AS often happens a poor Saturday was followed by a sensational Sunday as I landed my Super Single and Top Treble.
There were good tips sprinkled throughout the site by the usual suspects and it was good to see many people cash in a couple of days before Christmas.
Now when your kids ask who is Santa you can say: Mr Fixit! And his first name could be Greg, Alex, Chris, raaljaca (although they might question that one) or even johnb who has posted some cracking winners in the past couple of days. You'll have gathered from comments that John is an ex-footballer and he's a better tipster than he was a goalscorer!
It was Everton who brought up the Super Single at 7-5 in a cracking contest with Swansea while Real Madrid left it late to beat Valencia and complete the 3-1 treble after much earlier wins by Juventus and Fiorentina.
Punters who waited for Everton or Real also learned more about the tactics of covering and the best time to do that is of course when the team you've backed at winning.
So it was a pretty good day all round and now we have a few quiet ones before a busy Boxing Day card.
On Monday night it's all about Arsenal v Chelsea and as hinted yesterday I've decided to go with the Gunners as the Super Single. If there were more games on I'd probably leave them out so anyone not 100 per cent convinced should have a night off betting – and if you take it on don't go big.
The Super Single record is four out of five so a loss tonight will still leave me where I'be
The other game I looked at was Ingolstadt v Kaiserslautern in Bundesliga 2. At first glance an Ingolstadt side with one defeat in seven look a decent shout at up to 3-1 but look better away.
At home they've lost four out of five in the league and crucially have never beaten Kaiserslautern in five attempts. That's the key factor for me. Kaiserslautern have slipped out of the promotion places with three successive defeats and will see this as a great chance to get back in the hunt before the winter shutdown.
I can see them winning but I'm not confident enough to back the away and while I've seen Ingolstadt tipped – and it would be great to sing Ingol Bells tonight in celebration of a win – there are enough doubts to put me off.
So we're left with Arsenal – and one thing's for sure. If the Gunners score first I'll be covering the draw for starters. Good luck if you have bet – but remember you don't need to have one.

Zam, to be fair it’s one of those games anyone can win. Both good sides and it’s about who plays better on the day. I’m just concerned at the number of goals Chelsea are losing – three to Sunderland, three to Stoke, one to Palace, two more to Sunderland in the Cup. These are sides who don’t score many while Arsenal will punish poor defending.

Having seen Chelsea against Arsenal in the league cup, they absolutely schooled them that night and deservedly won the game (2-0, I think).
That said, it’s a slightly different situation now. Firstly I can see it being a high scoring game so my first tip would have to be OVER 2.5 GOALS. Secondly, I think the Arsenal fans will actually make some noise for once and that really does help to drive the team on. I know about past performances against Mourinho and how Wenger hasn’t got the better of him, but with home advantage, a much improved side and Chelsea’s recent defensive frailties – I would be tempted to agree with an Arsenal victory.
However, I’m not going to. I’m going to be bold and say that this will be a score draw. Neither side will lose and as they say, if you can’t win the game, don’t lose it.

Sorry I think I explained the free bet incorrectly.
Here goes last attempt:
Place a pre match £50 bet.
Then place an in play bet of £50. This is your free bet.
If that bet loses they refund your stake.
If you bet £20 pre match and £50 in play you get £20 back
Likewise if u bet £50 pre match and £20 in play u get £20 back.
My suggestion for people looking to make sole use of the free bet would be to put a pre match bet on something like over 0.5 match goals or a handicap of something like +4.5 arsenal. This means unless something radical happens your going to win ur pre match bet and make some minority returns.
Then place a £50 bet on something with really good odds. Something like a 1st goalscorer. If it loses u get ur money back and if u win you’ll be quids in.

Morning Guys, The big London derby between Arsenal and Chelsea takes place later today.
I know Wenger stats against Mourinho will be well documented throughout the day (it’s 0 wins in 9) I feel that having seen their lead at the top evaporate, and a mauling at Man City they may well settle for a draw. Wilshire is out and Koscielny is a huge doubt.
Chelsea having been dumped out the Cup in midweek will be looking for a tonic tonight and I quite fancy Chelsea here but as the draw no bet is 13/10 Betvictor, I will take that added insurance as my super single.
Without seeing the staring line ups it is difficult to pick goal Scorer. In my opinion I feel Chelsea haven’t looked so solid defensively especially at set pieces this season. Per Mertesacker the German centre half has 2 league goals already this season and recently scored against England at Wembley. He is worth a small stakes punt as a anytime scorer at 16/1 at BWIN.
Juan Mata has been frozen out by Mourinho this season and having played extra time in midweek, Jose may make changes. If Mata starts then he is worth a look at 5/1 anytime Various. He has scored on his last 4 starts against Arsenal.
Chelsea are not necessarily going to start Mata, but upfront it is tough to call. I would expect Torres to be given the start and without Koscielny at the back and having scored against palace last week, Torres looks a decent bet at odds of 13/5 at 888sport.

Western Sydney have made home a fortress, so I’ve taken under 2.5 goals, as well as a home win. Central Coast have been ordinary of late, with Adelaide pumping them 4-0 and they were lucky to beat Wellington on Thursday night with Wellington missing a penalty and Brockie missing the most open goal I’ve seen since Torres’ miss! I can’t bring myself to bet on a Chelsea game due to their unpredictable manager/nature/line-up
I can’t stand Mourinho’s style and tonight it will be evident he’s pissin in his pants at the thought of playing a team such as Arsenal.
If Chelsea try to win the game they’ll get pumped and Mourinho won’t attempt to win this game.
We can expect a compact and crowded midfield by Chelsea. Arsenal’s passing game will struggle.
Chelsea will attempt to capitalise on interceptions, misplaced passes and counter-attacking.
In the end we’ll end up with a poor and boring game and as much as I’ve enjoyed Arsenals play this year, I can’t get excited about them playing a team worth a lot of money playing like a team with no money.
I just hope Arsenal can score first and score early to force that twat to play football rather than solely stopping the other team play.

If Chelsea play how they can, they will win the game no doubt. They’re a better team than Arsenal, finished ahead of them last season and both have added to their squads with better players (and Chelsea a better manager).
I completely agree that what you described will pan out and that will be what Chelsea will try to do, but I still think it will be a good game of football. Chelsea did that in the League Cup game but also dominated the midfield and passing themselves. Arsenal just couldn’t find a way through. They weren’t THAT much weaker either.
The more I see the different tips on here, the more I think I should steer clear of this game other than the free bet from Bet365 which will come as a result of me putting on something daft like Arsenal +4.

John, it shouldn’t shorten because unlike both teams to score it’s not a single. It’s a treble and bookies want us to do accumulators. They’ll face the odd big payout but keep collecting on hundreds of thousands of small bets.
To be honest, I think an Arsenal win is more than likely. Mourinho wouldn’t mind going into the break with a reason to request the transfers he wants to transform the side. As an avid follower of the Turkish leagues, I can give some valuable notes on the Bursaspor game:
– Erciyesspor had a manager switch overnight.
– New coach Hikmet Karaman was sacked from tonight’s opponents Bursaspor in August after to the home defeat in the Europa League qualifiers. He stated it’s going to be an emotional return to the stadium for him tonight, that he had a good relationship with the team and the fans. That it was an experience he will never forget.

There’s reason in what fellow mateys say, where a zero risk guaranteed small profit can be made, if that appeals then by all means go with that and enjoy your returns.
…But yellow never was a pirates colour and pirates have no god but there money, no saviour but their arms, so I’ll be going after the hefty bullion! I shall be scoping out a higher odds inplay bet and trying to multiply my silver. Worst case scenario is that you end up with your silver back. a decent priced bet with the darts tonight is with William Hill,Adrian Lewis to win his game against Vincent van der Voort and also have the nost 180′s and the highest check out the odds are 11/10 … i can not see Lewis losing this one on the big stage,but Vincent van der Voort has beat him twice in three meetings this year,Lewis is a big 180 hitter the only slight doubt is the part for Lewis to have highest checkout because all these top players are capable of hitting a 160 to 170 checkout,but im going to have a go at that 11/10
