1/2 singles from me yesterday, 2/2 in play tips 1/1 treble. Here’s to another good day in what’s been a successful week for the tennis boys so far.

    Thursdays Tips:

Daily Treble – Halep d Safarova
    Radwanska d Lisicki (NAP)
    Raonic d Johnson
Pays 6/5 ( not the biggest price, but pretty safe IMO)

Halep should be too solid for Safarova to break down over three sets, prone to lapses in concentration and dips in performance as she is. The same should be true of Radwanska v Lisicki, who hit a ridiculous 18 double faults yesterday. That’s four and a half games worth of points! And I can’t see johnson finding a way to hurt Raonic. Imperious behind his serve yesterday and returned very well too.

To win at least a set treble:
    Isner v Murray
    Pavlyuchenkova v Sharapova
    Monfils v Federer
    Pays around 6/1

Isner loves Cincinnati. He beat Gasquet, Djokovic and Delpotro here last year before losing 6-7, 6-7 to nadal in the final. The conditions will suit him, and while he may struggle to break the Murray serve, he has a great chance of taking one on a tiebreak against an opponent who hasn’t quite been at his consistent best yet on hard court.

Sharapova drops sets like they’re hot. While she’ll probably come through this test in the end, Pavlyuchenkova has the game to hurt her if she carries her form from the first two rounds into this match, and having scored a win over Maria earlier this year will be confident of giving her a run for her money here.

Monfils can be dangerous for anyone at any time, and against a Federer who’s probably feeling the effects of a long week last week, and was made to work hard for a 3 set win by Pospisil yesterday, he has a very good chance of grabbing at least a set here. Gael won their last match at the tail end of last season, though it must be said this is a much improved Federer.

I also expect Janowicz to beat Benneteau but his price has drifted out a bit and I thought it was a bit generous to begin with. Whether that’s enough to put me off I haven’t decided yet, but for anyone who fancies the big Pole he is available at 9/10.

  3. Ad 10 years ago

I realise he’s not a horse and a drift usually isn’t quite such a worry in tennis! I’m just always a bit wary of backing Janowicz as it is, so my nerves are on edge to begin with.

  4. Ad 10 years ago

Adding Janowicz to the daily treble takes it up to over around 7/2 and is worth getting on at lower stakes.

  5. Ad 10 years ago

for anyone interested my crazy £1 acca today is:
Cilic, Youzhny, Halep, Fognini, Murray, Navarro, Raonic, Sharapova, Ivanovic, Radwanska, Lisicki, Wozniaki. Jankovic

pays 500/1 and will not win!

  6. Iddy 10 years ago

    From other thread
Ad – I have placed my bets and stuck with my original 4 fold of Janowicz/ ivanovic/ Halep/ muzza. It pays 4/1. The treble without muzza pays 2.5/1 if anyone thinks Murray is a risk.
I have also put a small single on Monfils to win a set at 5/6.
    Let me know your plays

  7. Iddy 10 years ago

Gone with your treble ad apart from Halep – swapped it as she is in my own tips – so got Stan to win a set instead
My 12 is similar just got Stephens/ Jankovic instead. Going to put £1 on yours as well haha

  8. Ad 10 years ago

Nice one. Good luck mate. Crossing my fingers for some more coffer swelling.

  9. Dazzler 10 years ago

HOU Astros @ BOS Red Sox
    Red Sox @ 1.67

Astros have never won in Boston. Feldman has performed much worse against Red Sox then his current form. Although Red Sox have lost 5 from 6 at home, I can’t ignore that Astros have never won here.

    TB Rays @ TEX Rangers
    No prices yet
    Rays
    Rangers under 3.5

Same as yesterday really. Rangers have added Darvish to the disabled list and had to call up Ross from the minors and he’s struggled everytime he’s been called upon.
Rays extended their streak of giving their opponents 3 runs or less on the road and Odorizzi has the ability to keep it going.

    ARI Diamondbacks @ MIA Marlins
    ARI Diamondbacks @ 2.1

Diamondbacks have won eight of 10 in Miami and took two of three last season, also they are 14 from 20 overall. Although Marlins have won 4 from the last 5 at home, Diamondbacks pitcher Anderson is in good form and will be tough to beat.

  10. Dazzler 10 years ago

    TB Rays @ TEX Rangers
    Bet365 have some prices up
    Rays @ 1.72

    Rangers under 3.5 @ 2.25

I’m going to take one stake and split it 80/20 between these two.
    Rays -1.5 @ 2.15
Rays -5.5 @ 7.5. This has come up in 2/3.

  11. Iddy 10 years ago

Pathetic from Janowicz- killed my 4 fold. Should have won the 1st set. Lost it 7-5. And then gave up

  12. Ad 10 years ago

can’t be trusted that guy. Had a small single on him and had him in a few other bets. annoying. but not entirely surprising. He should be up there with Raonic but he just hasn’t got the mettle.

  13. Iddy 10 years ago

Nice call on Isner to win a set v Murray at 8/11 Ad.

  14. nev 10 years ago

Kuznetsova to beat Ivanovic 2/1 bet 365
At the odds i have to back her i think this match should be lot closer in the betting

  15. Hopper 10 years ago

Rob Heffernan should win the 50km walk tomorrow morning at the Europeans and at 11/10 I’m all over it, he is also current world champion . A friend of mine trains with him and told me he has never seen him in better shape

  16. Ad 10 years ago

Cheers id. Glad your wawrinka set came in and murray got there in the end. Pissed I didn’t back and tip robredo to win a set in the end. really thought about it earlier but didn’t want to place too many bets. novaks in trouble or us I think. Same could be said of Murray if he doesn’t do well this week. And with Rafa out the picture for the mo, I’m excited for Feds prospects. Could be worth a punt to win it. Draws opening up in cincinnati. My man Raonic is looking good if he comes though today

  18. Wato 10 years ago

Guys I missed your tips today as I was playing golf but I did see you said Halep should win so I went for her in a double with Basel sadly they let me down in a shocking way along with a few on here sadly looking forward to your tips again tomorrow guys

  19. Wato 10 years ago

Dazzler with the red Sox losing 5 from 6 at home you still confident they will win tonight?

  20. Ad 10 years ago

Think I forgot To say, good call on monfils last night Id. Cruised it in the end. Raonic and Halep are in so just waiting on radeansks 4 my nap. Pav couldn’t quite nick a set from Maria despite being breaks up a couple times unfortunately.

  21. fiddler 10 years ago

    Mikhail Youzhny – David Ferrer
Youzhny to win first set and win match
    2/1

Personally I believe that’s some huge odds for a match that can go easily both ways. Actually I think that Youzhny should be a favourite here. He easily beat Tsonga and Seppi so far in this tournament, whereas Ferrer somewhat struggled against Kohlshreiber. Both players played 5 times on hard court against each other and Youzhny won all of the matches.

  22. Georgeh11 10 years ago

So djockovic ruined my 10fold! £10 on 1500 back!

  23. Dazzler 10 years ago

HOU Astros @ BOS Red Sox
    Red Sox @ 1.67 *WON*
    9-4 to Red Sox.

    TB Rays @ TEX Rangers
    Rays @ 1.72 *WON*
    6-3 Rays

    Rangers under 3.5 @ 2.25 *WON*

I’m going to take one stake and split it 80/20 between these two.
    Rays -1.5 @ 2.15 *WON*
    Rays -5.5 @ 7.5. *LOST*

    ARI Diamondbacks @ MIA Marlins
    ARI Diamondbacks @ 2.1 *LOST*
5-4 Marlins (After an extra innings)
Diamondbacks were leading into the 8th and run out of steam.

Sorry Wato, only just seen your comment. I’m very confident now lol.

4/6 for the night. I’ll be back in a bit and hopefully with a few more winners.

  24. bazza131 10 years ago

yh sum good shouts yesterday ad n iddy same again today plz

  25. Iddy 10 years ago

It was a mixed bag on the tennis for me yesterday – but it worked out in the end.
Janowicz killed my 4 fold at the 1st hurdle, the other 3 won! I was on Ads treble (except Halep – swapped for Wawrinka to win a set) and that won at Evens. Monfils won a set bring up the super single at 5/6. I then did a 4-fold of Murray/ Fognini/ ivanovic/ Radwanska st 4.5/1 which won. So was a day of profit on the tennis (ruined by losses on footy/ rugby!!!).

  26. Iddy 10 years ago

    Only 8 singles matches in Cincy today. Below are my tips in each match;
    Mens
    Wawrinka/ Raonic/ Ferrer/ Murray
    Women
    Williams/ Sharapova/ Wozniaki/ ivanovic
My treble today is looking likely to be – Wawrinka/ Murray/ Wozniaki…..and at 6/5 Wozniaki is likely to be the super single.
Will wait to see how Ad sees things before I confirm today’s plays

  27. Ad 10 years ago

Well my NAP came in nicely in the end yesterday. Unfortunately It was only 2/3 on the ‘to win a set’ treble as Pavlyuchenkova failed to convert multiple breaks and leads against Sharapova, 11 double faults not helping her cause.

There’s not a lot that grabs my attention on the tennis card today. Jankovic to get a set off Serena @ 2/1 is a possible single. As is Benneteau to get a set off Wawrinka @ 1/1.

Will be back a bit later to confirm any plays for the day. Not going to be putting anything on for the sake of having a bet though. Don’t want to tarnish a good week.

  28. Ad 10 years ago

    Who you got Iddy?

  29. Ad 10 years ago

Ah sorry just seen your post. I’ll be back on with some thoughts in an hour or so.

  30. Ad 10 years ago

Id- I wouldn’t disagree with any of your pics. but the trouble is I wouldn’t be very surprised if a lot of them went the other way.
I could see Robredo beating Ferrer, Fed beating Murray, Svitolina beating Ivanovic, Halep beating Maria, Radwanska beating Wozniaki and even Benneteau beating Stan. That just leaves Raonic! and Serena, but I don’t see any value in her anyway as fatigue could catch up with her at some point and if Jankovic plays well she can be competitive. Maybe.

I’m going to steal clear of any multiples today. I didn’t get to see any of the tennis yesterday, and haven’t seen a fair few of these play all week, and picking winners from a lot of these match ups wouldn’t be much more than a gut feeling.

  31. bazza131 10 years ago

any tips for the darts guys….

  32. Ad 10 years ago

    Daily Treble (Quadruple)
    Federer to win a set v Murray @ 4/9
    Halep to win a set v Sharapova @ 1/2
    Wozniaki to win a set v Radwanska @ 2/5

    (Robredo to win a set v Ferrer @ 8/13)

    Treble pays 2/1
    Quad pays 4/1

According to the bookies, and to common sense, this one could go either way. Murray is slight favourite @ 5/6 in most places with Federer slight underdog at 1/1 or 11/10. While Murray is just 1/3 to win a set, Federer is 4/9 and that looks good to me. I don’t think Murray’s levels of confidence and match sharpness are quite at a level yet where he can get past an in form Federer without being pushed all the way.

Halep may not have enough hardcourt match time under her belt to score the win here against the ultimate competitor, but she is in such good form and so solid that she has a great chance of winning, if not the match, then at least a set. Maria has won both their meetings this year 2-1, and I think their matches are only going to get closer as Halep gains experience. Maria has wobbled at times this week, no more so than when she was broken three times in what sounds like a shocking second set v Pavlyuchenkova yesterday. She ultimately managed to claw her way back and save it on a tie break, but she won’t find it easy to get out of such situation against a far more consistent opponent. Halep is world number 2 for a reason, and I think she’s good value here.

Wozniaki is in fantastic form and playing a more positive brand of tennis when she needs to. This could give her the edge over Radwanska today, but such is the recent form of her opponent that I can’t call this one with confidence either way. I’d be surprised if Radwanska managed to win in straight sets against an opponent who’s won 12 from 13 matches in the US open hard court series so far, that sole defeat coming in three sets to Serena.

Robredo dealt Djokovic his second stunning knockout blow in two weeks with a straight sets win last night. Robredo looks to be hitting his stride on hard courts, with 5 wins from 6 since making the transition from clay. All 5 of those wins have been straight sets, and the one defeat a 3 setter to Dimitrov. Ferrer’s win over Youzhny yesterday was the first match he hasn’t dropped at least a set in since the US hardcourt season started. He survived three set scares against the very unscary Michael Russell followed by Dodig before he fell to Federer in Toronto, and it took three tie breaks and a comeback from 2-5 down in the second set to get past Kohlschreiber in the first round here. If Robredo can recover from one of the best wins of his career and carry that confidence forward he will be competetive here. The head to head is fairly conclusive in Ferrer’s favour, but they haven’t played on a hard court since 2007 and off the clay I think an in form Robredo will be able to trouble David more than normal.

    Singles:

    Svitolina to win a set v Ivanovic @ 11/10

Svitolina is on a fantastic run and playing consistently good tennis. Ivanovic is doing very well so far this week but there is always a lurking feeling she can beat herself for periods in a match if given the chance. When these two met on a hard court earlier this year it was a tenese affair, with Ivanovic eventually coming through 4-6, 7-5, 7-6. Considering that result, the form of her opponent (8 straight wins) and Ana’s propensity to lose concentration/form during a match, I think this has a good chance of coming in.

    Benneteau to win a set v Wawrinka @ 1/1
I haven’t seen either of these two play this week, but i have a feeling this could be closer than the bookies think. I worried about Benneteau when he struggled against Rola at the start of the week, but his performances before and since then have been encouraging. His serving stats in his last match were very impressive, and though Wawrinka is obviously a much better returner of serve than Janowicz, he has struggled against Benneteau before. Benneteau has won their last two matches and will be confident he has a chance here. The penultimate time they met was four years ago, but they played last year and Benneteau secured a 6-3, 6-4 win. Stan seems to have finished strongly against Cilic but there have been cracks in his game, especially the mental side, since he won the Australian, and Benneteau has a good chance of exploiting those if they appear today.

Despite having written a lot about these tips, I would advise cautious staking today as it’s one of those where it’s hard to know exactly what’s going to happen.

  33. bazza131 10 years ago

theyv not got them markets on Ladbrokes should I go for 3 sets

  34. Ad 10 years ago

they do my man, that’s who i placed mine with. Under “set markets” it should right a the bottom. “to win at least 1 set”.

  35. bazza131 10 years ago

sorry my bad didn’t check correctly got them now cheers good luck….

  36. Ad 10 years ago

No worries. good luck Bazza and others

  37. Iddy 10 years ago

I echo what Ad said – keep to level stakes today.
I’m sticking to just my normal treble and then a £1 acca.
New footy season starts tomorrow and US open the week after so there’ll be plenty of chances to get on some good tips.

  38. Ad 10 years ago

Who you got for your main treble Id?

  39. Wato 10 years ago

Can’t seem to do to win a set on bet365 :(

  40. Wato 10 years ago

Dazzler no probs I talked myself out of backing the red Sox sadly some good tipping again though will be looking out for your tips again

  41. Dazzler 10 years ago

    PIT Pirates @ WAS Nationals
    Nationals @ 1.66

Nationals have won their last 6 of 8 and will want to hit the ground running as they have a long stretch playing at home now. Nationals have Roark on the mound who has won last 5 of 6. Pirates with Morton on the mound, losing his last 4.

    Nationals -1.5 @ 2.5

Morton, for the pirates, has lost his last 4 games by 2 or more runs. Roark, for nationals, has won 4 of his last 6 by 3 or more runs.

    NY Yankees @ TB Rays
    Rays @ 1.74

Rays have won 3 from the last 4 and scoring 4 or more runs in 5 of the last 7. Yankees have failed to score more than 3 runs in 4 of their last 5. With Yankees offensive struggles and Rays having the best pitching staff since the all star break, rays should take this one.

    KC Royals @ MIN Twins
    Royals @ 1.72

After watching the royals on TV last night against the A’s, even when they went behind they never looked like they would lose. That was top vs top and today it’s top (royals) vs bottom (twins). Duffy has only allowed the twins 2 runs over 22 1/3 innings. Royals have also won 18 from the last 22.

  42. Wato 10 years ago

Dazzler would you be fairly confident of the win treble then? Good info again too

  43. Iddy 10 years ago

Ad I just stuck with what I said before – Wawrinka/ Murray/ Wozniaki.
I wouldn’t necessarily advise others to follow it as all 3 are 50/50 match ups. Just gone with my gut feeling. It pays 3.5/1 I think.
I also have a to win a set treble on Murray/ Svitilina/ Fognini. It pays 6/1.
But playing to level stakes so it’s the same amount I put on every day.

  44. Iddy 10 years ago

Wato – r u doing your daily double today? And if so what have u picked out?

  45. Dazzler 10 years ago

In my experience it’s been pretty hard to hit a double, let alone a treble.
In the long term doubles and trebles were just eating too much into my singles profit.
With a £10 level stake I’m £170+ profit. I’ve done a few £2 doubles, only landed one, which leaves me about -£14, close to 10% of singles profit. So I just stick to the singles now.

  46. Wato 10 years ago

Iddy I was tempted by a couple of the tips for winning a set but can’t seem to find them on bet365 and from the other messages you guys didn’t have any real stand out match winners??

  47. Wato 10 years ago

Dazzler that’s pretty impressive profit on singles alone I will have a think which one to go with or may even go with a double or one along with one of the football tips

  48. Iddy 10 years ago

And Wawrinka is showing why i said today each one could go either way – not sure what has happened to him in set 2 and 3

    • Ad 10 years ago

it’s pretty worrying isnt it. not for my Benneteau single of course! but Stan has looked capable of crumbling at any moment since winning his first slam. he should be challenging for the US given the state of Nadal and Novaks dodgy post wimbledon form, but really cant see that happening

  49. Dazzler 10 years ago

Cheers Wato, if I had to give one tip 5 stars it would be Rays. Mainly coz Yankees are having a problem scoring and if you can’t score you can’t win.

    • Wato 10 years ago

Brilliant Dazzler I was going to ask if you had one choice which would it be so I will have a little go with the Rays for hopefully a little overnight top up

  50. Ad 10 years ago

Sorry your Fognini to win a set didnt come if you backed that ID, but i made a tidy little sum on that one in play. whacked a tenner on raonic to break serve at 5-1 up in the first (fognini isnt exactly the fight for a lost cause type) and then put a fiver on 6-0 second set at 15/1. it was 15-40 to fognini in the first game when i stopped following the score. came back to see 6-0! unbelievable (although really not unbelievable at all)

  51. Wato 10 years ago

That’s amazing Ad I didn’t go with any tennis bets today as you guys didn’t seem as confident as the previous days over match results will still be on the look out for these though

    • Ad 10 years ago

yeah, smart move Wato. the temptation is always to back players even when you have doubts about them, but having a bit of patience til you get a matchup youre confiden on is crucial. i’ve learnt that the hard way!

  52. Wato 10 years ago

Yeah same here but I thought seen as you and Iddy didn’t give any “confident” tips I gave it a miss this time. Your tips for winning sets seemed like good ones though but as I said I couldn’t seem to find that

  53. Iddy 10 years ago

Ad great going on them in plays.
Sorry for my tips today – completely stupid going for a 4-fold. I should have stuck to my best 2 which were Wozniaki/ Raonic.
Anyways got on wizniaki as a single so looking good so far. Might cash it out and call it a break even day.
Might stay up for the Muzza match and see if I can get anything decent in play.

  54. Ad 10 years ago

im def gna get some caffeine in me stay up for that. apart from the interest of my federer to win a set bet, it could potentially be a cracker, and im intrigued to see how these two are looking as we move into the US open. I wouldn’t have said this a few weeks ago but Federer at 8/1 could be a good bet. I’m going to the second week, and the final, and if he gets a good draw he could well be there. I’d be so happy with that!

  55. Ad 10 years ago

no worries about today. It’s been a good week on the tennis from you overall. who do you fancy in the mens and womens US at the moment for antepost?

  56. Iddy 10 years ago

    Well glad Woz won

  57. Iddy 10 years ago

I did type a longer response but it didn’t get through!!!

  58. Iddy 10 years ago

To summarise I said – Rafa for mens with JWT as possible outside each way shot. In womens Serena obvious choice. Radwanska preferred choice and Halep the sensible choice as less likely to get dumped early unlike shazza/ azarenka/ Kvitova/ Bouchard etc

  59. Iddy 10 years ago

Ad – I’ll be watching these 2 midnight matches so if anything in play comes up let us know. Think it may just be a case of enjoying the matches; Muzza v Fed and Sharapova v Halep. My picks would be Murray and Sharapova but not a tip and not got any £ on.

  60. Ad 10 years ago

Rafa for U.S? Is he even training at the moment?! Having not played any of the tournaments leading into it due to an apparent wrist injury I have my doubts he’ll be up to it. Not that Rafa doesn’t know how to hit the ground running after an injury lay off.

  61. Ad 10 years ago

Feds looking good. hopefully he wont end up regretting these missed break points too much. If Murray doesn’t get his first serve percentage up and keep it there he is in trouble. He will keep putting his second into Federers’s backhand cz hes scared of the forehand and knows Roger will slice the backhand 9/10 times. If its too predictable on that serve though Roger is surely too smart not to punish him eventually.

  62. Ad 10 years ago

a small halep sharapova 2-0 double for interest

  63. Ad 10 years ago

sorry i mean federer halep double

  64. Ad 10 years ago

if anyone is on my to win a set fourfold, you can cover by backing murray to win 2-0 at 6/1. halep looks certain to win here. Roger looks great too but he is the riskier one.

  65. Iddy 10 years ago

Good matches so far – Federer playing well, Murray not got going yet.

  66. Ad 10 years ago

Agreed. And there’s the daily treble and fourfold come in

  67. Ad 10 years ago

After my luck with raonic 6-0 earlier I’m going to have a bonkers go again on Maria 6-0 3rd set at 20/1 and 6-1 at 10/1

  68. Ad 10 years ago

FEDERER! what a massive performance that was at the end. Federer to win the US open @ 9/1. get on this people! Given his situation in relation to the rest of the big 3 right now he could well be considered the favourite for the tournament. Novak is out of sorts, Rafa isnt fit and he just outplayed Murray. Looks good value to me.

  69. Ad 10 years ago

she’s shaky as hell at times, but my god does sharapova play incredible tennis when she really has to. on her to win the womens us open outright.

  70. Dazzler 10 years ago

    PIT Pirates @ WAS Nationals
    Nationals @ 1.66 *WON*
    Nationals -1.5 @ 2.5 *LOST*

Nationals win 5-4, but they have up 1 run in the top of the 9th to down the handicap.

    NY Yankees @ TB Rays
    Rays @ 1.74

Rays win 5-0. Yankees compound their misery by failing to score last night.

    KC Royals @ MIN Twins
    Royals @ 1.72

Royals win 6-5. Royals went behind 2-0 in the third only to finish the 4th 5-3 up, another team in excellent form.

3 from 4. One run in the top of the 9th away from a clean sweep.

I’ll be back later with some more hopefully.

  71. Ad 10 years ago

Another profitable day on the tennis with my daily treble coming in at 2/1 and the daily quadruple also landing at 4/1. It was 1 out of 2 on the singles, with Benneteau to win a set coming in easily as he beat Wawrinka, but Svitolina to win a set losing as she was beaten 2-0 by Ivanovic.

Anyone who backed my Raonic outright tip @ 14/1 could consider cashing out now. I said he was almost certain to reach the semis and that has proven to the be the case. He now faces a red hot Roger Federer however, who is very good at handling big servers and has taken care of Raonic all 4 times they’ve met. The last two were routine straight set wins and, though this could be tighter, given how well Roger played against Murray it’s hard to see Raonic turning the tide here. Raonic is down to 7/2 from 14/1 so there’s some nice profit there. Similarly, if anyone has backed my Wozniaki tip @ 25/1, she is now @ 13/2 so worth keeping an eye on in the Serena game to see if she goes a break up. She took the first set last time they met and if she takes an early lead then the cash out will be even more profitable. Cashing out now for a profit could be the best option for anyone who doesn’t think she’ll fare well today.

With it being the first day of the football season and there only being 4 matches at Cincinnati, I’m not going to be posting much today.

A small 4-fold on the favourites in all the semi finals – Federer, Williams, Sharapova and Ferrer – pays 7/2 and should come in. But as with any fourfold at this stage of a tournament, there are no guarantees.

For a single Sharapova to win 2-1 is 10/3 and that seems to be the most likely scoreline. Maria is playing incredible tennis in the big moments but still isn’t sustaining a high enough level throughout her matches to win comfortably. I will always back her in a scrap, and though Ivanovic is playing well enough to make Maria sweat again, I don’t think she’ll be able to actually put her away. Since the start of the clay court season, 12 out of 29 matches that Maria has played in have finished 2-1 to her. If you’d placed a £10 bet on that result for all her matches during that period you’d be looking at at least £230 profit. I think it’s close to 50/50 whether that scoreline comes in today, so while it’s riskier than my other singles this week, I think it’s worth backing.

Keeping it sensible today as I have some outright winner bets still running and don’t see anything worth risking this weeks winnings over.

So my advice for anyone following today is a sensibly staked

    Fourfold:
    Ferrer
    Federer
    Sharapova
    Williams @7/2

    Single:
    Sharapova to beat Ivanovic 2-1

    @10/3

    Good luck all
