THE World Cup roared into life on Saturday with the biggest upset in rugby history as 70-1 underdogs Japan stunned two-time former champions South Africa in Scotland's group.

NFL Sunday Early / Late Money line Trebles & Props
I like to wait for 2 weeks to see both sides, how they play on the road and at home. This week we are seeing sides twice in a row at home, whilst the Ravens play their opening 7 games with 5 on the road that’s tough.
I’m putting up a early and late ML treble so with it being only week 2 I am advising small stakes. The early 6pm treble pays just over 5/2 (2.51/1) while the late pays 2/1 as there are less games. They both look solid with the Titans a 50/50 in the early ones and Philly in the late one, that game is on TV. I will post any bets on those games later. The two prop bets are my strongest fancies.
The Minnesota Vikings were a huge flop last week, although I didn’t bet on the game as I said, I thought the 49ers were not as bad as advertised. Adrian Peterson ran for peanuts last week, but his line this week is very tempting indeed.
I don’t buy in to this “he is coming off a year out the game” Yes he is but it isn’t like he is returning after an ACL, he is still fully fit. Last week he ran into a determined niner defence. Tonight is his homecoming against a team who AP has owned since coming into the league. He as 12tds in 12 against the Lions, and averages O120yds in those games. His line is set at 72.5yds at Bet365. I am expecting All day to run all over the Lions tonight, I think he hits 80yds and probably the 100yd mark. I will take the overs at 10/13.
The second of SKY triple header is a divisional game between the Cowboys and the Eagles. In the off season Jerry Jones had a decision to make, Murray or Bryant, he chose to pay Dez 70m. Murray who broke Emmitt Smith’s single season rushing yards was let go. He wound up still in the NFC East, with the Eagles.
That is now history the present is Dez is out for a couple of months and now Dallas take their hugely impressive road record to Philly, having scraped home last week against the Giants, they have won 6 in a row on the road within their division. I fancy the Eagles to end that streak, and my prop bet although last week I landed it with Jordan Matthews and I believe he could land it again tonight, I have to go with Murray.
He has Matthews and Sproles eating into his carries, but he as the motivation to run right through this Dallas D line, I wouldn’t be surprised if he went for a 100yd game (oh Jerry) so his line looks like another overs for a prop bet at 70.5yds 10/11 at William Hill.

Good morning, nfl experts are the rams a good bet on the -3.5 handicap?
Humble tipper I am just going through all games now and if anything I’ll be taking Washington with the start. Normally I look at home teams having a 3pt advantage as home team due to noise and atmosphere etc and it happens so many times that teams coming off a huge win struggles to play with same intensity the following week against a perceived weaker opposition. Washington for their part didn’t embarrass themselves last week against a very good miami side with a strong D. Good luck

Titans destroyed the Bucs last week and I know you cant always look too much into week 1 results but there looks to be a clear separation of talent between the 2 teams. This starts at QB for the Browns where Jonny Manziel came in last week and struggled, I really dont think that Manziel has what it takes to play in the league. He is too small and struggles to see over the Lineman when he is in the pocket. Titans QB on the other hand, Marcus Marriota looked as if he belongs in the NFL. He is in an offense which has taken the strengths of the Oregon Offence in College and blended it into Jason Micheal’s Offence for the Titans.
The Browns have a good defence and that should keep them relatively close but the lack of talent on offence should be the deciding factor in this game. Look for Marriota to have clear, defined reads in this game that enables him to get the ball out of his hands quick.
Tonic @ 14/1 looks big if Murray’s tired. Worth a few quid, though obv I’m hoping for a Murray win. 3-0 would be good!

Keep an eye out on the Cards v Bears game, Cards leading 28-20 right now. Bears get the ball first when the second half starts. jordan the thing with lynch he Can break away for a 50 yard run at any time, the defensive line of the packers was poor last week and they would be working on tightening it up going into this game so it’s giving me slight doubts, The Rams line is one of the best in the league though and he still got 80 yardS last week , there’s more reasons to back it than not too in my opinion and I’ve been tempted by it all day

Did ‘ok’ on prop thoughts so I’m going to go with my Lynch thoughts in Lambeau tonight. Think this could be a high scorer and waiting on the Packers to score 3 TD’s. No Kam Chancellor is big for Seattle and they struggled in St Louis against Nick Foles. They now have to come into the MVP’s house in Aaron Rodgers. Seattle still have the offensive threats to cause us problems. Matt Forte ran all over us last weekend and I expect Lynch to do the same if the o-line can create some holes. His line has gone from 80 to 85 at a few bookies so I’m getting them at 80.5 @ Skybet while they are still there. he’s ran a combined 267 yards on 45 carries in his last two games against us. (110 and 157 in the NFC Championship)

A renewal of last years NFC championship game and it could be this years championship game to. Green Bay blew it last year having been 19-7 up with four minutes to go a botched onside kick recovery ultimately was their demise. They are out for revenge tonight and I think they will get it.

That was one of the worse games of football, I have ever seen. Dallas were rubbish even with Romo, but the Eagles no wonder a fan tried to get on the field. Bradford was absolutely shocking, The NFC East as taken over the South as the worst in football, and to think someone out that division will go to the playoffs haha!

Tomekplnd you’re right the wrong day to start but it’s early days the poorer teams will usually get their victories at this time of the season and the big boys usually take longer to get going,
Both Super Bowl finalist had a poor start last year, nobody thought the pats would be going anywhere after the first few games they had no offense going at all but that suddenly changed , the seahawks beat the packers in the opener but still struggled early on in the season.
Chin up gents after about week 4 it gets a loooot easier.

If I was Chip I would be trying to beat Dallas for a new QB, that was pathetic from Bradford but he is stuck with him, For Dallas the options are, sign Kellen Moore who they had on the practice squad. Christian Ponder on free agency, or trade with someone for a backup. EJ Manuel was given a go a Buffalo last season but he is totally a different QB to Romo, I suspect a Matt Cassel if anyone.

Tomekplnd, the NFL is like any sport, the early part of the season is always hit n miss until we get to see some form. Recent H2H don’t really count due to the turnover of players and coaches. Stick to singles ML, anytime scorers or prop bets when your starting out.

I rode Brady mate, I was doubtful going up against that Bills D, and I had Flaco against the Raiders but I couldn’t bench Brady. Rookie Coleman scored for me and had Charles on Thursday, I put Hyde in the Flex, and I’m only carrying Graham at TE so he had to start, hoping for a big game from him.
Tyler that offense has hardly changed since Jones left. Fits right in. Jordy who at the moment haha
I like Coleman but he’s been taken. Thinking about taking Lewis but knowing Belichick he won’t start him next week.
