ENGLAND are out to prove their wonder show in the first ODI against New Zealand was no flash in the pan.
The sides meet again today in game two of the five-match series and the hosts are 6-5 at Skybet and William Hill to make it back-to-back wins.
The Kiwis, fired up for revenge after their hammering earlier in the week, are 4-5 at Boylesports to hit back with a win at the Oval and are 6-5 at Ladbrokes for series victory, with England 4-5 at Coral and 888sport.
In the Darts World Cup today the first round concludes with the likes of Holland, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland expected to breeze through.
It's quarter-final day at the Mercedes Cup tennis in Stuttgart including Rafa Nadal priced up at 4-6 by Titanbet in his tussle with Bernard Tomic, an 11-8 shot at Boylesports.
There's plenty more sport on the go so post your tips and chat here and good luck with your bets.
Bookies got the 6 line wrong for the first game (10). Not available with bet365 for this game but is on Coral 5/6 >15 sixes, still good value I think.

Afternoon Guys, St Helens v Wigan Warriors
Having tipped Castleford to upset the odds in last nights Yorkshire derby, we move on to the Lancashire Derby and the biggest game of the season thus far. Leeds losing as opened the door for either Saints or Wigan (with a big win) to go top of the league. The bookies cant split them, it is even money for both a Skybet.
A repeat of the grand final which made headlines all over the world with Wigan’s Ben Flower assault on Lance Hohaia after just 2 minutes of the Grand final. Hohaia as since retried but Flower is set to play and when he first touches the ball and runs at the Saints forwards the noise from the fans and the ensuing collision could be worth the entrance fee alone. Flower is actually 25/1 to be sent off again at Skybet.
Both sides have a few players missing, Wigan have long term absentees in Anthony Gelling, Iain Thornley and Dom Manfredi, while Saints will be without Tommy Makinson, Luke Walsh and Luke Thompson. They are both in good form winning 5 out their last 6 games. They both won against each other last season and with victory in the Grand final Saints have won 3 out the last 5 matches.
The bookies cant pick a winner but I feel I can. I fancy Wigan Warriors to come out on top tonight. They had a bad day at the office in France when they conceded 50pts but have bounced back well, beating Leeds at the magic weekend was huge and to keep the best attacking side in super league to no points in the second half was a tremendous effort.
Saints for me are there for the taking tonight, at the magic weekend Warrington blew a 12pt half time lead, they exposed Saints out wide and I think this is what Wigan will do. I’m taking the Warriors on the road to win and reward their fans who have sold out their allocation with a win at 1/1 Skybet.
I said last night Luke Gale could have a big game for Cas and he did and won man of the match at odds of 10/1. If Wigan win I think they will do so on the back of an excellent kicking game, I expect them to test Saints young wingers often and early, so that makes Matty Smith a tempting bet at 8/1 at Skybet which is more than double the odds of the market leader James Roby who is suffering with a hand injury. I will be having a small punt on him.
WIGAN TO BEAT SAINTS 1/1
Good luck if your having a bet

Afternoon Guys, Darts World Cup Day 2
Day 1 at the darts was superb for favourite backers but odds of 1/12 like England were over such a short format is no value for me. Instead I tipped my best 2 tips on the handicap and gladly they came in at evens and 6/5.
Tonight sees Scotland enter the fray as they bid to win the world cup for the first time and will go close. My tip Netherlands also begin their campaign against USA. It could be a tricky game as Larry Butler and in particular Darin Young are used to the big stage, and over the format could be dangerous but I don’t mind facing players you have heard of rather than facing the unknown. These countries are both 1/10 and can be added to any bets your having tonight but I am leaving them out
Wales start their campaign tonight and it is young Jamie Lewis who partners Mark Webster instead of the veteran Ritchie Burnett. Webster is a player I like but is dropping down the rankings after almost two years of poor form. He never seems to have recovered from his debut season in the premier league which was tough for him losing week in and week out. In fact is best performances has been when he has been representing his country.
Jamie Lewis is going the other way he is climbing up the rankings and is only just outside the top 32. He was at the world championships in December losing to James Wade 3-1 but he should come on for that experience. He has reached 3 semi finals this season and one final losing to the impressive Rowby John – Rodriguez. I can see Wales being to strong here.
I am doubling Wales up with South Africa. They are represented by Graham Filby and Devon Peterson. I don’t know a lot about Filby but Peterson is a regular on tv. He is a good player and would be a top 32 player if he relocated and played the tour, he took a year off through injury and that hindered his ranking. In a floor event recently he threw a 9 darter, so he can play the game. It could be a close game with the Finnish team, but I can see South Africa sneaking it.
WALES & SOUTH AFRICA BOTH TO WIN 6/5 Various
Good luck if your having a bet

cheers mate , i`ll have a twenty from last nights winnings..
hope i convinced a few not to touch cavs last night.
I can’t figure out why Monfils is a longer price to beat Rafa than Tomic was. Tomic doesn’t really have the game to put him to the sword, whereas Mofils does just about erything a little better than Tomic when he’s playing well and has a bit of extra power in the arsenal should he choose to use it. I already suggested Gael for the title @ 15/2, and I’ll also be on him to win this @ just over 6/4 and to win 2-1 @ around 7/2. I’ve not seen Rafa this week but the impression I get is he’s there for the taking. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong!
