OUT of the three btts lines I put up on Saturday only one side failed to score.

Yeovil were the only ones out of 28 selections who missed out to deny me a full house. However, I was happy with my Scottish fivefold, the mixed fourfold and it was money back on the English fourfold if you permed them.

I’m hoping the run can continue on Sunday and I’m starting with the two games in the English Premier League. QPR entertain Reading and Mark Hughes really needs his first win of the season to avert a crisis.

Rangers could get it especially if Reading are suffering a hangover from their midweek League Cup defeat to Arsenal when they crashed 7-5 after leading 4-0.

The Royals’ have netted 15 in their last six games with only one of those games being under four goals. Five of Rangers’ last six have saw both score and it was 3-2 Reading in the League Cup at Loftus Road five weeks ago.

Next up it’s Liverpool v Newcastle and you can see both teams scoring here. Liverpool are struggling to keep teams out but are always a threat up front with Luis Suarez running into form.

Newcastle of course possess quality in the shape of Demba Ba, Papiss Cisse and Hatem Ben Arfa and must fancy their chances of netting on a ground they have struggled recently with five successive defeats by at least two goals.

Now to the continent and Granada v Athletic Bilbao. There’s no doubt Athletic are struggling having failed to win in their last four, but the cup game with Eibar apart they scored in all of them and will expect to do so here.

Granada sit just below Bilbao on goal difference and their last four league games have seen both score while the previous meeting between the sides finished 2-2.

In France I like the look of Bordeaux v Toulouse. Toulouse have hit 14 in their last six and sit second in the league after a great start. Bordeaux are unbeaten at home and have netted five in their last six and eight in their last three at home to Toulouse.

Finish with Werder Bremen v Mainz in the Bundesliga. Mainz have scored 10 in five and won their last two at Wolfsburg 2-0 and 3-0.

However, they’ll expect to concede against an outfit who hit four in their last home outing v Borussia M’gladbach and who have netted in five of their last six matches.

Both teams to score

QPR v Reading (1.30)

Liverpool v Newcastle (4.0)

Granada v Ath Bilbao (6.45)

Bordeaux v Toulouse (8.0)

Werder Bremen v Mainz (4.30)

Got a tasty £170 up yesterday from Betfreds bonus coupon thanks to a last few min goal for Peterbrough at Sheff Wed, they are always good for a goals galore.

Like the look of your selections so going to stick £20 on it from my winnings. Love betting with “free money” :-)

When bookies say “9Omins only”, does that mean injury time too or just up to the 9Oth minute?

John, it includes injury time but not extra time. All injury-time goals are listed as 90th minute.

Put down Burton to score 3 or more, Celtic to score 2 or more and Suarez anytime scorer, got odds of 7/1 so had a small bet

hey Paul is the payout on btt2s including the stake? (imagine it is)

as I did it with a personal bookie, also if Granada score do u think it’s worth laying off not to score in a tight Bordeaux game at 8/11?

Aaron, the payout includes the stake. You could lay off on the last game if you haven’t permed but depends on what you have staked.

Cheers Mr F, took three of yours for a nice 3/1 treble.

Just out of curiosity, if you perm a fivefold for any 4 from 5, for a £1O stake what are the average winnings for the 4 games coming in?

John, in this case a fourfold pays about 9-1.

      • John 6 years ago

That’s really good for a fourfold, i’d be lucky to get 5/1 in my local bookies, think i need to look for one of the big boys to do my betting

John, 5-1 is really poor for a fourfold. Oddschecker have a both teams to score comparison which will give you best price and is worth checking out.
