GREG’S nap and NB landed yesterday with over 2.5 goals at Exeter v Orient and Northampton v Dagenham.
Although I’m sure when he tipped the Exeter match he didn’t expect Orient to lose their 100 per cent record in a 4-0 defeat.
He agrees it’s not a great card today but is tipping over 2.5 goals at Turkey v Holland.
Turkey v Holland (5pm)
If you said at the start of the campaign these two would occupy 3rd and 4th place after seven matches you would be put into a straitjacket and ordered to support Clydebank.
There’s a real chance neither side will be in France next year, this is a six-pointer for both, more so Turkey, and defeat here would all but end their slim chances of qualifying while the Dutch know three points is a must if they are to grab the second qualifying spot.
There’s nothing to suggest by recent matches or recent H2H there will be goals here but given the significance of this match in terms of qualification Turkey know it’s a must win. This should lead to the Dutch getting chances to break.
Turkey have kept just three clean sheets in their last 15 home matches and I can’t see Holland not scoring. I looked at both teams to score 4-5 but going to side with goals on the premise Turkey need to attack but will likely concede.
Over 2.5 match goals 11-10 (Betfair)
