WITH just two fixtures to choose from on Day 4 it was always going to be one of the trickier days in the contest but a defeat for Austria ended lots of members hopes before Portugal’s draw with Iceland almost wiped out the entire competition.
By my reckoning just 4 of you predicted a stalemate between Portugal and Iceland. I’ll do full check of all of those still in the competition later today as there may be some yet to play their Second Chance card too.
We’ve three fixtures to choose from on Day 5 as the second round of Group Stages matches begin. If you’re still in the game sure you get your entry in before kick-off in your chosen match today.
The Last Man Standing Competition is open to Basic (Free), Silver and Gold Members. I posted all the details, rules and prizes earlier so makes sure you check out the ins and outs of how to play and what’s on offer. It’s important that you understand the rules so please take time to read them.
In a nutshell, it’s a “last man standing” competition. Pick a winning selection each day to remain in the competition. There’s Daily prizes to be won and a fantastic Grand Prize of £500 CASH for one lucky winner. You can play your ‘Second Chance’ card ONCE to buy yourself back in to the competition the day after you get a selection wrong.
