Win £1,000 in 12 Plays of Christmas: Day 2

MOST members came through Day 1 unscathed, largely thanks to Real Madrid hitting 8 past helpless Malmo so it's onwards and upwards to Day 2. But first let's get Day 1's business out of the way.

Day 1 Round-Up

A total of 188 members participated on Day 1 so you're up against some stiff competition if you're going to become the last man standing and scoop the £500 Grand Prize! Day 1's fixtures were a bit of a gimme and if you didn't opt for Real Madrid what were you thinking? I promise the fixtures will get more difficult – you have been warned!

Thirty members called it wrong on the day but all is not lost as they can play their ‘Second Chance' card on Day 2 and get themselves back in the game. Remember you can only play your ‘Second Chance' card once (see details below) so those members really are in the last chance saloon today.

The biggest-priced winner you could have picked was Wolfsburg at 11-8, so well done to the 14 who called that one right. They all entered a draw to win a £10 free bet at Skybet and I chose @rolanrat at random to take the Daily Prize. Admin will be in touch with details on how to claim the prize.

We also had a Spot Prize of a FREE Gold Membership to be won on Day 1. The first goal in Man City v Monchengladbach was officially timed at 15:18 minutes. 4 members guessed correctly with 15 minutes and I've chosen @fishcake as the winner. Again Admin will be in touch about refunding your membership fee.

Day 2

So on to Day 2 and it's another night of Champions League action. Here are the five fixtures from which you must choose ONE correct selection, either a home win, away win or a draw;
