So the full brother to Churchill and Clemmie has just been named as BLENHEIM PALACE after the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill
Now the talk for the next year will be about the name of the next horse from the family which is a colt and will be a 2yo next year,
If we start at the very beginning though there was a filly before Churchill who was called Curlylocks and didn’t win a race

Curlylocks was a 2012 filly, she raced in 2014 and 2015 and was trained by David Wachman, on her second run she was third to Words at the Curragh and was nearly a length ahead of Qualify who in the following season went on to win the Oaks

davisam it is a wide open race but mullins was expecting big things from this one ,i know on jockey booking you would probably side with the one townsend is on ,but if this fellow can get back to any where near the way he won his maden i think he have a good chance hopefully atb
