I'M almost there with returning the Super Single to profit after two good days.
My only bet on Monday was both teams to score at Pacos v Setubal and that came up in the first half. I advised 2pts at 21-20.
Tuesday's much busier with three Premier League games, 11 in the Championship and five in the lower leagues.
There's is one Scottish Cup replay between Ross County and Dunfermline, Raith face Alloa in the Championship and there are some matches to look at on the continent. Dundee v Falkirk in the Scottish Cup has been postponed for a second time.
On Sunday I put up Crystal Palace as a Super Single at beleaguered Aston Villa who are winless in 16 and struggled to a draw at League Two Wycombe in the FA Cup.
Villa are as good as down – bet365 make them 1-50 – and boss Remi Garde has lost the fans who chanted “You Don't Know What You're Doing” at him at the weekend.
He probably wonders what exactly he's doing in Birmingham with his side winning just one this season and talk of whether they'll even match Derby's lowest points haul of 11. They have eight to surely they will and bet365 go 250-1 they don't win another league game this campaign.

Preston are probably the slightly better team but do struggle away from home and both teams struggle to score a lot of goals. Although Bristol aren’t winning a lot of games they aren’t loosing a lot either with just 1 loss at home in their last 5 with 3 draws. All 3 of those draws being 1-1.

been following this site for a while an the tips an information on here is second to none. the reason am posting this is because im sick giving back the bookie my hard earned £££££ I do alright when I pick 1 or2 bets they win then I go looking for another bet an then a give back am a suppose what they call a mug punter. i do think with a lot more discipline an bettor bankroll management i can beat the bookie. so starting from today am going to give my best shot with help from you guys on here am going to post my daily bets an hopefully that will keep me more disciplined am goig to start with £50 an try to get to £500. am going to start £1 a point and see where it takes me with the knowledge of some guys on here am confident this can be done but im not confident in me being disciplined sorry for such a long post hopefully it helps me cheers fellow punters
Caddie good luck with this and yes unfortunately a lot of people fall into that trap of betting too much and on too many games my main peace of advise would be to look at the games for a particular day and (if possible) pick out one or two bets that you are pretty confident with and just stick with them place the bets and then on the day just see if they win or lose or try to cover etc if they were to lose which some days they will cause that’s the way it goes don’t go looking at another game maybe in play for example or kicking off soon because you didn’t see anything you fancied beforehand so no reason why that should change. On the day of your current games look ahead a day or two. More time looking at games and less bets per week should help. In my opinion it can disappointing when we get a loser but even more annoying when it’s something you have just placed with no real thought behind it. Finally if you don’t have the time to look yourself at any games don’t bet unless you feel like using one of the many good tips on here on a daily basis but also. I’m exhausted now haha

I go along with what wato says. If I’ve learned anything from here it’s that discipline is key. I was 1 of those “bookies dream” punters. Decent wins followed by handing it all back and then some betting on anything and everything that was appearing inplay in the next 5mins or so. I see it on here now with plenty of people. I still have a fair few bets, but there’s much more thought went into them than before, and it seems to be working for me. All the best

My advice, record every single bet in a spreadsheet.
It’s much harder to bet money when you can see exactly what mistakes you are making every day.
Since I started doing this in January it has made me much more disciplined and less likely to put on “punts”

Yep, discipline is my big problem too. I thought I knew it all when I first started betting online a few months ago but I’d see the guys and gals (lately) on here betting on goals to be scored before h/t, f/t and I’d be following them and winning and putting everything I had on the next bet and thinking I’d be loaded by the end of the night but then one of them wouldn’t come in and I’d be down to 0.00.
Put 50 online last Tue and am nearly back up to 50 now thanks to the guys on here. Almost got wiped out at the weekend but have Rooneys pen to thank.
Dream for 2016 is to make 500 and go into the bookies and collect. Baby steps and plenty of discipline.
And covering your bets are so important, you can end up unexpectadly winning loads of bonus £££’s

I like the look of your double @mr-fixit . Sheff Wed have been somewhat surprisingly good this season, much improved on last year and Bolton are well and truly on the ropes.
My beloved Derby have splashed the cash on Nick Blackman for 2.5 mill – Reading’s former 12 goal frontman. Not sure if its in the transfer clause whether we can play him against them, I wouldn’t say he’s the best striker in the league, but he’s enough to press Martin for a place in the starting 11 and it removes that goal threat from Reading too. I think had the sale not gone through, I think Derby would still have enough in the tank to beat them. I also took a look at Camara, Derby paid 1.5 mill from a French league one side. He has some pace, if I’m honest, very similar in sty;le to Russell, he’ll run at defences. Reading stuffed us 3 nil on the last game of the season to eject us from the top 6 – the first time we dropped out since Oct/Nov, that was a real kicker, but last seasons abysmal end ( 2 wins from 19 if I remember rightly ) we had many key players out injured.
I never had sight of Derby’s starting 11 prior to the FA cup match at Hartlepool, but said ” regardless of who we field, we’ll beat them “. Yes, Hartlepool scored first, but we edged it out with a strong finish and 2 goals. The 2nd being Darren Bent’s 200 th career goal – its a monkey he’s had on his back for months – being limited to mainly late subs appearances.

We have Man Utd at home for the 4th round and if I’m honest, looking at how they’re playing right now, most top 6 championship sides would fancy their chances against them.

Ok so Man Utd have been under scrutiny over the last couple of months but more so lately. Paul Scholes was the recent big name to pull Utd up on their latest performance. Van Gaal is aware of this and under pressure more than ever at present. Looks like a full squad tomorrow with all the big players playing. The next few games are vital to restore faith in the team and for the fans so they should try to prove themselves over the next few weeks. After the comments from Scholes they are given a gift facing Newcastle who have really struggled this season. Last 4 away games for Newcastle they conceded the following corners: 7,7,7 and 9. Man Utd away are still very good on corners. Last away games they had just 1 in the last 5 at below 7 corners. 12,7,8 and 10 in the other 4 away games. So with the corner concede record of a poor Newcastle, Man Utds strong away corner stats and the pressure of needing to put on a good show this has too much stat consistency and has a great chance of landing imo. Derby team news: 9 changes from the side that beat Hartlepool ( basically after 10 players were rested for that game ). The only survivors from that line-up are Warnock in left back and Nick Blackman – former Reading man – so , NO, he appears not to have a clause in his contract .
The line-up is 4-2-3-1, slightly more attack minded than our usual games but I’m buoyed by starting 11.

This starting 11 looks lethal, I think Reading will spend 90 minutes camped in their own half. Derby were awful tonight. We never really got going, too many 5’s and 6’s throughout the team and Reading could well of taken all 3 points because Derby were making all the mistakes at the back.
I know the boss has tinkered with the formation but having 3 attack minded midfielders channelling everything into Martin who’s spent the last 12 games being involved in tussles with defenders that seem to have him ” sussed “. He’s had 5 assists to his credit this past 12 games but no goals.
It was very much one step forward ( Bristol ) and one back ( tonight ), at least in that game, our holding midfielders HELD the midfield. Because nothing was clicking up front, they pushed up the pitch leaving our back 4 exposed, Reading’s Kanu troubled our back 4 all night and Derby were lucky to escape with a point.
To make matters worse, Middlesbrough never slipped up, they won to extend their lead.
We have Birmingham at home next ( my step-dads team ) and we need each player to know their roles and stick to them or this mini slump is going to turn into a bigger slump.
