JUNIOR football tipsters Owen Scott and Paul Petrie had better luck with the weather last weekend but couldn't find a winner.
Hopefully the worst of the cold snap is over and matches will be played more regularly. William Hill's Owen has banked just £15.27 this season while McBookie's Paul is on £153.20 to £10 stakes. Here's what the duo are on this weekend – and considering the number of fixtures it's amazing two games feature on both trebles.
Owen writes: “It was once again the one that got away last week as I ended up with two out of three. This week I'm starting in the Scottish Cup and taking Troon at 6-5 to win their replay at home to Camelon. They had a good result last week to get the draw and I reckon they can finish the job at home.
Next up I'm taking Pollok at 5-6 as they visit St Andrews in the Scottish Junior Cup. Last week Pollok beat Premier League Cumnock and will not be fazed with the trip to Fife.
It's the top of the table clash in the East Region when Kelty will play host to Linlithgow and I'm taking visitors Rose at 6-4 to seek revenge for their defeat earlier in season.

Paul writes: First up – just like Owen – I am backing Pollok to beat St Andrews at 4-5. Both teams are top of their respective leagues and battling to get back into the top flight. I just think Pollok are more solid at the back and can keep a clean sheet and nick a 1-0 cup win.
Next I am on Shettleston to beat Thorniewood at 4-7. They will be buoyed by their Scottish Cup win last week at top-flight Clydebank and will be looking to keep the pressure on at the top of the league.
Finally, I am going for a draw in the Kelty v Linlithgow – unlike Owen – game at 3-1. This could have a big bearing on the league title and I think both teams were be content with a point.
