I BACKED the favourites yesterday but only Celtic did me proud with 2-0 and Celtic -1 two of my calls as they completed an unprecedented double treble.
Man United flopped against Chelsea in what was maybe a 50-50 FA Cup Final while Bayern Munich did even worse as they crashed 3-1 to Eintracht Frankfurt in the German Cup Final.
Thankfully my third bet was a 27-10 winner with both teams scoring at Lyon, Toulouse and Villarreal.
Today it's the final round of the Spanish and Italian games. Big game in Serie A is Lazio v Inter with a Champions League place up for grabs. At the other end Crotone will be relegated if they lose at Napoli. SPAL and Cagliari are the other sides in danger.
In Spain there's nothing to be decided on the last day with four matches including Barcelona v Real Sociedad and again Lionel Messi will be missing as Anders Iniesta makes his Nou Camp farewell.
Crisis-hit Sporting face Aves in the Portuguese Cup Final but it's difficult to back them at 1-2 after last week's disgraceful scenes that saw fans attack players and coaches at their training ground after missing out on a Champions League place. Not sure how players get themselves up for a final after that and Aves or Aves not to lose could be the shout.
There is also the Scottish Premiership play-off final 2nd leg between Partick Thistle and Livingston. It's tough to call but Thistle will need to be at their best to beat a side who battle for every ball.
Livi battled from behind to win 2-1 at home on Friday and are now 8-15 at bet365 to be promoted to the Premiership.
They were the better side in the first leg but the Thistle are a different side at home and the tie’s still in the balance – with Alan Archibald’s men probably having to score first to have a chance.
Kris Doolan could be the man who matters for the Jags. He climbed off the bench last weekend to score the goal that relegated Ross County and netted first at the Tony Macaroni Arena. Dools is 6-4 with McBookie to score at any time and 4-1 to break the deadlock.

It's not an easy day and I've decided to go with a goals double starting with the big game in Rome. Inter must win so will have to go for it and while a draw will suit Lazio it should be an open affair that sees them find the target.
In Belgium it's the final round of the play-offs and Standard Liege need a point at Charleroi to take the second Champions League spot ahead of Anderlecht, Standard have been brilliant after the split and have top scored with 20 in nine matches – losing just one to miss out on the title. They travel to a side who have conceded the most (22) so there's every chance we'll see goals here.

Those Danes keep on producing and its no surprise I’m on another Danish side to score twice today. Vejle sit atop of the first division and can seal promotion with a draw on the final day, but why end your season with a draw? Thisted have been out of sorts over the past few weeks but managed a point for the first time in six games last time out. They’ve conceded 3 goals in their last two home games, and now host the title chasers. Vejle have won six of their last eight and are unbeaten in their last seven games. As said a draw will see them promoted as champions, but I’m hoping they’d rather do it in style.
Double that up with goals in China with the bottom two sides facing off. There is a whack of talent on each side of the ball here, but after Dalians poor start, they shocked the league with a 3-0 win over Guangzhou so can be dangerous on their day. While both can score I’m chancing over 1.5 match goals to boost up or Danish goals.

Hammarby v AIK Stockholm
Hammarby did me a favour in midweek when bagging twice at home to Malmo. Again the price on goals looks generous here given Hammarby’s early season form. BTTS has landed in 8 of Hammarby’s 9, and although AIK are pretty tight at the rear, they have conceded in 3 of their 4 away games.
Two of those games were 1-1 draws at Malmo and Orebro – Hammarby have beaten both of those two sides 1-2 and 3-2 respectively. Early season form patterns suggest that Hammarby should be one of the few who can breach AIK’s defence. However, Hammarby shouldn’t be keeping their sheets clean, either.
A fair price, I think.
