DEPORTIVO destroyed my Top Treble – and how. I backed Middlesbrough to win, Udinese to score and Real Sociedad not to lose but the Basques hadn't read the script as they crashed to a heavy defeat.
I was consoled by my challenge bet winning as well as my debut daily double on the new mrfixitstips free app at 27-20 so that was a good start and I hope many of you have downloaded it.
Tuesday's dominated by the Champions League but most of the games are dead rubbers. I've posted a preview pinpointing some of the best bets but for many of the games I want to see starting line-ups before parting with my hard earned.
In England Newport v Stevenage is the only scheduled league game and there are EFL Trophy play-off matches which I tend to ignore although goals at Norwich v Swansea should trap.
Aberdeen take on Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership going for 12 wins in a row against their opponents. Killie have improved to such an extent they're now in the top six and are unlikely to pushovers.
The Dons are around 1-3 which is too short for me and both to score is a possibility. In the Scottish Cup Dumbarton should see of junior side Bonnyrigg Rose at the second attempt but they are even shorter and have seven players out while Clyde can beat Arbroath.
In the Championship St Mirren head for Queen of the South looking for their first league win of the season and this could be their best chance.
I've looked at team news and stats and there's little to get excited about so I'm going with a goals treble as my only bet for now. If I get a chance to post after seeing Champions League line-ups I may add something.

Hi gents. 3 from 3 for December so I’ll try to carry on the winnings ways. Two teams tonight still playing for something (albeit a Europa League place) where PSV host the Russian surprises FK Rostov who beat Bayern at home in what could be the biggest win of their clubs history. The reverse tie in Russia ended a 2-2 stalemate, but Rostov have shown they aren’t pushovers and even scored at Atletico, which used to be tough to do. With both teams fighting I expect PSV to be the more hurried as they need the win for a Europa League place whereas the draw will suit Rostov who have shown that even with 29% possession of the football, they can beat a German giant.

It looks like there are only 3 interesting fixtures in the Champions League tonight. PSV and Rostov battling for a Europa League place and both fixtures in group B with Dinamo Kiev v Besiktas and Benfica v Napoli. 3 teams can proceed to the knock-out stages, Dinamo Kiev have nothing to play for.
I like BTTS in the Benfica game. Especially when Besiktas are winning in Kiev, then it’s all or nothing for both teams in Portugal. BTTS is a bit short at 1.70 now, but will be definatly have a look in-play.

Quality game at the Etihad, both teams attacking and could still go either way. Maybe not tge strongest line up for City but still worth millions campared to Celtics 20 mill team. Dembele was brought in as a guaranteed no1 on the team sheet, Celtic don’t need to sell just and I can’t see Dembele leaving in January or the summer. Will take 20+ mill anyway which is no bad for a 500k buy.
