THERE’S a repeat of the 2014 US Open Final this morning when Marin Cilic and Kei Nishikori lock horns at the Japan Open.
Cilic took the spoils at Flushing Meadows but it’s his only win in their past five meetings and Nishikori leads the over head-to-head 6-3.
The Japanese world No.6 will be keen to put on a show for his home crowd and is 7-18 favourite at Marathonbet while a Cilic win pays 12-5 at bet365.
The other quarter-final action in Japan includes Nick Kyrgios versus Benoit Paire while at the China Open Novak Djokovic faces John Isner and local favourite Yen-Hsun Lu attempts to pull off a shock against David Ferrer.
At the Rugby World defending champs New Zealand round off their Pool C campaign against Tonga where an All Blacks win will clinch top spot.
Elsewhere today the Ruhr Open snooker gets under way with Judd Trump leading the title betting at 6-1 with Stan James and Unibet.
Good luck with your bets and let’s hear your sporting tips and thoughts.
