IT was a mixed night for Greg but he was delighted with the events at Newcastle that resulted in an amazing finish.
He says: “Was unlucky over the last few nights falling a goal short on my over 2.5 goals trebles. Arsenal was frustrating especially being 2-0 after 26 minutes and then missing loads of chances. Newcastle ensured the night wasn’t a wipeout – Twitter's awash with screenshots of people backing Newcastle to win at 400-1 with minutes to play. Why would you do that?
Hapoel Beer Sheva v Southampton (6pm)
The bookies I feel have got this match completely wrong. They have priced up the Isralies at 5-2 which is a massive price for a team who went to the San Siro and defeated Inter Milan 2-0 on matchday one and who rarely lose at home. Don’t forget they beat Celtic here 2-0 narrowly missing out on the Champions League proper 5-4 on aggregate. The fact Southampton have left half of their main players at home tells you were their priorities lie (Sunday’s league match). Southampton have had a terrific month but I don’t see them leaving Israel with any points against a strong Hapoel side.
Back Hapoel Sheva not to lose 7-10 (bet365) (NAP)
Hapoel Sheva to win 5-2
Hapoel Sheva to score before 68 mins 5-6
Always a risk putting all your eggs in one basket but this is a tough ask for a weakened Southampton side.
Schalke v Salzburg (6pm)
Shakhtar v Braga (6pm)
Man Utd v Zorya (8.05pm)
Over 2.5 match goals treble 3-1
totally tight about sheva — ill be taking them not to lose — you also forgot about how sheva had been missing 3 of there 4 defenders for the first leg against celtic . if so I have no doubt they would have won over the 2 legs
shaktar to win and sheeva not to lose double
No goals treble tonight Greg pal
Me and Europa finished!!!!!!
