NOV 6: MR FIXIT’S TOP TIPS

fanscelebrategoal

WE love the Champions League oh yes we do. The Europa League – I’m not so fond of that.

Most of my bets were tied up in goals but one game beat my early btts treble and one team (Rosenborg) downed the second. The Super Single was a tale of woe with Leigh Griffiths having two goals disallowed (correctly) for offside in the first 12 minutes and missing a second-half sitter that would have earned Celtic an undeserved point against Molde.

Greg Browning though likes all tournaments … the Champions League, the Europa League and I’m sure he’d even pick a winner from the Women’s Over-60s Crocheting Championship. His nap landed again thanks to over 2.5 goals at Viktoria Plzen and he advised cover on his overs treble at 7-2. Thanks to banned L1 for putting out the treble bet didn’t win – I’ve been working and was taking that from the comments having already placed my bets for the day before Greg’s advice landed.

I can’t believe we’re at Friday already – the week’s flown by probably because I was on holiday (apart from last night).

My concentration has been on my Daily Record column but from reading tips on the site and spending a bit of time looking at the games I’ve come up with a fourfold – if I get time I’ll add reasoning but need to finish my Saturday pages first.

Derby fan Nathan Ufton’s already previewed his side’s trip to fierce rivals Nottingham Forest and sees loads of cards – over 4.5 bookings pays 4-6 at bet365. I know he’s reluctant to put a win for his men but I’ve decided to go with the away win at 6-5 at Betfred. If it wasn’t a derby I’d be really confident but Forest look in a mess and have won just one of their last 12 homes matches.

In the FA Cup all eyes will be on the Class of 92s’ Salford City who are massive underdogs at home to Notts County. Real Sociedad travel to Las Palmas and in the Bundesliga Hannover entertain Hamburg. There are French and Dutch games in top flight and lower leagues among others and Austrian second-tier matches that have been goal-laden recently.

The new site should be launched on Sunday – and apologies for the technical hitch that’s delayed us by a week. We’ll put up a post giving full details on how to join but meanwhile you can try to win a year’s subscription by commenting on that post – and please remember virtually all tips will remain free.

Posted earlier – my first actual tip on here, so nice for it to come in***

    Mexico U17 v Nigeria U17 – Over 3.5 mgs @ 7/4 – 2 points.
Mexico have scored 10 in their last 5 games, Nigeria 17.
Mexico have scored 13 in their last 5 home games, Nigeria 13 in their last 5 away.
Surely a bit of value there.

***In inside 60 minutes – 2 points staked returns 5.5 points***

    A heads up for saturday!
You can currently get Sheffield Wednesday at 6/5

Playing a Charlton who haven’t won in 12 games, loosing 10 of them!

Surely this a big price for a team playing as well as Wednesday!
Get on it before it goes down!

Not started my write up yet. Did 2hrs stats and head to head trawling last night and I’m about halfway through todays set of things to check out on my list – such as Forsyth’s absence and if it has an impact on corners.
There is a bit of a pre-pre summary in the November 5th thread I wrote giving a few clues as to where my research is heading but for now as I’ve already told Mr F, its cards and corners where there’s more clarity. The bookies as usual have laid down their marker @ over/under 4.5 cards in this game as they do when we play leeds – the overs cards is the safest thing I’ve found so far.
In the match before last match I suggested we’d get 8/9 maybe 10 corners we got 8. The qpr game I thought we’d get about the same but counting on qpr to be more of a threat, they were – again we got 8, qpr got 4, so an overs 9 total or 10 total delivered, I think I tipped that too.
      Its a similar story here.
Early indications tell me this is highly likely to deliver on the overs 4.5 cards and +9/+10/+11 total corners should come in, it depends how brave you want to be. Forset will push up the corners count, it won’t just be down to derby BUT I wouldn’t advise the race to corners markets unless you have eyes on the game and can see who’s pushing more. If you’re not, then avoid the race to corners bet as it could go either way.
Finding a goalscorer is pointless because that can literally come from anywhere too, and predicting the score is just as tough. This is going to be a slugging match all over the pitch, we know Chris Martin hasn’t got a goal in 2 games and this past 2 seasons – the most fouled player in the league – that will provide cards. We have 3 strong lads in midfield and they don’t back out of 50/50 balls, neither will forest.

The only way to stop Derby playing is to get stuck in and get physical, Blackburn, Middlesborough and Leeds did it. But this is a pitch battle against our rivals and I would not want to square up to any of Derby’s midfielders especially Johnson and Thorne.

Ince is back in the reckoning, Warnock is passed fit and most of the rest of the team will be unchanged.

I don’t think we’ll see a cricket score and I don’t think either team will put 3 goals past the opposition, it will be settled by 1 or 2 goals, probably 1 and stats and form don’t lie.

a £10 split @ £5 each for derby to win by 1 @ 11/4 and £5 on derby to win by 2 @5/1 should deliver a profit. I’m inclined to believe Derby will have enough to get the win, but Forest have had a history of being in an aweful run of results and getting a win when we’ve been in a rich vein of form too. theres been plenty of draws this past 4 or 5 seasons, plenty of 1 nils BUT most importantly, of the last 6 games against them, there have been 2x double yellows for Derby players, 1 straight red for Forest, these have all occurred at their ground and ALL in the last 3 times we’ve played them.
Hope this enough to give you something to look at if you’re looking for an early bet, and after I’ve done all my homework. I shall reply again to this thread with team news and final thoughts at around 7pm.

    • nathan ufton 1 year ago

This is a repost from yesterday to keep it all in one neat pile, apologies if it looks like I’m on a fixed fee per word.

Re: Forest/Derby tomorrow. This is the biggest game of their season and our 2nd biggest and I’ve spent a good hour looking at various head to head stats and past bits of info and looking for something that I can tip and I’ve found some peaches. My usual preview may be a bit longer than normal, I apologise in advance but i’ll be concentrating on 3 markets. Its highly likely you’ll need a Bet365 acct because the markets exist on what I’m looking at.
Anyone who’s tipping/betting on their own team that’s playing their most hated rivals will understand that its sometimes difficult to put your heart to one side and engage your brain only. This is exactly the same dilemma that rangers/celtic have had but its twice per year we usually play them, rather than the potential for upto 6 times per year with the celtic/rangers ( cup games ), man u/Liverpool, there can’t be that many others in the country that seem as personal as this one especially given the Clough link and 11 miles between us. Although I hate doing it, I have been known to bet against my side when I need to.
Posting my preview isn’t done to gain brownie points, I actually feel like its my duty, my contribution to this site and I know I’m under no pressure to do it but sharing my knowledge on my own team and the match preview and the follow on post match is all geared towards one goal. To put cash in our pockets and take it back from the bookies.
Dougie Freedman is under so much pressure to deliver a result which if they win, he will keep his job and they’ll probably build a statue outside their ground. Lose the game and he’ll join QPR’s manager who felt the ” Derby County ” affect a few days ago.
My preview will appear at 7pm or just shortly after and I shall write the preview prior to the team news being announced and then cut n paste to save time.
Aside from the 5 nil we gave them, this game is usually a hard fought all out battle, usually a draw or a win by a single goal and always delivers cards if you ignore 1 of the last 6 matches ( at our ground that had one card ), theres been 28 cards in 5 matches !! this includes 2x double yellows ( both derby players ) and a straight red for a forest player. I count a yellow and a red as 2 yellows or 2 cards, a red, I count as 2. ALL 3 sending off’s have ALL occurred at their ground and the average cards in this Forest/Derby fixture ( at their ground ) is 6-7-7 or 6.66 cards per match. I’ll recap on this tomorrow but I have work to do looking into corners and goals so IF you can wait for my preview before betting, then please do. I’ll try to guide you with some gold.

      • nathan ufton 1 year ago

I’ve found another gem of a stat that’s occurred in 12/14 forests games. And some other bits and bobs.

Not counting a solitary 0-0, Forest have conceded first in 12/14 league games. or in simple terms 85.7% of their games.
This suggests that Derby will bag the opener.

I am more confident of this than Derby winning even though we have the stats and form to back it up and forest don’t. It is afterall a local Derby of the bitterest level.
Forest do have a very good shots per game average, its top 5 in the league, but considering their star goalscorer Mills in on 2 !! ( a defender ), they have had 7 other 1 goal players. Meanwhile back at Derby Martin alone has scored 1 less than their combined total of 9. So Forest couldn’t score in a brothel.

Paul Clement has told his team to keep a level head, I’m guessing he’s seen the same red card stat that I have. Its always good when other people flag up stuff that I’ve discovered myself and the guys at WLB also mentioned the red card element.

I’ve managed to find a bit of a knack in reading games prior to the first ball being kicked, and this is my take on it.

Every pass/block/tackle/throw-in/corner/ball retrieval and goal celebration has the potential to spill over into a handbags at 50 paces.
If Derby get the opener which they ought to, the insurmountable pressure that’s already on Dougie Freedman will be dropped straight onto their players and they will tackle harder because the fans will get on their backs. This will be a breeding ground for the ref and his trusty cards. Forest cannot sit back because we’ll tear them a new one. They will attack and fire off a few shots which will result in deflections/blocks for corners but judging by how often they find the net, they could even struggle to register. The stats suggest they’ll get no more than 1 goal if they’re lucky.
They cannot counter attack us because we’ll have Johnson and Thorne defending our back 4.
This leaves them with the one option: to compete physically and try to break up our flowing football. Physicality = cards.
The cards stats I’ve provided, the corner stats ( further down this thread ) have also been provided, and I’ve provided a gem of a stat in the first team to score.

So my recommended bets will be ( all at bet365 prices )

        Derby to score first 4/6
total corners over 9 ( nice and safe ) 4/11
        total cards over 4.5 4/6

£10 treble on that returns £37.80 including stake.

Just a little off script this but Bryson who’s started to make the odd cameo appearance after a 10 game layoff turns 29 today. I can’t see him making a start because those playing week in week out without him have given us 8 wins and 2 draws from 10. Don’t fix what isn’t broken. I’d love to see him make a cameo appearance and get himself a goal for his birthday. Also Ince is fit and raring to go, but Weimann who’s covered for him this past 2 matches has notched up 2 goals.. I personally would rather see Ince on the pitch than Weimann, he has that much more about his flair/vision and creativity.

Lastly: 4 years ago, I walked into one of Derby’s hardcore hooligan pubs with my girl and bumped into my cousin Ash who I’d not seen in years, we went 1 nil down in the first minute and our keeper was sent off. A Jamie Ward peach and Jeff Hendrick’s first goal for the club was worthy of watching on repeat.
Very sadly, my cousin took his life 6 weeks later. I hope wherever he is, he has a big comfy chair, a great big 55 inch tele, a fridge full of ale and most importantly 3 points for Derby.

        • nathan ufton 1 year ago

          Derby team:
Don’t let the 7:30pm KO catch you out, 15 mins earlier than most weeday evening games.
          2 changes
          Carson
          Christie/Keogh/Shackell/Warnock
          Thorne/Johnson/Hendrick
          Weimann/Martin/Russell

Nothing really surprises me about this line-up, the Forsyth change was expected and Ince is in reserve with Weimann earning his shirt with 2 goals from 2 matches.
A win and we go top and Forest lose their manager, a draw and their manager buys himself a little time, a loss and Notts Forest will rename a stand after him and probably offer him a 5 year contract extension. It also gives bragging rights to the victor until the rematch.
Paul Clements again re-iterated calm heads and keeping cool stating he wants to see 11 men walk off the pitch come 90 minutes.
Someone mentioned earlier that the ref often keeps cards in his pocket early on in this fixture, that is not the case, also the ref so far this season has to my knowledge never been the man in the middle for such a huge ill-tempered game. Early drama DOES happen in these games but it generally heats up as the game progresses. I think its possible the ref COULD be out of his depth in this one.
Forsyth is out which the boss might of sidelined for this match anyway due to a more defence minded approach to shut out their shots on goal.
I like the look of this side, Forest have lots of big match players out and they have little in the form of back up players. Our central defence pairing is improving as the season goes on, Christie should see more of the ball so expect attacks down that right flank, Johnson and Thorne along with Hendrick have been terrific, as has Russell and Martin.
The goal difference is huge between the 2 sides and are at the moment 16 points gap between them. Forest DO raise their game against better sides but in truth, if Derby get the opener, Forest tackles will get messier which will play into our overs cards plan. A double booking ( one from each side ) will ramp up those cards too.
If the game is still tight ( draw or 1 nil to someone, you could see a flurry of late corners too.
I have 4 bottles of Newcastle Brown Ale, i’ve had my curry and I have 3 cans of mixed berry cider on the subs bench. My nails i’ve already bitten down to my elbows and i’m thoroughly looking forward to enjoying free online sky ( http://www.cricfree.tv ) if anyones asking, just wait 30 secs, close down the ads, then expand the screen.
I’ve noticed the radio is about 20 secs ahead of the sky broadcast so that shall be on too.

The very best of luck tonight folks and hopefully a few of our pockets will be a little heavier.

          again, my recommended bets:
          Derby score 1st 4/6
          over 9.5 corners 4/11
          over 4.5 cards 4/6

Going for 5th win in a row. After scouting through the leagues I have gone for Qatar Q League 13:15 Al Markhiya v Al Shamal. 4th plays 6th in an interesting, competitive league. I can’t fathom how they work fixtures out, (Al Markhiyas 5th straight home game) however, the home side have won their last 3 whilst their opponents lost their last match. Not confident about goals or a straight win, but think have found bit of value in the odds.

I support the Hammers & will do my usual £10 to win 3-1 & also to score over 1.5 goals. But a market I never normally do is the over cards market. Over 4.5 is 6/5, but one card to be issued in the first ten mins is 6/1 with Bet365? Bearing in mind the Hammers have been involved with more Red Card Games this season than probably the whole division combined, both of these appeal.

  25. Hampy 1 year ago

sydney v roar sees first vs second with one point difference. Roar are looking very lively this season and have seen a fair few goals whilst sydney have only scored mors than one goal in one game though they have scored in all 4 games.
Last head to head finished 5-4 with a sydney win last season. If sydney want to win this one i feel theyl need to score twice at least as roar look like a side capable of scoring in every game.

I wouldnt want to pick a winner gere though or go on team goals as could go either of 3 ways. These 2 can also rack up corners so worth keeping an eye on inplay

    Dutch Jupiler League

I will keep it simple tonight.

    Over 1.5 team goals
    Sparta
    FC Eindhoven
    Double @ 2.00 with 888

Sparta (2nd) was already mentioned on here a couple of times. Stats speak for itself, Sparta scored 2+ in all their home games and Almere (17th) conceded 2+ in all of their away games.

FC Eindhoven (3rd) are a decent team and won 2-1 at Volendam last week. They scored 20 in 12 games and only failed to score at home once. They should be able to score 2 against Fortuna Sittard (16th) who were beaten 3-0 / 4-0 / 3-0 in their last 3 away games against bottom half teams.

James Pool ATGS (Salford City) 5/2
Scored a wonder goal in the last qualifying round and a hatrick against Whitby. Lets hope Gary Neville didn’t have the Xmas party last Thursday – Class of 92 a good watch!

Aussie A league action sees Sydney v Brisbane. Should be goals in this one. The only proviso I would say is we have had a day of thunderstorms in Sydney and if it is lashing down at kick off I would be wary on overs. May be an idea to keep an eye on the cards markets if it is raining.

Brisbane are playing much better this year under the new coach but looking at their opponents who they have beaten so far are Adelaide, Central Coast and WSW. This is their hardest test so far and I don’t think they are good enough. They have enough attacking options and could very well score. looking at the weather radar looks like rain will stay away for first half at least.

    my tips tonight is

    btts and o2.5 @ $1.90 (3 points)
    sydney to win @ $2.25 (1 point)
    o3.5mg @ $2.50 (1 point)

That was an entertaining first half in A league. Must of been taking tips off how my lot are playing at the moment. Hopefully a game of two halves story where they both get a wet fish slapped across their faces at ht.

I think Derby look a good bet. Forest have been useless lately and have not won for 9 games Derby have been winning for fun. Surely but for the fact this is a local derby, Derby would be much shorter than the 23/20 available

Gaz H, only thing putting me off Derby is the derby aspect.
Also it seems Freedman could be a freed man if Forest lose – so could depend on how much the players want him to stay.

Bet 9: Inter Zapresic and Both Teams to Score @ 3/1 (0.25 units)
    Bet 10: Inter Zapresic v Lokomotiva, Over 2.5 goals @ 31/40 @ 5/6 (0.5 units)
    ———————————

Backed the wrong team last night but at least the goals bet covered that error to break even with a little bit chipped off the losses. Really poor card today in my view and probably best left alone but if I was taking something it would be at reduced stakes again with low confidence.

The match I have taken is much like yesterday in that I expect BTTS and overs but not sure on the outcome. Only Hajduk have won at Zapresic in the league this season but most of their home matches are draws. Lokomtiva sit 8th and their only points on the road were a draw at 7th place and wins at the 2 teams below them. I think Zapresic have a chance.

Morning Gents, Don’t usually put my thoughts up on here but as I have time on my hands this morning thought I would have a little study and try post a winner for tonight. No better start to the weekend than to win on a Friday night and boost the Saturday fund.

    Here goes……

Go Ahead Eagles v FC Dordrecht over 2.5 goals (3/5 Bet 365)
Sparta Rotterdam over 1.5 team goals (2/5 Bet 365)
Telstar v FC Volendam Btts (4/9 Bet 365)
Clermont Foot v Creteli Btts (8/11 Bet 365)

Lee. Has the singapore league changed a bit since last season?
Im sure it used to be very one sided but now the teams seem evenly matched.

    • leewoody 1 year ago

dom77, yes mate 3-4 seasons back it was very one sided, but like you say today they are evenly matched. i very rarely back a win as each team can beat each other on there day. like geylang for instance bottom beat top dpmm last week.

Mr O I like the Dutch double you’ve selected.
The two home wins is slightly better value than the O1.5tg and the added security of cash out will be offered on the home wins.

A couple of games I like for overs today…

    NAP:
    Algerian 1st Division, 15.00
    Oran v Tadjenant
    Over 2.5
    13/10
    Bet Victor, Bet 365
    – Not a league renowned for goals but Oran’s last five at home have finished over 2.5 goals, with over 3.5 coming in the last four. They love conceding and scoring.
Tadjenant have seen a 2-2 and a 3-2 win in their last two games so over 2.5 at 13/10 is a fantastic price. I’ll also have a little dabble on over 3.5 goals at 17/5 (Bet Victor)

    NB:
    French Ligue 2, 19.00
    Over 2.5
    Evens
    Paddy Power, William Hill
    – Home side have seen over 2.5 in four of their last five at home.
    – Away side have seen over 2.5 in all five of their last five away from home.

    Dear Mr F,
Being a die hard forest fan for too many years of hurt, I have to say that we are going nowhere under dougie freedman. Our form under him has been awful and I’ve won a lot this year betting on double chance for the away team when we are at home. I can’t see us winning tonight, Derby are just coming off the back of a qpr win and won 8 in 10 of their last games drawing the other two. Forest can’t win at all look woeful at the city ground. We haven’t won in 8 games losing 5 and drawing 3. If anything I’d be tempted to bet on forest lose and dougie getting sacked within 24 hours. Theres a lot of hype about Nigel clough taking over at forest and emulating his dad. I for one hope this happens as freedman is far from inspiring. Just be warned though it is a rival Derby game and all that can go out the window.

    • nathan ufton 1 year ago

Nigel Clough is a top manager, but he needs time and I fear that outside forces such as fans/chairman/transfer restrictions would screw up any chance of turning your season around. He might be able to stop the rot as he did at Derby but his real work was done off the pitch after the first season was done and we were safe. He got rid of all those who didn’t want to play for the team and replaced them with a couple of gems from lower leagues, guys who’s diehard dream was to pull on a shirt for that club. By the time McClaren took over from him, he had 95% of the team in place and we were making good progress, but it took over 2 years to get to that stage.

    Ugandan Prem

    Vipers v Police

Vipers are the reigning champions and sit top of the table after 8 games winning 6 and drawing 2. They have played 5 homes winning 4 only dropping points to KCCA who are second.
The Police are 6th and have also made a good start to their season. They have only lost once and away from home they have won 2 and drawn 2.But this is a step up and I think Vipers can follow on from last season’s double over Police 1.0 2.1 and win this game.

    Vipers @4/5

    KCCA V Bright Stars

KCCA sit in 2nd and are unbeaten with 5 wins and 3 draws. A concern would be that they have drawn 2 of their 3 homes. However they have to win games like this if they want to challenge for the title that they won in 2o12 and 2013.
Bright Stars in mid table 8th and have won 8 of their 12 pts at home. They have lost 2 of their last 3 aways and have lost 3 of the 4 H2Hs with KCCA the other being a draw.

    KCCA @8/11

    Double @2/1

Thanks for the good news Mr F. Lansbury is our best player when he wants it, I don’t think he should be captain though, he is only captain because he has a release clause and wanted to leave, so dougie made him captain to make him stay. I think I will wait until I see the team later and possibly the first 10mins of the game before or if I bet on derby.

  88. Gaz H 1 year ago

MrF-there’s always a worry in a derby game that they’ll start kicking lumps out of each other and forget about the football!! I still think Detby will win but I’m going to play it safe somewhat- Skybet are doing the Inplay offer do I’m going to use 2 accounts to put £50 on Derby and my free £20 on the draw, as long as Forest don’t win it will guarantee a profit.

Nazalus – Agree with you mate. One market I like the look at is PADDY POWERS special markets. Have a look at corners here. DERBY to get over 4 corners in the whole game is 8/15 ??? Surely something to look at?

Does anybody know how many corners these teams both average per game ???

    • nathan ufton 1 year ago

I do, I’ve been doing my research on it.

111 Derby corners home and away over 15 games @ average 7.4 corners per game

Derby home corners average 10.6 per game and conceded 3.5.
Derby away corners average 5.1 per game and conceded 6.

Stats for derby/forest corners only go back 2 seasons.

      Derby home 8 forest 7
      Forest home 5 Derby 6
      Derby home 4 Forest 5
      Forest home 7 Derby 5

Derby average 5.5 away to forest
Forest average 6 at home to Derby

This backs up my 9/10 total corners in the game.

Forsyths absence also does not seem to impact the corners count for Derby too.

Derby to win has to be the main bet, with a little on the BTTS+win.

My outside punt for this game is a scorecast – Chris Martin FGS and Derby win 2-1/3-1.

    Lets be ‘avin yaaa!!!

My MAIN TIP I will be on tonight:

    *** N.Forrest v Derby – Kick of: 8pm ***

    OVER 3 2nd Half Derby Corners – 21/10 @ William Hill

I feel there will be loads of corners in this game and more in the second half with Derby doing what they do best. I will as stated above also be on OVER 4 Derby Corners in whole game as another bet but I love the odds of second half corners here.

Good luck if you follow :-)

I appear to have won 5 days on the trot & will cash out & start again Monday. £10 stake Monday has become £107.02. Not massive amounts, but I shall do my weekend dabble on my Hammers & not walk to a service till for a change. No one has commented on my tips, so I will now head off into the Sunset.

Harpreet it has every chance mate and I wish you luck the only danger I see is if Derby take a decent lead before half time and start playing within themselves it’s unlikely as in Derbys you want to win by a wider margin as possible but only worry I would have with that like. Best if luck I am siding towards cards but I am going to wait til Inplay as I think refs tend to let a bit more go in Derbys in the first 20-25 mins so I am hoping no cards early then get in over 3.5 or 2.5 cards if lucky

    Friday Supersingle
    Taking a punt on BTTS Cliftonville v Warrenpoint tonight @ Evens Skybet { may get better elsewhere}

    Reasons:
Well first glance explains the price given Warrenpoints recent terrible form having lost to Nil last 5 and Cliftonville keeping a clean sheet in 5/7 homes BUT.. take a look at last 4 meetings and 6/7 meetings which shows Btts, last 2 of which ended in 2-2 draws last one dated
    30th August 2015.
Warrenpoint manager Barry Gray also pointed out on radio today that his team are looking forward to this tie tonight as playing Cliftonville has always brought out the best in his team as their style of play always ensures box to box football with plenty of chances. Now im not suggesting Warrenpoint will perform a shock result as i still expect Cliftonville to win at a very poor price of 1/7 but i can see them scoring so im happy to take the evens for this,Cliftonville to win/Btts is 6/4 paddypower {again you may get better elsewhere} which also has every chance for those looking a little better pricewise. GOOD LUCK.

What do you think for the second half?

    • i-Try 1 year ago

I had ovr 2.5, 4.5, 6.5, 7.5. That last minute goal made it an amazing profit.

The 2nd half is a death trap for me, i’ve seen games like this have zero goals in 2nd half but then other games go 20-0 or something. So impossible to tell. If Standard Liege come flying out the traps and are having lots of attacks/shots then id bet around 4 goals (bookies are saying 5), so odds are bad. So Id suggest waiting and see how the game goes.

Largely unimpressed so far with Derby, there ought to of been more cards so the ref is a bit hit and miss. The movement is good but ball control and passing is sunday league standard. I’d like to see hendrick and weimann off and Bryson and ince on. Johnson and Thorne need to start bossing that midfield.
Corners and cards bets still look decent though as we’re about halfway there.

Sorry to ask, nobody wants to bet against their own team but 7/1 looks like the bookies have got a wrong price to me…..?

tam, I’m going to Maybole tomorrow – a nice 100-mile round trip.
Derby was one of those – and a bit unlucky with the fourfold.
The limited time I had to research brought me the Austrian and Belgian games but Sociedad was a shocker.

    Emelec over 2.5tg @ 2.50 WIN

Hope some of you got on

Hannover96 vs Hertha- under 10 corners.
This pays 8/15@Skybet but a MASSIVE 4/5@Bet365!! Hannover96 average 3.5 corners at home, Hertha only average 3.6 away.

** least this managed to save my night after Derby’s poor performance. Finished 2-2 on corners. **

  227. Sean567 1 year ago

Unlucky punters man. I did 8/10 selections and only derby have let me down. Tipping the other 7 tho was a fair achievement. I look forward to your selections tomoro. I’m down at centre parts just now so I have limited wifi nd couldnt post earlier but I see my balance has increased by 210. Without looking I’m just gonna thank Greg b just now, I’m sure he must’ve been responsible for some of that. Either that or it was goals galore in holland tonite and I’ve hit my over 2.5 bets again

    Earlier post:

    Friday Supersingle
    Taking a punt on BTTS Cliftonville v Warrenpoint tonight @ Evens Skybet { may get better elsewhere}

Now im not suggesting Warrenpoint will perform a shock result as i still expect Cliftonville to win at a very poor price of 1/7 but i can see them scoring so im happy to take the evens for this,Cliftonville to win/Btts is 6/4 Paddy Power {again you may get better elsewhere} which also has every chance for those looking a little better pricewise.
    Result Cliftonville 2 Warrenpoint 1
    Wins @ Evens and 6/4 😉

  253. GillsRob 1 year ago

Boa’s last 6 games have been btts/overs but the price for tonight is huge at 2.62 which makes me wary. Should be a comfortable home win but I’m unable to keep an eye on it due to work tomorrow so no bet.

good luck to everybody who has an interest

A quick warning on Coventry team goals they will be without Ryan Kent and Armstrong for tomorrow’s game I don’t know if this has something to do with the clauses in the loans or what but they are responsible for lots of Coventrys good work up top so far this season . I am not saying they won’t score two it’s just for information purposes . Best of luck guys

On this double and singles tomorrow- double- Coventry v Northampton over 2.5mg (gregs nap enough said), Leicester v watford over 2.5mg (Leceister love scoring from behind and watford love conceding goals, last 7 meetings, only once not o2.5 goals, with vardy on fire and watford starting to score could be goal fest. Dont really like paul merson as a tipster, but have to agree with him somewhat this time ” Watford will have a go and I see them taking the lead at the King Power before Leicester come back to win. They always go a goal behind and can’t play until they’re trailing!” Will do singles, also double- 2.31/1@bet365. Had a good week of consistent profit, hopefully this will cap it off.
