    Timeform comments:

Mutarajjil (4 out of 5 stars): Foaled April 8. 105,000 gns yearling, Acclamation colt. Half-brother to several winners, including useful winner up to 5f Light The Fire and useful 7f winner Cadley Road. Dam 6f winner
    Form: no history.
Race commentary: flat, 6f 110y. BEDROCK looked very promising when fourth on debut at this venue last month, and though he didn’t build on that in sales company at Newmarket, he’s well worth another chance back in calmer waters. Take The Helm is open to progress after one start, while Mutarajjil is a likely newcomer.

Vintage Vinnie (5 out of 5 stars): Irish point/bumper winner who left hurdles form well behind when easy winner of Worcester maiden on chase bow last month, making all and jumping superbly, Likely to go well.
    Form: 35243-1
Race commentary: chase, 3m 80y. VINTAGE VINNIE made a very good impression when slamming a subsequent winner on chase bow at Worcester last month, jumping superbly from the front, and can make his presence felt in this stronger grade. Ballykan and A Good Skin have also looked chasers to follow and need considering, too.

John, why is it US jockeys have a completely different riding style compared to their Ireland and england counterparts?
If you watch most US jockeys in a finish, it looks like they are barely applying pressure.

Compare this to a professional english or Irish jockey who can be clearly seen physically lifting their mounts over the finish line.

That is not to say the US jockeys riding style is any worse or better in the long run.

It was a 0.75 point profit today so October now a 14.03 point loss
0.75 isn’t great but it knocks a bit more off this months loss
Although the NAP/NB won at 4/9 most people should have got anything from 11/10 to 11/8 as the odds were still good this morning

@ deniro if you’re still kicking about you might be interested in a horse running in the 2.35 race at Doncaster today. 😉

    • De Niro 1 year ago

Still about just not got the time lately and abysmal picks on the nags so no point keep posting loser after loser = everything I tip on the nags turns to lost !
Which while were on the subject I must say busstop congrats on such remarkable consistency recently really smashing it week in week out lately – lots of good prices thrown in too – very shrewd picks indeed!

As to Dniro in the 2-35 Biggee I might put a few £’s on it as its being backed and it got a Great Name – just how my nan used to pick them from the Name 😉

Good day today guys. Hope everyone had a good day aswell. Does anyone share the same opinion as me tomorrow that deauville will beat foundation in the racing post trophy it was very tough today at Doncaster and looking at the re-run from the race the last time foundation travelled better but deauville really was staying on much better at the finish and was gaining ground all the way can get 7/2 the now. Only negative I don’t like Joseph obrien

  89. Dariusz 1 year ago

    Timeform comments:

Zonderland (5 out of 5 stars): Well backed when impressively beating previous winners on debut at Kempton. Pitched in at the deep end when close fourth in Group 3 at Newmarket next time and looks a smart prospect.
    Form: 14
Race commentary: flat, 7f. ZONDERLAND wasn’t beaten far at this level at Newmarket on only his second outing and looks the one to beat with further improvement forthcoming. Crazy Horse is sure to progress into a very useful performer after his debut win in a 16-runner maiden at Newmarket and is feared most ahead of impressive nursery winner Start Time.

Hargam (5 out of 5 stars): Useful on Flat in France and quickly developed into a smart hurdler for current yard, best effort coming when third in Triumph Hurdle. Probably found run at Aintree coming too soon and leading player.
    Form: 21136-
Race commentary: hurdle, 2m 87y. A classy renewal. HARGAM’s third in the Triumph Hurdle here in March sets the standard and he’s taken to defy top weight. Devilment went close in a Grade 1 at Aintree in April and rates a massive danger, while Fou Et Sage showed plenty of ability in France and needs keeping an eye on.

Audacious Plan (5 out of 5 stars): Improved to win handicap chase at Ffos Las in April, and shaped very promisingly on Chepstow return earlier this month, looking in need of the run. Will strip fitter now and remains of interest.
    Form: 23312-6
Race commentary: chase, 3m 1f. AUDACIOUS PLAN shaped very promisingly until the lack of a recent run took its toll at Chepstow 2 weeks ago. He is entitled to strip fitter now and remains open to improvement in this sphere, so makes plenty of appeal from bottom weight in a competitive handicap. Last season’s winner Roalco de Farges reappears in this again and commands respect, along with Fox Appeal.

    I like those teams dc.

I like the following to win and btts
    All around 6/1
    Chesterfield 7/2
    Accrington 13/5
    Bromley 10/3
    6 fold pays around 22k/1

It would be rude not to have two small trixies and a pound on the acca.

Since you boys are on the football talk..I have picked teams that have not played in Europe and should be fresh for this weekend’s games. The matches will literally come as not surprise to anyone. These are just what I fancy although I will pick my main bet from these matches in the morning but lower risk:

    Leicester v Crystal Palace BTTS & over 2.5MG 1/1 Bet365
    FC Salzburg v Ried BTTS & over 2.5MG 20/21 Bet365
Gazélec Ajaccio v Nice -Nice over 1.5 TG 27/20 Coral
    St Mirren v Rangers- Rangers & over 2.5MG 5/6 Bet365/Paddy

You can always go for less risk by simply going for the overs in most of the games as the teams have been good for goals. I for my troubles am on these as singles for level stakes.
