BLACKPOOL boss Ian Holloway showed where his priority lies by resting some stars last week for the FA Cup defeat at Everton.
But he will be back to full strength for the meeting at Bristol City and you've got to fancy one of the Championship's form sides against opposition who have fallen into a relegation dogfight after a bright start under Derek McInnes.
City lost top scorer Nicky Maynard in the transfer window and haven't replaced him as McInnes is asked to operate on a tight budget.
Blackpool head for Ashton Gate hurting from a midweek 4-1 home defeat by West Ham but they've been better on the road anyway so that result doesn't worry me to much. The Tangerines are 13-10 with 188bet.
Talking of the Hammers, they are beginning to look and play like title favourites. Sam Allardyce pulled off a couple of masterstrokes by signing Maynard and Ricardo Vaz from Barnsley in the window.
And his side have also started to pick up points with 10 men which is always a good thing. The Hammers have had three men sent off in three games and won them two and drawn one.
Keeper Rob Green walked against Blackpool in midweek but won't be banned against Crystal Palace at home after winning his appeal against the decision. Palace ended a run of seven without a win by walloping Watford and I can't see them taking anything away from Upton Park so back the Hammers at 11-17.
I'm going to stay in the Championship for my third choice, Birmingham at home to Nottingham Forest. The Blues are up to third after winning at Barnsley in midweek and showed their ability by holding Chelsea in the FA Cup at Stamford Bridge.
Chris Hughton has added classy Portsmouth wideman Erik Huskelupp to his squad against a side who climbed out of the relegation thanks to Pompey's 10-point deduction for going into administration and their win against Coventry last week. Back Birmingham at 8-13.
I'm going to make Leeds my fourth choice from the Championship as they head to troubled Portsmouth but remember the price could fall as kick-off approaches.
Pompey are again fighting for survival after entering administration again and they were only allowed to sign Scott Allen on loan from West Brom because high wage earner Huskelepp's departure meant they were in danger of being unable to name a full squad. They really are down to the bare bones and with Neil Warnock taking charge of Leeds for the first time you've got to fancy an away win.
Warnock watched from the stand as his side trailed Doncaster at half-time last week but changed tactics with a visit to the dressing room to inspire a 3-2 win. He's in charge of a side just five points outside the play-offs and this could be a big three points. Leeds are 5-4 with 188bet.
In the SFL the form team is Dumbarton who haven't lost since I was “dragged” along to see them beat Arbroath at New Year.
They've won every game but one since – a draw at Forfar – and have climbed to third in the table from absolutely nowhere.
The Sons tackle a Stirling side who thumped 5-1 in the shadow of The Rock earlier this season but you can bet there won't be a repeat of that result.
While Dumbarton have won five out if six Stirling have lost five out of six and conceded 15 goals in their last five. Complete the fivefold with the Sons who are 6-11 at 188bet.
