GIVE us a quiet card any day! We all moaned about lack of games during the international break but in some ways they're easier because you can spend more time researching games.
Saturday proved difficult on the WDW markets with sides such as Arsenal, Celtic, Rangers, Birmingham and Plymouth all failing to win.
Plymouth were Greg's nap but he balanced their defeat by putting up a winning over 2.5 goals treble on the Scottish games and his NB also won.
Birmingham beat my 15-1 homes fivefold but the biggest disappointment was the Falkirk Super Single. They took the lead in 83 minutes but conceded too quickly to allow anyone to cover or cash out.
On top of the Super Single I lost four points so it's just into the red for the accas but it's the other total I'm keen to tackle.
What's going well though is Bet of the Day on the new forum. I picked Wigan to make it five wins in a row – and while only one of the five was at a “Super Single” price it's something I'd like to do with my main bet before the end of the month.
I've been looking at the card while watching the football and possible Super Singles included Athletic Bilbao at Granada and Atalanta at home to Torino. Burnley at home to Brighton was another possibility as was Caen against Angers.
For the Top Treble I'm looking at side such as Napoli at Verona, Fiorentina against Empoli and Inter at home to Frosinone.
In La Liga Atletico Madrid should win at Real Betis but are also short while Villarreal can beat Eibar at home. Feyenoord look good things at home to Twente and Red Bull Salzburg should take care of Sturm Graz.
Spurs v West Ham could be a Premier League cracker and while I don't see a home defeat you have to respect the fact the Hammers have beaten Arsenal, Liverpool and Man City away and Chelsea at home.
Scotland's Premiership action comes from Hamilton where Aberdeen are the visitors and that could be a draw.
With Napoli's game early I'm putting up a Top Treble that has a latest kick-off of 1pm and if that comes up I may add another. It is completed with the riskiest one of Caen at almost evens at home to an Angers side who started the season brilliantly but have failed to score in their last four.
Finally I'm on Burnley not to lose at home to Brighton whose unbeaten record will be under threat at Turf Moor. Burnley have lost just one in 12 after a sluggish start and this will be the toughest test Chris Hughton's side have faced this season.
For the Super Single I've decided to go with Inter to win without conceding. They're difficult to break down just now and have kept clean sheets in five of their last six at the San Siro or should that be San Zero. Frosinone did score in their last away game at Fiorentina as they were hammered 4-1 but previously lost 1-0 at Udinese and 2-0 at Lazio.
My both to score treble starts with Spurs v West Ham. A lot of people are backing the Hammers to win but they are without Dimitro Payet who has been described as “irreplaceable” by manager Slaven Bilic. Spurs are in decent form and have Harry Kane back among the goals so best bet could be both to score.
Add NEC v Utrecht which has seen both scoring in the last five meetings. Utrecht's last six games have totalled 22 with both on target in five of them. Four of NEC's last six have brought up the market.
Complete with Udinese v Sampdoria which is a pick based on h2h results. Udinese have only scored four in their last six games but wake up when Samp come calling. They've netted 11 in their last five against their rivals at home but the Genoa men have replied with 11 of their own and have conceded in their previous six.

I’ve realised that I look at stats, Form, h2h and all that for goals, btts and my strike rate is nit that great. If I had backed the opposite of what I backed, my strike rate would be better.

The thinking behind this one is first of all the away side are pretty pants away from home 1 draw in 7 games scoring only 2 goals. They average just under 2.5 goals conceded per away game and almost 3 overall. The home side average 1.5 goals scored per home game and have not conceded a goal at home so far this season. Winning 6 and drawing the other game. So going by the stats alone the home side must surely win this but I am sticking with the goals market here and hoping for maybe a 2-0 or 3-0 home win here.

Great game, if you like corners! The bright start (quickest goal in MLS playoff history of 10 seconds) was the only goal until 5 minutes remaining until big Kei stepped up to give the Crew a 2-0 lead into the second leg. So no away goal for the Bulls despite an end to end game for 90 minutes with each side picking up 10 corners. Not sure I’ve seen that before? Hey ho!
