GREG wasn't able to post a bet on Sunday but is back with a hot pick for today.

He says: “I've had a good look through today's card and as always the Dutch and Belguim reserve/youth matches should yield goals. I'm sticking closer to home though.”

St Mirren U20s v St Johnstone U20s (2pm)

The young Saints meet at St Mirren Park this afternoon and as always at this level home teams tend to do better.

We put out essentially our U-17 team last week which resulted in a 4-2 defeat at Dunfermline. Looking likely that it will be another young side travelling down to Paisley today. I can’t be sure though so Twitter should confirm.

Taking the Paisley Saints to win this. They are going well while we are five defeats from six and not too clever on the road.

Back St Mirren 1-1 (Bet365) (NAP)

Hi greg. What’s the St Johnston team news like? I see its now 1 each. Price is looking tempting…

Looks like StJohnstone have had more dangerous attacks, was tempted to do StJohnstone dc when they were behind to cover @5/2 and then they equalised.

Not sure Wat to do..! Think i will keep an eye out for gregs input before deciding. That knowledge of team news would be priceless

The odds dropped massively in the first couple of minutes, so I thought that suggested StJohnstone was fielding a weakened team. But statistics showed otherwise during the 1st half, with them having near 60% possession.

Theres 2-1 and StJohnstone dc covered at 3/1. Winning day already.

I got 8/11 for over 1.5 St Mirren Team Goals as i hate backing teams to win.

Not sure where to post this, so might as well do it here: Can anyone tell me what the difference between this “blog” (free) section and the paid one, is? Are the picks better in the paid? lol

markus, no one can claim tips are better but you’ll get some extra tips there.
The main purpose of the forum was to allow non-tipping chat.
Also there are exclusive contests for members there and coming up there will be some beauties.
With challenge bets popular I’m going to start a section on there this week too and maybe get a member to take me on.

Jordan, sorry didn’t see it. It’s timed 2.02am so minutes after I called it a night.
I’ll put up now but in future if you don’t see it earlier repost or let me know.

Cheers Gents, – Had over 1.5 St Mirren goals been bigger than 4/6 would have posted as my NB – Waiting on FT when doing a team to win is torture, haha!

Greg, good tip today. As it was your team I got on.

I have a wee set of rules for myself that I stick to with your naps. They come from your history and also my own. Rule 7 is no Scottish Premier bets. I think that Celtic aside, and Aberdeen to an extent, all the sides are pretty much not too far apart. Anyone can beat anyone and anything can happen. Lots of goals, no goals…… Even though it’s our own league it is a hard league to bet on. Just my 2 cents. A lot of your successful leagues/teams keep on so. Keeping your history really helps me.

That’s a great rule Jim and one I’ll be following! Your spot on about it being hit or miss and difficult to predict!
