WALSALL surprised many last week including Desmond who only wanted them to score two to bring up a nice double.
By all accounts the Saddlers were awful so Desmond's hoping for more luck today.
He says: I'm going West in the FA Cup this weekend with two Premier League teams at home to Championship sides. First up are West Brom at home to a struggling Bristol City side whose main aim will surely be to stay in the Championship.
“They've conceded 10 goals in their last four away games and Ladbrokes' offer on the Premier League side to score 2+ goals appeals at 4-5. Tony Pulis seems keen on a cup run and has said he's happy to cup-tie much-wanted striker Saido Berahino.
“Next up are a West ham side at home to Wolves. The Jammers sit sixth in the Premier League and after two good wins at home to Southampton and Liverpool I like the look of Ladbrokes' 4-5 on them to score 2+.
“I took great heart from manager Slaven Bilic's comments about rather than winning the FA Cup than qualifying for the Champions League – and maybe he was just being realistic.
“Wolves are likely to be focused on the play-offs than a cup run and won't be helped by the speculation linking star striker Benik Afobe with a host of Premier League teams.”
Desmond's Double
