I'VE covered the Champions League elsewhere and with so many meaningless games it's tough to pick winners – and to be honest I don't want to do too much on the English games.
I'd rather watch paint dry than bet on Johnstone Paint Trophy matches so tread warily. I'd have taken Port Vale against a Bradford side fighting on all fronts but they are without banned top scorer Tom Pope.
The tournament could be good for goals though and I've included Southend v Brentford and Coventry v Sheffield Utd on my line and could easily have added the likes of Bury v Preston and Yeovil v Wycombe.
My Super Single is Southend who are on a fabulous run but I'll be checking team news before backing tham at 21-10 with Betway. Reports suggest Brentford will rest players ahead of a promotion crunch with MK Dons at the weekend.
And the top treble features Lincoln at home to a Woking side who lost 7-0 at Hyde at the weekend. Add Malaga and Schalke in the Champions League.

Darford are the surprise team in that division,going really well, nuneaton are having a terrible time and bottom of the league. I also do a lot of betting in that league,usually involving bbts, but that is a good single bet at 13/10. Hope this helps.

James, I would have fancied Port Vale if top scorer Tom Pope was playing but he’s banned and a big loss. Two others who played against Sheffield Utd at the weekend are suspended. This depends on how important the game is to Bradford who have an FA Cup replay and are also in the last eight of the League Cup.

Wont be going to heavy on any stakes as motivation is questionable but Malaga & Olympiakos look favourable to win at home. Think the overs line in both games look very probable as Anderlect must push for the win to secure 3rd place and Arsenal must do the same to try and get top spot from Shalke. This should leave them vunerable to the home side. On the flip side both home teams will want to go out on a high. There is alot of reasoning to make a case for both these bets but by the same token no one quite knows until we actually see things up and running. It may pay to bet in running when we have a better idea exactly how each team is going to address their respective games.
