CHRIS FROOME is back in possession of the leader's yellow jersey as the Tour de France resumes today after a rest day.

The Team Sky rider has an 18-second lead over Fabio Aru and is 2-5 at to land the title for a third straight year.

Today's stage 16 sees a couple of hefty climbs before a sprint finish in the Rhone Valley and the absence of Mark Cavendish and Peter Sagan opens up opportunities for other speedsters.

Germany's Marcel Kittel is clear favourite at 9-4 with Betway followed by Edvald Boasson Hagen (11-1, Paddy Power) and Michael Matthews (12-1, Skybet).

Elsewhere today there's the likes of cricket and tennis worth a punt so feel free to add your tips and chat.
