MY Super Single for Friday is already up and there's been a mixed reaction. Some love Queen of the South draw no bet at 11-4 but others hate it.

Only time will tell if I'm correct or if the bookies were right to make Rangers so short at 8-11 for their visit to Palmerston's plastic.

Meanwhile, here is my Saturday Super Single shortlist. Remember these picks are made from my first look at the coupon and without checking team news. So if there's any info you have that should out us off any of these sides let us know.

Saturday's pick is likely to be one of these sides but might not be.

Super Single shortlist

Sunderland v WEST HAM

LEEDS v Fulham

Rotherham v NOTTM FOREST

SHEFF WED v Wolves

WATFORD v Wigan

Fleetwood v SHEFF UTD

Kilmarnock v ST JOHNSTONE

Annan v EAST FIFE

Clyde v ALBION ROVERS

Elgin v BERWICK

LEEDS UNITED are unpredictable and to beat Fulham would be kind of a guess or luck . Tonight’s treble needs PAOK to score . GOOD LUCK FOLKS

  2. Yves 9 years ago

Sheffield Wed and Albion Rovers looks two good ones to me.

  3. mark 73 9 years ago

Like the look of WATFORD to beat Wigan

  4. Andrew Kettlewell 9 years ago

mark, Leeds to beat fulham at home wouldnt be a lucky result or a guess at all. Fulham got tanked last weekend at home to out of form watford and leeds last home game beat inform top of the league derby, those results would be lucky guesses. Leeds and fulham are similar league positions and leeds are generally better at home and will have over 20k fans in the ground. Plus redfearn is in charge now

    Rotherham play forest Paul

  6. GREGGE 9 years ago

    Dec 12th-13th

    CRETEIL 1/1
    MALAGA 6/5
    BRENTFORD 13/10

Tempted to say “bankers”.. Good luck!

  7. Rob 9 years ago

    Watford

  8. Alan 9 years ago

Port Vale at home to Coventry @ 13/8 currently top my short list of SS’s. Port Vale’s home form and Coventry’s away form, suggests a Port Vale win.

  9. Jordan 9 years ago

Watford do look like the contender for now.

  10. Flickhead 9 years ago

I just hope our lot dont boo Mccormack, cos a) he doesn’t deserve it and b) thats all we need,a pumped up Ross Mccormack, who knows where the net is anyway.Ive had a touch on him to score anytime, 19/10 @ Ladbrokes and im also on btts.Im not confident enough to call the result Mr F.

  11. craigyboy 9 years ago

I spoke last week how Bournemouth would trounce Wolves and tipped and backed The Cherries to score over 1.5 goals. I was almost left with egg on my face as Wolves played very well and was it not for a red card that never was I feel Wolves would have won the game.

With the springboard of that performance I think Wolves are ready to start fighting again after a shocking few weeks but there were very good signs last week that there going to turn this around.

Sheffield Wednesday’s form has been indifferent and I certainly wouldn’t back them tomorrow. I think Wolves draw no bet is worth some consideration.

  12. Rob P 9 years ago

Mr F, I support Brentford so am pretty familiar with the Championship and I would say a lot of teams are unpredictable. I’d definitely steer clear of Forest and I wouldn’t back against Fulham in spite of their 5-0 thrashing last week. Watford look the best of those to me and Brentford mentioned by Gregge above also look value at around 13/10

  13. Tam 9 years ago

Like Watford for supper single last game won 5-0 away

  14. Jacko 9 years ago

Honestly have to say you can’t trust wigan and they’re a top 8 team and will turn it around sooner or later so would never back against them with malky managing them..
Myself has put Lyon, Man City and forest treble @ 5.6/1

  15. andy 9 years ago

A tough bunch in the championship, many look good for BTTS

  16. Pablo 9 years ago

Dont touch sheff weds hit and miss and dont score many goals

  17. Ryan 180 9 years ago

Dundee united to beat Aberdeen 13/8- great price especially as the home side, beat dons 3-0 at pittodrie and are the better team in my eyes

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

Ryan 180, it’s not that simple. Dons in decent form and could be a draw.

  18. RoasterBets 9 years ago

Arsenal vs Newcastle, 2-3 goals @ 23/20 definitely worth considering

  19. dolky 9 years ago

hi mr fix its dolky ive been ripped of big time with my car and i need to win some money
are madrid playing tonight if so wat price _ 1 at corals is it wortth a big bet .

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

dolky, don’t chase winnings. My best advice is if you need money – don’t bet. Keep the money you have.

  20. Ian 9 years ago

Good advice Mr fix it. If u need money. Don’t bet !! only bet with spare money.

  21. Ritchie 9 years ago

    Watford 23/20 @ Victor.

  22. dolky 9 years ago

had £20 double on brighton btts jong ajex anyone else

  23. GillsRob 9 years ago

    A decent value treble tomorrow

    CHARLTON v blackpool
    OlDHAM v Yeovil
    BURTON v Hartlepool

6/1 – all three way sides at the foot oglf the table and horrendous away record

  24. Ricki 9 years ago

Real Madrid priced at 3/4 to win both halves at Almeria, what do you guys think?

  25. DelC 9 years ago

Ive been backing against Clyde for weeks now and made decent profit. The confidence has gone and the dressing room is in disarray, wouldn’t suprise me if Barry followed Ally! Albion looks good to me!

  26. Duncan Poundcake 9 years ago

Am I the only one who thinks Villa have turned the corner ,I have taken 3/1 as it looks huge for a derby match.

  27. Hudmystar 9 years ago

Being a villa fan I try to give a honest as neutral opinion as I can but all day I’ve been telling Albion fans (my gaffer mates mates dads) I can only see a villa win Albion are in dire form according to fans who watch every week. Berinho has gone off the boil since being arrested for drunk driving and I’ve seen this happen at the villa with bannan. I’ll give a review in a bit after I’ve put the kids to bed first thought gabby to score he loves the Albion but benteke looks hungry should have had a hatrick against Leicester he is beast. Be back in a bit

  28. Marky g 9 years ago

Only been following u for a week and your spot on with Your predictions ,I’ve been wary about a few but I’m 100 quid up just backing your super singles

  29. Wednesbury ay it 9 years ago

West Bromwich Albion v Aston Villa btts head to heads all point to it.

  30. Christy 9 years ago

Anyone see IPSWICH as a good bet?? Away to Bolton??

  31. Jack 9 years ago

Charlton at home to Blackpool at 21/20 for me. Charlton haven’t been in the best form of late, but will want to get back in the play-off push in front of their own fans in front of a poor Blackpool side.

  32. Ken 9 years ago

Villa 6/4 dnb sounds good to me

  33. Fab 9 years ago

I’m liking the look of BTTS @ Evens in West Brom – Villa. Derby where both teams will be up for it. Last 4 games together finished 4-3, 2-2, 2-2, 1-1. West Brom’s last 17 home games in the league have seen 12 finish with both teams scoring. It’s far from a dead cert, but the bookies seem to have priced this one wrong so it’s definitely worth a bet.

  34. Smackeroonies 9 years ago

    Hibs btts and win 2-1

  35. Muzzer 9 years ago

As somebody south of the border I’d have put my money on a Rangers win tonight Mr F. I read your tip on Wed night and thought that there must be some logic in you predicting a QOS win. I didn’t even know that they played on a plastic pitch. I had the win outright and the win draw no bet. Thanks for the tips and back up information to convince me. Can’t fault ya mate. I’m half Irish so a Rangers loss as a part time Celtic fan also added to the monetary win. ;)

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

Muzzer, thanks to you and everyone else for the comments tonight and welcome back Harpreet. I’ve been snowed under tonight at the Record (obviously) so not been responding. The plastic pitch wasn’t the only reason I backed against Rangers – Queens are a decent side and should get some credit for playing well. Having said that there are major problems at Ibrox and recent results haven’t been good. The only reason Queens were such a big price was because people will back Rangers blindly on reputation.

    • Bald Bloke 9 years ago

Mr Fixit..Big up for the Super Single.I admit I couldn’t see it and didn’t go with it.Tipping at its best.

  36. captain 9 years ago

Mr F, i would like Watford @ 215 to be the SS

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

      captain, was nearly Watford.

  37. Sbebo 9 years ago

Mr fix it. I looked at your post and put £20 on QOS at 5/1. I’m your new biggest fan

  38. Sbebo 9 years ago

Cannot believe ally mcoist is under pressure after he brought them back from the brink disgraceful

  39. Daire 9 years ago

Mr fixit when are you putting up the top tips?:)

    • Mr Fixit 9 years ago

Daire, when I finish work. They’re all picked but need to be posted.

  40. Der Kaiser 9 years ago

Vorsprung durch Technik,,, Computer says NEIN! looks like Mr F is somewhat off the MARK given Mr Mixit (his AI doppelgänger) agrees with only one of his SS selections. Clyde to be sunk by Albion.

  41. archie 9 years ago

    Chelsea win over 2.5
    Brentford win over 2.5
    Bristol city win over 2,5
port vale win over 2.5 .
small stake pays just under 50/1 at PP.

  42. Tony 9 years ago

What time approx r u posting Mr fixit

  43. Daire 9 years ago

    No problem mate.

  44. shent 9 years ago

mr f being a west ham supporter i think both to score and possibly over 2.5 would be the better option

Funky 4 team combo this time. Tranmere who managed to put two past Walsall in midweek which most league 1 teams have struggled to do of late and Tranmere owe me the victory against Dagenham to make up for upsetting my midweek treble. Rochdale to beat Colchester based on RFO`s 8 game home/away form for both teams. West Ham to beat Sunderland even though Sunderland have frustrated Chelsea, Liverpool and Everton of late I feel West Ham have the physical ability to run over em. Finally Watford to beat Wigan based again on RFO`s home/away form which tho slightest than Rochdale Wigans last 8 a ways resulting in 1 win with just 7 scored and 14 conceded made my mind.
