LIONEL MESSI landed the Super Single on his way to running riot against Eibar and Partick Thistle's 90th-minute equaliser brought up the Super Single so it wasn't a bad day.
The goals treble though was beaten as Schalke and RB Leipzig failed to get off the mark.
It wasn't an easy night to find value and well done to all the winners and especially macathered who was supremely confident about Leicester beating Liverpool in the EFL Cup.
Tonight Celtic are in Betfred Cup quarter-final action and I've posted a separate preview.

A positive start to the wknd. 57-0 wasn’t really how I saw that game panning out but a yellow card and a penalty try shafted Southland early on.
Torino were absolutely fantastic for goals last season. Despite Joe Hart’s departure, they have largely continued where they left off. They have yet to fail to notch in their 5 domestic games this season, including a 7-1 cup thrashing of Serie C side Trapani. Surprisingly, they’ve managed to keep a clean sheet in two of those games, but I’m tempted to believe that that is largely due to the opposition. Yep, Sassuolo and Benevento have started the season poorly, scoring just 3 goals between them.
Udinese have scored 5 in their opening games which, while not prolific, means they have also yet to draw a blank. 4 of their 5 domestic fixtures have seen the BTTS and Overs market land and that includes on their visit to AC Milan last time out.
Recent history between the two sides equates to goals. Their two meetings last season both ended 2-2, while four of the last five have seen BTTS and Overs land – including all of the previous three at Udinese. Torino have a fantastic scoring record away from home, while Udinese usually bag on their own turf.

Not a market I usually look at but Conte has confirmed a number of rotations for the game tonight, including Kenedy, Musonda and a start for Hazard. Batshuayi looks a certain for starts when this Chelsea side is rotated, as he did against Qarabag. I imagine he’ll start tonight and continue his attempt to try and score every time he touches the ball. The kid tries a little too hard but his scoring record, albeit in favourable circumstances, is nothing to scoff at. He bagged one against Qarabag, which could’ve been two if a UEFA ruling went his way. His 5 PL goals last season came at an average of 47 minutes per goal as he was starved of game time, yet he scored in the cup competitions when handed starts against Bristol Rovers, Peterborough and Brentford.
He is developing a streak for scoring against weaker opposition and his tendency to be selfish to try and prove a point might serve as a positive for this particular market.

Hannover should have too much quality in their attack and midfield to sink and Freiburg team that scored only 1 goal and conceaded 8 goals in their last 4 games. 4 of which in their last game against Bayer Leverkusen. If Hannover were playing Leverkusen today, they would still be my favourite, because Leverkusen lost to teams in the bottom 10 and Hannover won to top 6 teams in the league at the moment. If you do the math, Hannover should win this comfortably.
My second pick of the day is Sampdoria away to Verona.
Sampdoria won against Fiorentina who were favourites on that day, and on top of that, Fiorentina was playing with Home advantage.

Auckland have been pretty poor by their standards this season. They can still make the playoffs but results have been unconvincing. Think Racing 92 last season or the footballing equivalent of Chelsea two seasons ago. All Black Ioane returns to the team which will give them a boost but may not be a quick fix to their poor set play.
