I'm not sure why that is although my colleague Craig Swan did suggest St Johnstone were a bit big at 9-2 – and I can see where he is coming from.
Rangers v St Johnstone (Tuesday, 7.15pm)
Greg says: “We travel to Ibrox in the League Cup for the second consecutive season and I fear for us. Last season we lost 1-0 to what was arguably a terrible terrible Rangers side – and expectations are a bit higher at Ibrox after the start they’ve had and they’ll want a Premier League scalp.
“Our problem is we can’t defend. We’ve conceded in nine of our 10 matches this season and with Rangers at home, a big crowd behind them and scoring goals it’s difficult to see past anything but a home success.
