The NB landed at 2-1, with a rule four, so it was a small lose for the day and October is now 3.51pts down.
On the antepost front it's good to see money still coming for Clemmie in next year's 1000 Guineas, best price 3-1 now.

War On The Rocks has been off the track for 722 days but has been let in lightly here by the handicapper for a horse with good novice form. In his last run he was fourth to Charbel, normally fitness would be a concern a horse being off so long but we have a yard here that can get a horse ready after a break. 13-2 is a big price and value but Johnb Racing Members are on this horse at 20-1 but that price didn't last long.
Redcar 4:20
Envisaging looks a strong selection on Friday as he has some strong pieces of form. There are some newcomers and lightly raced horses in here but they would need to put in a big run to beat the favourite who drops in class here even if he is yet to win after ten runs.
Newcastle 6:15
Emerald Rocket loved this surface last time, he travelled well and won with any amount in hand. He is due to go up another 5lb in future races and the extra furlong shouldn't be a problem.
