – he netted against Venezuela in the quarters and came close to scoring again as he provided a constant danger at set-pieces.
My Super Single in today's Daily Record is both to score in the Euro Under-21 semi-final between Denmark and Sweden. The Nordic derby should produce thrills and spills as both sides bid for a surprise final slot against Germany or Portugal. That tie looks like a tight affair and with the Portuguese so good defensively this could be an unders game.
All three of the Norwegian games – the others are Start v Aalesund and Stabaek v Stromsgodset – also look btts candidates and for a double I'm adding the match at Stabaek with three of the last four bringing up btts and Stabaek's last two home games finishing 3-2 and 2-3.
1pt Thiago Silva to score (Brazil, 10.30pm)
3pts Daily Double
Denmark v Sweden U-21s btts (8pm)
Stabaek v Stromsgodset btts (7pm)
June Super Single record
33 bets (14 winners, 19 losers)
June Daily Double/Top Treble record
20 bets (2 winners, 18 losers)
