ENGLAND are 4-5 favourites at William Hill to win the Six Nations after their successful start to their campaign.

Ireland are second favourites at 7-4 and the two sides clash on Sunday while the Saturday action sees France attempt to keep their Grand Slam dream alive when Wales visit Paris.

Les Bleus are 8-11 at Skybet the Welsh 16-11 at 888sport who make the draw a 20-1 shot.

In the earlier kick-off it's the battle of the wooden spoon contenders with Scotland 8-13 on the minus 9 point handicap at Paddy Power and visitors Italy 11-8 at Stanjames on the plus nine handicap.

At the Dubai Tennis Championships there's a final well worth watching as Novak Djokovic takes on Roger Federer. World No.1 Djokovic is 8-15 favourite at 888sport while Federer – who leads the head-to-head record 19-17 and has won two of the duo's last three meetings – is 7-4 at Coral to claim his seventh Dubai title.

In the Qatar Open Final it's Victoria Azarenka at 4-9 with Boyelsports against Lucie Safarova, chalked up at 9-4  by Coral.

England are in action at the Cricket World tonight and are slight outsiders at 11-10 with Betfair against a Sri Lanka side rated the 10-11 favourites by Paddy Power.

Good luck with your bets and post your sporting tips and chat here.

My tennis bet is Monaco +1,5 sets. It worked out well for Harrison so let’s try it with Monaco now!

Good luck all today, I’m waiting for your tips, Ad!

Morning Ad any bets for today?

  16. Ad 4 years ago

Hey Mac. I’ve not really had time to look into today much. I tipped Safarova to beat Azarenka last night @ 9/4. She’s 7/4 now which isn’t quite as enticing. A little bet on 2-1 Safaorva @ 5/1 might be the way to go. I also said Fed to beat Novak @7/4 looked worth a go for anyone who didn’t back him outright at the start of the week (I did). Again, 2-1 Federer at small stakes might be the way to go @9/2. it’s a low key day for me. Will be back with more tips for next week once I’ve had a chance to really look things over on Sunday night

  17. mac 4 years ago

thanks AD will have small go on few doubles

  18. Jordan 4 years ago

Red Devils, easy, without James and Irving haha

Oriaz I thrive on pressure haha, just kidding I was terrified after you said that yesterday! Cheers though and thanks Brian!

Not many prices up yet but I fancy the Suns chances at home to the Spurs tonight who have had a rest after beating OKC on Thursday. Will have something up after.

  19. pinkgin 4 years ago

Frances Grand Slam hopes are dead as they were beaten by Ireland

  20. thereddevils 4 years ago

Indeed Jordan, I knew they would be without Irving but I was lucky that James also missed out. Look forward to your NBA picks!

My Aussie Rules, Super Rugby & A -League tips for today:

    ***WON*** – Brisbane Lions win margin 1-39 @ $2.10
    ***WON*** – Western Bulldogs win margin 1-39 @ $2.05

    ***VOID*** – Newcastle Jets DNB @ $2.16
***LOST*** – Western Sydney Wanderers DNB @ $2.15
    ***WON*** – Perth Glory/Brisbane Roar OVER 2.5 goals @ $1.93

    ***LOST*** – Brumbies -6.5 @ $1.92

Staking 2 points on each leg.

I’ve also done a 6 fold on the same games:

    – Brisbane Lions WIN
    – Western Bulldogs WIN
    – Brumbies WIN
    – Newcastle Jets +2.0
    – Western Sydney Wanderers +2.0
    – Perth Glory/Brisbane Roar OVER 1.5 goals

    ***WON*** 6-FOLD PAYS $4.13 (2 points on)

***BOOYAH! Payday today guys, hope some of you followed! Total of 8 points profit for the day. Going to quit NBA tipping and stick with what I know best now the season is back in (that’s 3 from 3 on my Aussie Rules tips so far)

  22. OriaZ 4 years ago

    GJ Attila! Great profit!

Didn’t see your post tho … so I missed it :(
    Anything for today?

  23. Attila 4 years ago

    Super Rugby Tips:

    Bulls vs Sharks:
    – My tip here is a NO BET. This could go either way, both the straight win & handicap markets.

    Lions vs Stormers:
    – STORMERS -4.5 @ $1.92

Stormers should win by a converted try at least, so I think the -4.5 is gold at just under Evens. The straight win is $1.54 and perfect to throw in any Acca’s.

  24. Jordan 4 years ago

Nice one Attila. You were unlucky with the heat yesterday as they were up 9 points at the start of the 4th. Those dreaded 4th quarter meltdowns!

  25. Jordan 4 years ago

Small stake on this if you’re following gents. The Phoenix Suns are on a days rest having beaten the Thunder at home on Thursday night. The Spurs really aren’t looking like the champions they are after picking up their first win in 5 since they break in Sacramento last night. They will be on the road tonight for the 6th time in 9 days. The spread started in favour of the Spurs -1 but has now drifted to the Suns -1. Phoenix play some of the fastest paced basketball in the NBA behind (2nd behind Golden State) and with the extra rest that may cause problems for the Spurs. The Suns have scored over 107 points in each of their last 5 with the Spurs only managing over 100 in 2 of their 5 road games.

    Phoenix Suns ML @ 9/10 @ BV (5/6 @ Skybet, 20/23 @ PP)

Federer lands my ante post 4/1 tip earlier in the week

over to Almagro now to beat Monaco and make the final at 14/1 to ensure a good profit

    • Ad 4 years ago

Both good ante post tips de Niro. I was on Fed @ 4/1 and Almagro too. Traded him in for Monaco though. Make small profit if Almagro wins and lots if Monaco wins. No doubt I should’ve stuck with the original pick though. Almagro looking good and has a better chance of actually beating Rafa.

      • De Niro 4 years ago

you transformation this last week as been superb,
I have been on a couple of your outsiders – both won

whereas I would nt back 1/3 on etc as a general rule,

Superb Matey – keep the Ad faith!!!

        • Ad 4 years ago

Cheers pal. Hopefully this week will prove similarly profitable.

  30. Ad 4 years ago

Fed @ 7/4 and Safarova @ 9/4. Thank you very much laid back Saturday!

  31. Hoosha 4 years ago

I haven’t been on today so I mised your Fed and Safarova tips today Ad, but great job. Also thanks for your outsider tips throughout the week, keep it up mate. I’ll be following still.

3/3, for NBA i will go for Jazz!

  33. Shotty 4 years ago

Peoples thoughts on the salford vs hull game later? Salford defence looks leaky hull defence looks very tight so total points could go either way..

one bet i do think there is value in is hull over 22.5 team points at 5/6 as mentioned before salfords defence has been battered this season and i think hull will fancy there chances of scoring a few

    Hull over 22.5 @ 5/6

  34. Ad 4 years ago

SO Close Monaco! 2 match points and then a double mini-break up at the start of the tiebreak. Momentum Almagro now…

  35. Ad 4 years ago

Monacoooooo. Switched back on to see him go 0-40 down serving it out. If he’d lost it after the way he lost the second set i’dve been pretty upset!Couldn’t have been much closer De Niro. In Spain I reckon ALmagros winning that.

  36. De Niro 4 years ago

    Ad ;-(((((((

Monaco smashes my 7/1 payout ;-((

Good call again pal – yes the south american factor,

Gna have a low stakes go for a bit of fun an you never know with Rafa right now and Berlocq inspired at home

  39. thereddevils 4 years ago

Berlocq is playing well, I hope he wins the tiebreak, i have hem @6/1 for first set…

  40. thereddevils 4 years ago

  41. Ad 4 years ago

What have I just seen?! 6-1 in th tiebreak and Berlocq blows it! Well played Rafa, but dear oh dear. Had a gimme to win it. Long way back now

  42. leecunliffe 4 years ago

    Sri Lanka v England

Can’t wait to stay up till middle of night to watch England under perform can’t believe Sri Lanka are evens to win England are so disjointed at present. Bell doesn’t keep board ticking fecking ali to take risks, Taylor is our new Neil fairbrother but has been dropped down order to accommodate balance who doesn’t play in top 4 for Yorkshire never mind England. Morgan and butter not getting chance to do what they do as they in to early and can’t be explosive. As for the bowlers broad out of form, wakes not international class, Jimmy out of form, moeen average spinner at this level and I’d hit finn for 6 he is that erratic

    • Mr Fixit 4 years ago

leecunliffe, I’m rubbish at cricket betting but stuck a twenty on Sri Lanka earlier.

  43. Ad 4 years ago

10/1 to win. Still got a chance.

  44. thereddevils 4 years ago

And now he breaks 0-40, wow. Should i bet on him to win ?

    • Ad 4 years ago

Only a couple of quid. Nadals not going away any time soon. Tight spots, like that bloody tiebreak, he has the edge

  45. Shotty 4 years ago

    Hull over 22.5 @ 5/6

Panicked a bit at ht thinking hull had scored less than they actually had but glad to see them get the points needed!

  46. leecunliffe 4 years ago

As much as I think Sri Lanka to win is good value in can’t back against us so doing top performers bets

Top Sri Lanka bat jayawardne 10/3

Top England batsman Joe root 4/1 can see the next England captain knuckling down and getting a not out 60 ish here

Top England bowler finn 11/4 despite me slating him he has looked our more dangerous bowler on this tour with his extra pace and bounce

Top Sri Lanka bowler lakmal 11/4

Not a pitch for mendis and whilst malinga is dangerous I think England will be more cautious against him where as lakmal is consistently good

  47. Ad 4 years ago

Btw, if anyone’s ever on a first set win bet and their player goes ahead in a tiebreak like that, cash out/cover. If you have a player to win a match and they go a set and a break up, cash out. These are general rules I strongly believe in, though they are of course not applicable to every match and every bet. Tennis is a sport where defecits can be overturned in the blink of an eye and players can come back from the brink before you know it. I’ve lost a lot of bets in the past riding it out and it’s just not worth it for the extra 10% profit or whatever it is. Winning money from a player that goes ahead but eventually loses the match makes up a decent part of my profit.

  48. V P 4 years ago

Are you betting on Sri Lanka then Lee

  49. leecunliffe 4 years ago

Hope am wrong mr f but can see you waking up with bit more cash in your pocket you boys scared us Monday once u picked up a few wickets and last day night match I stayed up for it was in bed before floodlights came on against Sri Lanka but just like I can’t back against man u I can’t back against England

    • Mr Fixit 4 years ago

leecuncliffe, from what I read England were rubbish first two games then beat a country with only 20 cricket players. Got to be Sri Lanka.

  50. V P 4 years ago

Ok you answered my question don’t worry

  51. leecunliffe 4 years ago

Vp I can’t mate I think they are a cracking price but can’t watch match hoping we lose hence am going for top batsmen and bowlers for some betting investment in believe u follow India mate so yes as a neutral I would back us to lose weight just have no confidence at present and if u have read Kevin pietersons autobiography about how monotonous and uninspiring Peter moores was as a coach is don’t believe he will get us out of this slum

  52. V P 4 years ago

I’m not betting on Sri Lanka either even though I think they’ll win but I’ve done top team batsman and bowler bets like you. Haven’t read his autobiography but I know it caused waves. I think Hales and Bopara should be playing as they offer so much more in ODIs than Bell and Ballance

  53. Mac 4 years ago

Atilla any bets you like for NBA ?

  54. leecunliffe 4 years ago

Mr f if your playing a day night match and you get beat before the floodlights come on then you know there is something wrong, definitely some patriotic betting going on like when England are 8/1 to win football tournaments and are 33/1 in other countries

  55. Attila 4 years ago

Sorry Mac I haven’t researched today’s card. I’ve been busy on my Aussie Rules & Rugby research. Just going to play Jordan’s tips when he posts them, and Huggybears if he does. I’ll research NBA during the week, but not got time on weekends now.

  56. Attila 4 years ago

    **Posted Earlier**

    Lions vs Stormers:
    – STORMERS -4.5 @ $1.92

**LOST** – Sorry guys, as Stormers only won by 3. Hope some took my advice to take the straight win @ $1.54 to use in an Acca.

  57. leecunliffe 4 years ago

Vp I don’t mind bell in there as he is a class batsman that can bat through and bopara has has had so many chances over the years and reminds me of mark ramprakash who just can’t it done on national level and his bowling is like mark ealham. I 100% agree that hales should be in at number 3 to give us some impetus

  58. thereddevils 4 years ago

I wanted to cover Ad, but everything was ‘grey’ so I couldn’t do anything…

    • Ad 4 years ago

Yeah that’s fair enough mate, it just reminded me that’s a point Ive been meaning to make on here for a while and seemed like a good time to do it!

  59. paul 4 years ago

Think eng will finish at 295 11/4 290 to 320

THen sri lanka will finish o 294.

  60. paul 4 years ago

    Ok all out here

    80 on eng 290 to 320 returns 300

    ere goes

  61. Jordan 4 years ago

Evening gents been out all day so back to a night of chasing losses thanks to Bournemouth and Blackburn :D

Brian about your HT query. My theory on HT bets is they give us markets that gives us a chance right up until the buzzer, so why risk losing a bet a HT. For the price of the Suns ML I’ll take it. Which looks to have been shortening anyway with the spread now at -1.5.

  62. V P 4 years ago

Hales would have to open so it would have to be Hales and Bell then Taylor 3 because I still don’t think Opening is Alis game he’d be better lower diwn

  63. V P 4 years ago

Getting out like that is why

  64. V P 4 years ago

    I do Shotty

  65. Shotty 4 years ago

Do people think Sri Lanka can still win this after Englands great start?

  66. paul 4 years ago

It will go to last over shotty

  67. Mac 4 years ago

On Suns Jordan! Something you like Huggy?

  68. Attila 4 years ago

I’ve done a 2 points play on the following NBA acca:

    – Warriors
    – Pacers
    – Hawks
    – Mavericks
    – Raptors -4.5

    5 FOLD pays $3.00.

  69. Shotty 4 years ago

Good to hear i feel as soon as one or two wickets fall for england the rest will crumble! I took Sri Lanka at 6/4 after Englands fast start so could work in my favour

  70. Attila 4 years ago

Warriors and Pacers both play tomorrow. Didn’t realise sorry

  71. leecunliffe 4 years ago

I agree mate about hales he should open for us but I’d like see Taylor 3 root 4 which would push ali down to 5

  72. leecunliffe 4 years ago

Sri Lanka can chase over 300 on this pitch we need 320 plus to give England a good chance

  73. paul 4 years ago

Eng will struggle to reach my 290 target now.

    Heres hopin.

Still think this will be a very tight game

  74. Shaun 4 years ago

For those looking at NBA be wary on the Hawks, they’re dropping to -2 supposedly resting more players than expected and only just announced recently.

  75. tomekplnd 4 years ago

a +9 Pistons and +11 nets double looks good at 1/1.4?

  76. sah1991 4 years ago

    Shaun is right.

Atlanta will have no Teague, Horford or Antic tonight. Bookies still have them as favourites but I wouldn’t be so sure.

    Whiteside could dominate this one.

  77. sah1991 4 years ago

NHL: NY Rangers to win vs Philly Flyers 2.35

Rangers look very motivated at the moment and would like to repeat the same successful run in the Stanley Cup Play-offs as they did last year when they reached the finals.

  78. Jordan 4 years ago

    Official Hawks Line Up.

    PG Dennis Schroder
    SG Kyle Korver
    SF Kent Bazemore
    PF Paul Millsap
    C Elton Brand

You’d be surprised how good of a PG Schroder is but the Heat will still have a chance with Wade, Dragic, Whiteside, Deng and Haslem as the starters. No Kyle Lowry for Toronto either.

  79. Jordan 4 years ago

Suns are 4 for 27 from the field. Yay!

Writing this off halfway through the 2nd quarter! Sorry lads. Can’t amend for them shooting 20%
