I PUT up three Saturday Super Singles and with two winners – Rangers -2 and Morecambe – I was close to wiping out the deficit caused almost solely by Hearts on Friday night. One more Rangers goal would have done it.

With the accumulators it was a tale of near misses – Dunfermline beating the homes and Top Treble and one goal short in the Scottish (Dunfermline again) and English both teams to score treble. A late Motherwell equaliser beating me for three aways.

It was that kind of day and well done to everyone who posted winners including Greg Browning with another successful nap and thechief with his Anders Herrera to score tip which I and many others jumped on.

Scott Allott landed his 11-2 both teams to score treble thanks to Eintracht Frankfurt v Cologne, Atletico Madrid v Barcelona and Preston v Derby and Ryan Allan almost won a 350-1 made line – losing out on the last leg when Barca hit a late winner.

As I always say it’s not just about me – especially when I’ve got a busy weekend working at the Daily Record and Sunday Mail.

Sunday’s another busy one with Premier League matches featuring Sunderland v Spurs and Leicester v Aston Villa with the Foxes being well backed. In the Championship it’s Fulham v Blackburn.

I’m tempted by Leicester who remain unbeaten under Claudio Ranieri and Fulham should beat a Blackburn side that’s only scored two in four games and doesn’t seem to have recovered from the sale of Rudy Gestede to Villa.

At Sunderland best bet could be both to score as Dick Advocaat’s men have netted in all of their games this season but look dodgy at the back. After netting in England’s two games last week Harry Kane is worth a look at 13-10 with 888sport to open his season’s account for Spurs and is 4-1 to break the deadlock.

There are games all over the continent with the big one being the Milan derby.

I’ve been checking form, stats and team news and for the Top Treble I’ve decided to go with Marseille at home to Bastia, Athletic Bilbao at home to Getafe and Celta Vigo at home to Las Palmas.

Marseille have made a solid start under new coach Michel and their home form is solid. They have scored at least two goals in 17 of their last 20 at the Velodrome and beaten Bastia in five of their last six. The islanders are better at home and Marseille should pick up the points.

Athletic Bilbao expected a good season after beating Barcelona to win the Super Cup but it hasn’t turned out that way so far. They lost to Barca in La Liga and then at Eibar buta meeting with Getafe gives them a chance to get back on track.

Getafe have also lost their first two and were thumped 4-0 in Bilbao last season.

Celta Vigo on the other hand have started with two victories and can add a third against the new boys. Las Palmas have been difficult to beat, drawing 0-0 with Levante and losing 1-0 at Atletico Madrid but the lack of goals is a concern.

I was thinking about Torino at Verona for the Super Single but instead tok Sampdoria at home to Bologna but that’s been postponed due to the weather.

Instead I’m going with Kane to score. I mentioned him last night and thechief has picked the Spurs man in his write-up. He’s due one and his confidence should be back – so let’s hope we’re both right.

I’ve picked out an over 2.5 goals treble starting with Utrecht v Vitesse with the last six meetings going over. It’s the same for five out of six at Den Haag v Heracles.

We know Carpi love to attack from last season and they’ve scored in both their Serie A defeats since joining the big boys. Palermo home matches usually go over so add this for the treble.

    • Nick 2 years ago

The Seattle game seems decent odds for overs given recent form and a number of starters back in the team!

  22. Ryan Allan 2 years ago

Thanks for the nod Mr F, it was a shame they lost but I was able to cover and make a nice tidy profit of 17 points on the day!

Here are two previews and suggested bets for two of my favourite fixtures tomorrow.

15:30 Hoffenheim vs Werder Bremen – Prediction 2.2- Suggested Bets BTTS @1/2, BTTS and over 2.5 goals @4/5

A fixture that screams out goals but the bookies aren’t daft and have priced the BTTS selection accordingly at a very short 1/2 odds on.

I’m not keen on a price as short as that but if we take a look at the stats, form and history, there is value on the price, even a short one like 1/2 odds on.

Bremen’s away form suggests BTTS is very likely with each of their previous 6 away league fixtures all seeing BTTS while 17 of their last 20 away games going back a year have also seen the same outcome. That’s an 85% hit rate over 1 year on the road.

Hoffenheim at home are pretty decent in the market as well with 4 of their last 5 seeing BTTS and 12 of their previous 17 at home going back 1 year also seeing BTTS. More recent form in the market is good with 6 of their previous 8 also giving us the BTTS.

So, 70% of Hoffenheim’s home fixtures over 1 year have seen BTTS with 85% of Bremen';s away fixtures also resulting in BTTS. We can therefor assume the possibility of BTTS here is somewhere between 70 and 85%. The 1/2 price suggests the probability of the outcome is 66% so while the price is short, it does look a little better than what it could have been.

While there are no bankers in this game, this looks like as good a BTTS pick as you will find, even at the 1/2 price and I’m looking at BTTS and over 2.5 goals @5/6 as another possible selection here.

Of the 17 games that saw BTTS for Bremen, 13 also produced over 2.5 goals while the record for Hoffenheim is even better with 11 of their 13 BTTS fixtures also going over 2.5 goals. If both score, it’s likely we will see at least 3 goals here. Don’t believe me? A look at the recent history of this fixture solidifies both selections.

Every one of the last 10 meetings going back 5 years have seen BTTS with 8 of those 10 also going over 2.5 goals so this is a fixture that pretty much always delivers in terms of goals.

I fancy an entertaining game between two evenly matched, attacking teams and based on the overwhelming stats, both my suggested bets look likely to come home.

    5:00 Empoli vs Napoli – Prediction 2.2 – Suggested Bets – BTTS @8/11

Napoli travel to Empoli as 4/6 odds on favourites but I much prefer the possibility of goals in this fixture with Empoli prolific in the BTTS market.

Empoli are in a tremendous run of BTTS form with 9 of their last 10 fixtures in the league seeing BTTS and 12 from 15 going back as far as March. The form has continued into the new campaign with two successive BTTS fixtures so far and they should give Napoli some problems, especially considering the visitors away record of late.

Napoli are in a really poor run of form, particularly on the road and the new campaign has not started well with only 1 point taken in two games. They have conceded 4 and both fixtures also produced BTTS.

Indeed Napoli have seen BTTS in 8 of their last 9 league fixtures and in each of their last 4 away league games, all of which they failed to win.

More confidence can be taken from the home side’s record with Empoli scoring in 10 of their last 12 league fixtures on their own patch. In the most recent meeting between these two sides in March, Empoli claimed the spoils with a fine 4.2 win so they should be confident when these two sides meet again today and I fancy the chances of BTTS @8/11.

Napoli have shipped 18 goals in those 9 away games, losing 7 and it would be a brave man who back them to win here @3/4. Empoli may even be worth an outside bet to win @4/1 but BTTS is priced @8/11 and that looks good to me considering both sides ability to concede.

NYCFC manager must be having a laugh to start Wingert(Usually a central defender that was pushed to LB until Angelino arrived) in midfield instead of Poku!

    Evening Guys Super Sunday

A big game at the Stadium of Light, even this early in the season. Spurs are unbeaten in their last ten trips to Sunderland, winning seven.

Sunderland have conceded 10 goals in the league already and in the league cup, Exeter scored 3 in the first half at the stadium of Light. The Kane wincast will be popular although Sunderland have scored in every game this season, and Tottenham have yet to convince.

I fancy goals in this one and will be on Spurs O1.5g. Sunderland’s defence is shaky and an early goal will turn that big crowd against their side. We have already seen a first half walk out this season. Spurs have scored O1.5g in their last 4 against Sunderland. It is 1/1 at Bet365

In the goal scorer market, I like Harry Kane to break his duck. The Sunderland defence is dodgy and Kane scored in both qualifies for England. They were both excellent finishes and didn’t look like a striker short of confidence. I will be on him at 13/10 at 888sport.

Anyone looking for long shots, small stakes for big rewards could look at Kane to score 2+ at 7/1 Boyles and 3 of the last 4 meetings as seen an own goal scored. Two by John O’shea and one by Harry Kane. An own goal this afternoon is 8/1 at Bet365.

    TOTTENHAM O1.5g 1/1
    KANE TO SCORE 13/10

Good luck if your having a bet

Saw the Derby highlights, both of Martin’s goals were peaches, the 2nd being a freekick over an 8 man Preston wall. Derby’s Baird had a nasty bang on the head needing a precautionary scan and added 13 mins of injurytime. Preston got a late goal to make it Derby’s first win.
Not gonna say they deserved it but the woodwork saved us on 2 or 3 occasions. – about time we had a bit of good fortune, at least now we’re heading in the right direction. Before Reading walloped us 3 nil in the final game last season taking us out of the top six for the first time in 6 months, I’d of put my shirt on a home win then.
Having seen them destroy Ipswich today, from a Derby perspective, Reading could well be the team to beat this season, they have spent well and I for one are not relishing the prospect of facing them at this stage of the league.
Derby’s defence is still well below that of a ” title favourite ” and I hate backing against my own team, but those who wish to take my forthcoming advice on that game – go on both to score. I cannot see Derby keeping them out, and with Johnny Russell playing out of his skin, I cannot see Reading keeping a cleansheet either. Look on the football league show and watch his pinpoint pass to set up Martins first goal.

On a separate note, my daily double seems to be holding out nicely, I woke up to a TNS scoreline of 3-1, hardly great at 2/9 odds for the win but it keeps my bet going. I have the pleasure now of waiting to see if LA Galaxy do me a nice 9/21 favour to top me up from £76 to £132. I shall keep you posted on that one.

Good spot on the Marseille tip Mr F, I already had it in my sights though – I think one day ahead of my bets in play – just in case. Ladbrokes must be a tad peeved at giving me a 3/1 rooney price boost on Tuesday as it all started from £4.60.

Martin I haven’t covered but if I were to I’d only cover the 4 points staked on the double. At 2/1 you can stake 2 points for no loss or a smaller return if it wins. Its all about profit but I’m waiting to see if Galaxy score in the first half then see the options. First two games in for the 5/1 with NYC pulling one back.

  51. Greg Browning 2 years ago

Morning gents – had a good look through today’s card and have found one I like from the Swiss Super league from a ground I’ve visited following the might Perth Saints in Europe

    Lucerne v Grasshopper KO 12.45pm

The visitors have gone goal crazy this season – their opening 7 matches have seen an incredible 38 goals! They’ve won 5 of those and which has taken them to 2nd! They’ve found the net on 24 occasions scoring 5, 2, 3, 6, 3, 2, 3 but defensively they have been poor! Their gung-ho approach has seen them concede in all but one of their league games! Despite being second only three clubs have conceded more gosls than they have! Lucerne have had a decent enough start to the season, two of their three home matches have seen over 2.5 goals and they have scored in 6 of their 7 league games! Given Grasshoppers tactics of if you score 2 we’ll score 3, both teams to score is likely and they should lead us to goals

Back over 2.5 match goals (4/5 Betway) (NAP)
Over 3.5 match goals 7/4 (BV) small stake
Over 1.5 Grasshopper team goals 7/5 (BV) small stake

I wrote the other day about doing BTTS Doubles and the great feeling when you get a late goal to complete your bet. I don’t think I can ever beat yesterday, enjoying a pint in Hotel Football next to Old Trafford waiting for a Preston goal. 90 mins + 13 and up it pops on Soccer Saturday, Preston have scored!!!
Then Utd beat Liverpool l, great day, just wish Rangers covered -3 hcp, that would have meant a clean sweep!!!!

An early winner is always good!

    12.30 – Verona vs Torino – Prediction 1.1- Suggested Bets – BTTS @8/11 *******WON*******

The early game in Italy provides a good opportunity for goals with both of these sides keen players in the BTTS market.

Verona are pretty decent at home, losing only 2 of their last 9 and can be a tough team to beat for the better teams in the division. Juventus and Roma have both failed to win in each of their last 2 visits to the beautiful northern city next to Venice. All 4 of those fixtures saw BTTS and Verona have a good history of goals in recent home matches. They have scored in 21 of their last 25 home fixtures going back 18 months with BTTS in 16 out of 25 which is 64% of all home fixtures.

More recently, 4 of their last 5 and 7 of their previous 10 home fixtures have produced BTTS as well as 7 of their last 10 on the road so they have a 70% hit rate going back 6 months and in these 2 sides last meeting in Verona 6 months ago , Torino triumped with a 3.1 win which was the third time in a row that they had won in Verona by that very same scoreline having done so in 2011 and 2014.

Torino are just as prolific in the market with 8 of their last 10 away league fixtures seeing BTTS and the men from Turin usually score on the road with 11 of their previous 12 away league fixtures producing at least 1 goal with 20 goals scored during that period.

Torino have started the new season well with 2 wins from 2 but also 2 out of 2 in terms of BTTS while Verona managed a 1.1 draw with Roma in their first home fixture before losing in Genoa.

The fixture has seen BTTS in 5 of the last 6 meetings and I expect a repeat here @8/11 odds.

  102. Harry 2 years ago

Let down by Hoang Anh not scoring in Vietnam. They’d scored in their last 38 home leagues games at home to a team who has conceded 3 7 3 2 1 2 4 in their last 7 aways. All 17 h2h meetings had 1+ goals in. If it weren’t for rangers this weekend would have been a total disaster!!

  103. HullShaker 2 years ago

    Argentinian night owl – Over 2.5 goals bombed with a 0-1 scoreline…lost.

Good start to the Swiss games – keep them goals coming and looks like top tipping gents.

    Afternoon Guys Super Sunday

The second part of Super Sunday is a midlands derby that I am hoping for goals. Leicester have been involved in 3 games this season going O2.5g and Aston Villa last 3 games have also gone O2.5g. I know derby games tend to be tight cagey affairs an early goal would set this up nicely but look at what happened at Old Trafford last season. Two of the last 3 derbies have gone O2.5g. It is 10/11 various.

In the goal scorer market, I putting up someone I put up in the league cup where he got a hat trick and that is Scott Sinclair who has 5 in his last two. He looks a great bet at 11/2 anytime at Betfair.

    O2.5 MATCH GOALS 10/11

    1300 – Fulham v Blackburn – Prediction 2.1- Suggested Bets – BTTS @4/6 ****WON***********

Goals could be on the cards here when Fulham host Blackburn in a very early kick-off from The Cottage.

Fulham are prominent in the BTTS market with 11 of their previous 13 at home all going BTTS including each of the last 6 and 5 of their last 6 on the road, just for good measure. Going back to January, their hit rate in the market is 72% (18 from 25) and clean-sheets are a rarity with only 3 in those 25 fixtures.

The new season has begun in a similar vein for Fulham with 4 out of 5 fixtures seeing BTTS with 14 goals scored and conceded in those fixtures.

Blackburn therefor would be confident of scoring and they have a decent track record in recent times on the road and can now call upon the fit again Jordan Rhodes in attack. The Scotsman is often so vital for Blackburn, particularly now that Rudy Gestede has departed the club. If provided with service, the big man can score goals and Fulham are certainly not the best at the back.

Blackburn have seen BTTS in 6 of their previous 10 away and 7 from their last 10 overall while they can usually be relied upon for a goal on the road, scoring in 19 of their previous 25 away league fixtures over the course of 12 months.

4/6 looks about right in terms of the value and I do think there’s a good chance we will see BTTS here

  117. Joet1987 2 years ago

NAP – Rosario Central – Argentina Primera

On a bit of a run, winning their last 4 games in a row and sitting 3rd in the league with 45 points and the top scorer in the division.

Their opponents (Newell’s old boys) are sitting at 20th in the table with 26 points and have only won one game since May.

Rosario have also won the last 4 head to heads between the 2 teams. 2x 1-0 wins and 1x 2-0

Neither teams tend to score a lot when they do win and both seem to partake in a lot of 1-0 matches.

    1-0 to Rosario pays 9/2 at bet365
    Under 2.5 pays 19/40
Rosario win and BTTS no is 15/8

    Re-post from Thursday….

Looking over the weekend fixtures for teams I follow for team goals and like the look of Luzern v Grasshoppers. When Grasshopper play it usually means goals galore, they have played 7 league games and there has been 38 goals. 5 of their 7 games have seen both teams score 2 or more. Btts in 1st half has landed 4 times with Btts in 2nd half also landing 4 times . Grasshopper have scored in both halfs 5 times and they have conceded in both halfs 4 times

    Luzern o1.5 tgls 1/1
    Grasshopper o1.5 tgls 11/8

Luzern too score in both halfs 2/1
Grasshopper too score in both halfs 5/2

    Btts in 1st half 3/1
    Btts in 2nd half 7/4

    Yeah, no ironic booms.

I say it because, being a little cocky, I feel a little annoyed when I see people getting so excited over 1 tip when I frequently pick 8 or 9 winners out of 10 on most days. But that’s my own issue :)

Still, I know all too well that the moment you start blowing your own trumpet is the moment you start losing so no more of that.

I would also acknowledge some late goals at Palermo and Hoffenheim made it a very good/lucky day.

Still, Sunderland were my only let down and they hit the woodwork twice. Quite unlucky not to score.

for September Jordan yes, but I have finished every month in profit since I began my own blog in March.

Currently 27 points up for September, finished August over 80 points in profit.

I disagree that 1 tip is just as good as 9 but everyone has their own opinion.

  158. Greg Browning 2 years ago

Ryan, the “I hope you followed” “boom” and the general feeling that you give that want to be recognised and loved won’t be well received on here mate! Seen it happen all too often over three years I’ve been posting!

Let your tips do the talking, if people like what they see they’ll take your tips and if they when Im sure they’ll thank you!

Final August Balance – 182.43 Points

Overall balance for September – 127.81 Points
    Bets – 46 – 12 winners, 34 losers

  161. Ryan Allan 2 years ago

Ha, thank you for your words of advice Greg.

Yes, I do want people to recognise me for putting up good tips. Thats’s natural no?

And yes, that’s because I have my own page that I want people to read and enjoy. It’s free, I don’t advertise here and mrfixit has provided plenty of people with my details to look at my page. He’s nice like that.

The boom references are an old issue with Harpreet I had many months ago and the “i hope you followed” is because I have my own page where I am constantly tweeting and writing previews, encouraging people to follow me!

Plenty of people have thanked me for the tips Greg, and yes, I like that. My site is free, and is a pure labour of love. I know how good I am with the bets, I don’t need to brag about it which to be fair, I didn’t feel like I did in my last post.

  177. Ryan Allan 2 years ago

Jordan, Quite an unfair comment on the error I made with my 6/5 and not 11/10. Literally a 0.1 point of a difference and not one I did deliberately. It’s quite difficult doing 10000 words on 29 fixtures for 4 weekend previews for your own page that I do quite literally on my own while also studying all the stats, form, team-news etc. I spend hours on my previews so if I made a tiny mistake with the price of a bet during an in play bet when I have other matches going on, it’s hardly a big deal is it?

Regarding the cover, i very rarely do cover bets but that was a no brainer and I only covered to take 10 points and not more as I could have done when the option was there. I’m pretty sure it was 6/5 and not 11/10 but I will check.

It doesn’t take years of skill but it certainly helps to have the experience in the bank.

And yes, you are right, I could lose 9. Anything is possible.

  178. sanjay 2 years ago

Come on guys. Need btts in the odd bodo glint match for last leg of my treble. Get your shooting boots on lads!

  179. Ryan Allan 2 years ago

Also Jordan, you will see on the site i backed barca or atletico at 11/10 which is a SMALLER price than 6/5 so why would i cheat myself out of a point?

I backed it at 11/10, as declared on my page in my results post. Did I say 6/5 here? well either way, I think it would be nicer and more normal to compliment me on claiming 11 points from a 0.1 stake 9 fold 350/1 shot bet that missed out by 1 goal!

Sure, hang me for making a mistake with a fraction.

I had a massive bout of deja vu and noticed atleast a watered down version in Ryan’s tips.

Rangers to score 3+ Mr F (Rangers -2)
Dortmund to score 2+ (WLB Dortmund -1)
Norwich v Bournemouth BTTS (WLB BTTS)
Hertha vs Stuttgart BTTS (WLB BTTS)
    Charlton (Mr F, WLB)
Atletico vs Barca draw (WLB Atletico +0.25, payout if Barca lose)

Bo’s own variations of the above

Norwich vs Bournemouth = BTTS and over 2.5 goals @6/5
Hertha Berlin vs VfB Stuttgart – BTTS and over 2.5 goals @6/5
Hannover 96 vs Borussia Dortmund – BTTS and over 2.5 goals @21/20

Thats an awful lot of variations on the same game considering there was a mammoth card to choose from on Saturday. How about Sundays picks?

Hoffenheim vs Bremen BTTS (WLB BTTS and over 2.5)
Palermo to score 2+ (Mr F Palermo match to see over 2.5)
Sunderland vs Spurs BTTS (Mr F Writeup says BTTS)
Hoffenheim vs Bremen BTTS and over 2.5 (WLB BTTS and over 2.5)
Verona vs Torino BTTS (WLB imply this in their write up)
Empoli vs Napoli BTTS (WLB state this in their write up)
    Bilbao (Mr F)

“pure labour of love”, although I suspect the tips have been handed to you first, Ryan, followed by a monstrous write up to disguise it (Hertha tip prime example).

Then the audacity to be recognised in this mornings write up with 350/1 where about 3 tips were yours. Very clever.

So enlighten us, has this massive coincidence, you might suggest, been going on for 6 months then?

“I know how good I am with the bets” You really sure they’re yours? I really cant see you putting all that effort in resarching (as you state) a ridiculous amount of games, when clearly theres too many duplicate games from here or WLB. Todays games alone, only 3 out of several are not from here or WLB…

  209. Ryan Allan 2 years ago

    Satoshi Honder

I refute entirely your whole spiel!

yes, i put about 15 hours in on wednesday, thursday and friday night on all of the weekend fixtures that I liked. I picked every one of them individually and based on stats.

I am a writer, but not an employed one. I am also on leave from my real work, so I am currently spending my hours trying to improve my site.

If there are any similarities between my bets and mr fixits, then i would assume thats because good tipsters find the best bets.

Honestly, I do hate to be accused of being a liar but I do a daily blog which is updated live to twitter. I spend hours researching in the small hours and writing. Yes my girlfriend hates me. No really.

I actually don’t know who “wlb” is but I can confirm I use soccerway and for the bulk of my euro previews. I do follow the euro leagues but not as closely as the English football.

I am absolutely passionate about football, probably more than 99% of the people you will meet who also claim to love the game. I hate it too but I have been obsessed since I was 4 years old and I attended my first match in 1988. I played under 15s for Dundee Utd but never made it anywhere near the game.

As you can see, by the lengths of my posts, writing is not difficult for me. I’m not claiming to be a great or even good writer, but I can wack out a 500 word preview on any game in under 30 minutes. That’s just what I do in my spare time and I enjoy it. It also turns out, my bets do fine.

So, I thank you (not really) for the allegations of plagiarism but it is not at all true. The reality is only that I am a man with too much time on his hands and a passion for football and betting.

If you want, you can ask mr fixit for my site details. Sorry for the plug mr f, but it irritates the hell out of me that someone would accuse me of that when I put a lot of hard work into my previews and my bets.

    No mas.

    Have a good evening

    Any bets for tonight?

Under 2.5 goals @Inter looks very likely @17/20 while I think Inter might just sneak a 1.0 win.

    MLS – Toronto v New England –

The Rev as our american cousins call them are rotten on the road and I fancy the home side to win @23/20. BTTS is also likely @8/15

Quick check of the stats show that Toronto have won 4 of their last 5 at home while the revolution have lost 6 of their last 8 away from although not their last 2.

I’m actually waiting on BTTS treble here with Leicester and Schalke games doing the business earlier.

Alex thats a bummer mate, they dont call it sqeaky bum time for nothing, Ever since that cashout came into betting i’ve been wary of it, when i cash out the team im waiting for will come up, if i leave the coupon running its a fail most of the time, ya win some ya lose some

  225. Alex 2 years ago

I know, it’s such a sickener though, because I had a quick scan and all 4 accas were making me 4 times what I staked, I wasn’t sure whether to cash out so I typed that message on here and as I hit sent Las Palmas scored the equaliser…

so so annoying, the cash out function sometimes means you have to make split second decisions and I didn’t want to rush it without you guys’ input. Arghhh so annoying.

  229. Ryan Allan 2 years ago

    Hello “the betting man”

I’m going for unders in the Milan derby.

Both sides struggled badly last season and the two derbies were described as the poorest in many a year with neither side in contention for the title or even the top 4.

Criticism of both has been sustained and rampant following both sides dismal campaign last year and both sides have invested heavily in the transfer market with Milan adding the likes of Luiz Adriano and Carlos Bacca to their attack while their rivals Inter have made some wise purchases in the shape of Miranda, Kondogbia and Stevan Jovetic.

Recent history tells us that goals shouldn’t be expected with each of the last 6 meetings between these 2 sides in Serie A going under 2.5 goals, including both of last seasons fixtures (1.1 and 0.0) and in 11 of the last 12 overall going back 4 years.

I fancy Inter might just edge it, and you can back the hosts @6/5 to win but the unders bet looks the safer option in what should be a passionate and closely fought fixture where chances should be at a premium.

  230. Danny T 2 years ago

I am not betting on the Milan derby but I can see loads of goals in this one both have very good goal scorers I was thinking more of a 3-2 to either side kind of game myself

  231. Thebettingman 2 years ago

Thanks Ryan for the advice I fancy it to go over 2.5 with the likes of bacca and jovetic who has scored 3 in 2 for inter in 2 seria a games but I can see people think under ps nice work today in your betting great to see people getting one or “8” over on the bookies 😉

  238. Ryan Allan 2 years ago

No worries thebettingman. You could be right. Both teams have improved and there are more goals in both sides Attack but Balotelli is playing so there’s hope yet for unders!

I agree, there is no need for this bickering. I apologise if I come across too eager but yes, I do get a big thrill out of doing my work and I’m just happy to share it with others.

The truth is, I work and live in Barcelona and I’ve got very few mates here who are into betting or even the football so it’s quite hard for me to release my betting energy as it were.

Anyways, the fun never stops, in less than 48 hours there are 10 Championship fixture and 8 from the Champions League so I have a lot of work ahead of me.

    Have a good evening gentlemen.

The game has been highlighted to death by King J and Queens 😛 Sorry couldn’t help myself lads. Toronto have had a horrendous time with New England not winning in 6 games. The game has goals written all over it (cue another 0-0 like Galaxy what?!) Its been a good weekend due to Rangers obliging so I’m going to have some pocket change on New England win BTTS at 9/2 Skybet. Money appears to be on New England to win 23/10.

  244. Ryan Allan 2 years ago

One final point to Satoshi, is is most certainly NOT the case.

I research all the games but they are all MY TIPS! i do not use tipping sites, only statistic sites and then I analyse all the numbers and other criteria before making my selections and then I write about them for my own page. I do this every day for at least 2 – 3 hours, sometimes between 5 and 7. Yes, I know, it’s a lot of work but trust me, I don’t just take other peoples bets and pass them off as my own.

Every single one of the 11 out of 12 winners I posted today came from me, from my hard work, from my own brain and it really angers me to be accused of stealing other peoples tips!
when I sat up til 7am watching that fool Floyd Mayweather while I study BTTS history from a match in Empoli!

Please enjoy the fruits of my labour rather than making accusations that I am some kind of phoney!

I will be on here every day, and I will stand or fall by my tips which by the way, I form into doubles and trebles which are my decisions. Pairing up the winners and making doubles and treble winners is the hardest part of it for me.

The stats are easy to research and I then compare the price with the implied probability and decide if it’s a bet I like.

Sorry to go on folks but when you are spending hours working on something you are quite proud of and some chump comes along and says ” but to claim as your own with a song and dance really irritates me, if I feel thats the case” is really quite irritating for me!!!

    Evening lads,

Some great stuff today – loved the Swiss games and top tipping Greg, Mr H, Satoshi, all for flagging them up.

Posted two Icelandic fancies this afternoon:

    KH V AIK…OVER 3.5 goals…13/10 won
    KH -2 H/CAP…lost…1 short.

Goals galore in the Icelandic prem – had a decent looking 4+ goals acca and all in bar the AI Akranes game which bizzarely finished 0-0…certainly pissed on my bonfire.

Ryan,Jordan and many more top notch tipsters on this site we all welcome input you put into site. To beat the bookies.

  251. Frastar 2 years ago

Ryan. I believe you. I will be looking out for your next tips and will be on them.
Theres no such thing as a sure thing but I appreciate all the time and effort you put in.

I was on LA Galaxy last night btts and over 2.5 goals. Thought it was a sure thing ha ha. Nil all draw ffs. So all the research counts for nothing when this happens.

Even if some of your tips lose I won’t mind. Thats why its called gambling. If it was easy we would all be rich.

Well I am glad I did 50p bets there lol awful finishing all round

    going to do a 20 – 200

Cruzeiro 1st goal before 80 mins

  254. Ryan Allan 2 years ago

Thank you Frastar, I appreciate that.

Of course there will be bad days but I genuinely know with the right studying, and practice, winning should be more frequent than losing but it’s football and red cards, referees, penalties or any other unrelatable factor can mess even the best bets.

LA Galaxy was a prime example for a game where all the stats mean nothing in the end.

Thanks for following, we will break the bookies!

Some petty posts today from lads who should know better, also think its done out of jealousy/spite towards tippsters who beat the bookie….cant put my finger on why it is tho.Dont care how many booms are put up,as booms mean winners and at the end of the day thats all that matters…take the personal stuff elsewhere….sites’ begining to get silly im afraid

  277. WasClueless 2 years ago

Got to love the MLS – Toronto hit the bar … then score an own goal!

  278. Alex walker 2 years ago

We all saw how much the handicap prices came in this wkend on hibs and rangers. Get in early for next wks games. Celtic hibs and rangers all minus 2.
50 pound treble pays nearly 1200 pound. But thats todays prices with ladbrokes. They wont last. Good luck.

Alex, I’d be wary about Celtic especially as they have Ajax on Thursday.
Rangers will beat Dumbarton but it’s a tight pitch down there and it won’t be easy.

Very rarely I go for under corners or goals because I hate it but having a wee double on the Avai v Goias game KO 22.30.

Avai last 5 games have seen 7, 5, 7, 13 & 7. The game with 13 corners was their only win out the 5 games where they won 3-0 and the away team had 8 corners.

    Goias last 5 have seen 11, 8, 10, 9 & 7. The game with 11 corners was at home.

Avai have lost the last 4/5 games, conceding 15 gls. Goias have scored in their last 3 games.

Last recent H2H was in June and finished 0-1 to Avai with 8 corners.

    Under 10.5 asian corners
    Avai no clean sheet

    Some I’m on for later-

Puebla v Santos Laguna. Mexico 11pm. Over 2.5 mg 7/10.

    Vancouver 2 v Orange County. USL 11pm. Over 2.5 mg 7/10.

Orlando v Kansas. MLS 00.00am. Orlando over 1.5 team goals 5/4.

Adding Seattle Women match at 2.30am, over 2.5 mg to make a 4-FOLD with the main bets above 9.89/1.

  285. Ryan Allan 2 years ago

If Toronto don’t score in this game…

Giovinco is playing like Giovinvco in FIFA13! haha

So much skill and ability. Great player to watch.

  286. Shaun tanner 2 years ago

I’m also on the over 2.5 mg in the Rubio Nu v Guarani match 4/5, starting at 00.10am, posted last night originally.

  287. Jordan 2 years ago

Not watching it myself but going by Stats Toronto should be winning. Giovinco is too young to be in the MLS. Defenses struggle with 30+ veterans and you have this guy tearing them up every week.

  288. Jordan 2 years ago

BTTS NO @ 9/4 @ WillHill for cover. I’ll be leaving that one.

  289. Jordan 2 years ago
