I CALLED the Barcelona result right but picked the wrong scorer. Luis Suarez was my Super Single pick but it was his goal-hungry team-mates Lionel Messi and Neymar who grabbed the goals.
I put up two Top Trebles – Torino failing to score beat the first and I was a couple of Scottish play-off goals short in the second.
So as far as the top tips are concerned after a good start to the month it was a 5pt loss on the night.
We go from the Champions League to the Europa League with semi-finals between Sevilla-Fiorentina and Napoli-Dnipro.
Sevilla and Napoli are favourites to win their home legs and to progress to the Final and a double on the duo pays 6-4 at Betfred.
I've posted a separate preview on the two matches and while I expect both to win we all know Napoli sometimes can't be trusted and they're the shorter of the pair at a best 2-5 at Betfred and Coral.
Holders Sevilla have been absolutely superb this season and are just under evens to floor a Fiorentina side whose form has faded recently with four defeats in five Serie A outings.
Elsewhere the English play-offs start with Chesterfield v Preston and Sheffield Utd v Swindon as the race for promotion to the Championship starts.
Preston are pretty hot favourites at 15-8 with boylesports to win the play-offs but their hopes could depend on how well they've recovered from blowing automatic promotion on Sunday when they lsot 1-0 at Colchester.
They are also the least successful team in play-off history having failed nine teams so there has to be question marks over Preston psyche. Chesterfield won League Two last season and could be set to lose boss Paul Cook – especially if he guides them to back-to-back promotions.
Preston won 2-0 away in the regular season and finished 20 points above Chesterfield and that's why they are a biggest 8-5 with Coral and William Hill. I don't think they'll lose but it could be a draw so consider Preston draw no bet at 4-5 with Coral.
Looking at the other game and it features two sides off form. The Blades won 2-0 at home when they met in the league but have failed to win any of their last five matches. It's the same with Swindon with three draws and two defeats in their previous five.
United are a best 13-10 at Betfred and again I don't see them losing. Draw no bet the Blades are 8-13 at Coral.
Sevilla are my strongest bet and I'm taking them for the Super Single and also on the Top Treble. I have slight concerns about Napoli but they were superb against Wolfsburg in the previous round so I'm putting my faith in them.
And complete a treble with Preston draw no bet – I don't see them losing at Chesterfield and if they perform as they have done most of the season they can win.

In most cases the price is available when I post but the Europa League preview was written maybe 10-12 hours before it was posted and last time I checked Sevilla were 10-11. I see someone saying 10-11 is significantly different to 5-6 but it’s not. Now best I can see is 4-5.

Dfluffmiester My mate had a bit of a run in with BET365 last night regarding the Free inplay bet for (Juventus v Real Madrid). His inplay bet lost and according to BET365 Terms and Conditions the losing stake was to be refunded to his account within 2 hours of final whistle.
When he checked this morning no refund had been refunded. So after getting on the blower to Customer services he was told he didnt qualify for this bonus or any other future bonuses on Sports market as he had Self Excluded himself from Casino Live in the past and that by doing so wont be eligible for any in future.
He was not prepared to accept this and phoned again asking to speak with Supervisor and after some haggling BET 365 admitted this was wrong and refunded the stake to his account along with a gratis stake to the same amount for his inconvenience.
Fair play to them. If you aint been refunded it may be an idea to check that you aint self excluded in past from casino etc. Hope this helps.

Got my nap picked out for next Saturday already, West Brom to score v Newcastle and Leicester to score v Southampton pays 9/10 at ladbrokes.
Doesn’t need too much explaining, WBA have scored in their last 6 visits to St. James’ and they’ve scored in 4 of their last 5 games. Newcastle have conceded in their last 8 games and in 10 of their last 11 at home. Although WBA are probably now safe, we saw last season with palace (that hilarious Liverpool match) that Tony pulis will make his team fight for every point until the season is over and won’t be relaxing or dropping intensity. Leicester are on fire at the moment and still need points, they’ve scored in their last 7, while Southampton have really gone off the boil, conceding 2 goals in each of their last 3 games and conceded in their last 5 aways. I’m going to add hull to score at home against burnley for a 7/5 treble for a smaller stake but the 9/10 double is main bet.

After my late night bet crashed and burned it has been a good one so far apart from a total lack of internet connection on phone (KC Communications…Konsistently Crap).
A nice treble in the Czech U21 games at 7/5…although to be fair I could be making that one up as couldn’t get the bugger posted.
Metalurg v Renova BTTS and over 2.5 came in at 7/5.
Best success was actually managing to get a bloody avater/gravater? up though…only taken me a month.
Fairly straightforward thinking one tonight and that is Over 2.5 goals in both the Sevilla and Napoli games.

MrF, or anyone. I have a question, please. Can traders remove the cash out facility even when it is on your screen offering it to you? I’ve been on live chat with Coral and just got referred to their cash out rules and could not get a simple answer. I had five pounds on Napoli and Seville in a win double and tried to cash out on about the 75th minute but got refused even though it was clearly offering me cash out (for about one pound less than my returns, only 11.50 but profit is profit) When I pressed “Cash out my bet” the message came up. “Request unsuccessful. No transport.” I tried it twice and each time got the same message.
What the heck does “no transport” mean? This is the first time I’ve tried to cash out and was obviously gutted when Dnipro scored late on. Live Chat said their traders can withdraw Cash Out at any time, but surely not when it’s still being offered to you on your screen?
Or can they? Any help would be appreciated as I am new to cash out. Thanx.

Stagger…I’ve had similar with bet365. It very often only works on a loss. When there’s decent amount being offered it plays up. And when I ring them they say…cash out is nor a guaranteed option.
