IT'S been a quiet few days but at least my double landed when Peru added to Australia's win in the early hours of the morning.
I haven't done any damage to the stats over the international period but I welcome the return of league football. Doesn't mean profit will come easy though.
Look at tonight's Championship games – tough as old boots to predict. Burton v Sheffield Utd will possibly be an away win and I can see revived Bolton avoiding defeat at Preston.
Elsewhere Stuttgart v Borussia Dortmund could see goals as could Girona v Real Sociedad and Monaco are expected to win Amiens. The other Ligue 1 game sees Lille tackle St Etienne and inthe Portuguese Cup Porto entertain Portimonense.
Greg and others will be thrilled at the return of Ligue 2 and the Jupiler League so watch out for those tips.
One Saturday Super Single tip has already been picked and I've posted two Saturday goals treble on a separate post.
For tonight I'm doing a Super Single double on Monaco and Bolton +2 at Preston. Monaco are still pushing PSG in the title race despite losing star men such as Kylian Mbappe in the summer. They beat Guingamp 6-0 before the break and while Thomas Lemar is out and Radamel Falcao is doubtful they should be too strong for an Amien side struggling in the drop zone.
Preston, who will miss Sean Maguire and Jordan Hugill, have lost their last four and face a Bolton side unebeaten in five. I can see the Trotters avoiding defeat and as they are bigger than 3-1 I'm backing them +2 goals.
I'm also doing a both to score treble. Start with our old friends Top Oss at home to Helmond Sport – this has brought up both to score 11 times out of 12. Add Stuttgart v Borussia Dortmund in which both have scored in five out of six meetings with all but one going over 2.5.
Promoted Girona have no h2h history with Real Sociedad but five of their last six games have seen both score. Three of Sociedad's last five have brought up btts and the visitors should at least score.

Roar have looked ordinary all season thus far, still winless and rooted to the bottom of the league ladder. They have a host of absentees through injury, but Ben Khalfallah and Oxborrow are back for today’s game. I expect their poor run to continue here.
City are second on the ladder, a solitary point behind league leaders Newcastle. Cahill made headlines here earlier in the week, when he made a media statement to his club, basically saying he wants more game time and to not be merely an impact sub, otherwise he’ll start looking elsewhere. Even at his age, Cahill is better than most players in the league, so I do expect a quick return here from international duties. McCormack is in imperious form and I expect him to net again too.
City have stumbled in their last two games, fighting out a 1-1 draw with the Wanderers, and losing 1-0 away to defending champs Sydney. However I expect them to run out winners here.
